Guest Reviews
- Vivien (6/5): good value for money but too far from the center - window, full kitchen thin walls, no couch (was included in the description, very disappointing), bad location (it took like 40min to get to the center), had to walk up a very steep hill to get to the apartment
- Maureen (9/5): Superb - Location to family was excellent.
Easy to access overground at Alexandra palace
Quiet location
property was very clean & well equipped
Great walks thru Alexandra park front door didnt close tightly & there was a beeping sound from the smoke alarm which I did address but wasnt fixed doing my stay
- Alexandros (1/5): AVOID THIS MISLEADING ACCOMODATION ! - - Location close to Alexandra Palace overground with great connection
- Nice neighborhood - The pictures showcase a big house with a bedroom, but instead when you book it's getting confusing for the booker and you end up in a small studio which smells mold.
- The apartment was filled in every corner and in the bathroom with air fresheners do you won't smell the mold and the smell of old in the apartment, something that was inevitable.
- The room was somewhat clean, but the walls were worn off and there was dust in the corners next to the bed.
- The bathroom smelled mold and was extremely small. That small that you could barely sit at the toilet or have a bath, probably was built for smirks and not regular people.
- When we got to the place, we were surprised that they called a small room with a tiny bathroom as a "deluxe studio"!! IT SURELY WASN'T A DELUXE STUDIO !
- The owner refused to give us a refund so we could find another place right away and insisted it was our fault that we didn't understand that he put 2 different places WITH THE SAME DESCRIPTION on booking.com.
- Not to mention that it was extremely price, for what it offered. Just because you go to London, doesn't mean that I have to stay in a place where it's bad and unhealthy for almost 100 pounds a night !!
- Philo56 (1/5): Go somewhere else. - It's proximity to London and Alexandra park Everything else. Poor apartment, shabby, dangerous steps, no light in the hall, terrible customer service from the owner, loud party in the back garden, my wife falling down the steps and injuring her ankle on her birthday. Horrible experience, terrible accommodation. We booked for 4 nights and left after only 2 . The studio is positively dangerous. The shower room is awful too , tiny, very cramped and in a converted cupboard down a very poorly fitted step. Don't come here, go somewhere else.
- Tracey (6/5): Pleasant - The apt was spacious with good kitchen and bed The bathroom was awful and smelled really bad. The WiFi was hit and miss. On 1st night there was constant noise all .I mean all night. Doors closing people talking in hallway. And people going up and down stairs. I finally fell asleep at 6am. The 3rd night I was awoken at 4.15am by someone constantly pressing the intercom to my apt number for over 15 mins
- George (10/5): Exceptional -
- Martin (8/5): Light, modern flat in lovely Ally Pally - Light and airy, modern living space with lots of amenities. Great shower. Close to local shops, Alexandra Palace park and station.
- Hana (8/5): Nice and quiet neighborhood, easy to reach by train and the tube. -
- Govindi (8/5): Quiet hideaway near Ally Pally - Convenient location for our purposes, 5 minutes to Ally Pally. There's a bus stop on the road oppposite, and you can catch one of two buses to the nearest stations, Alexandra Palace and Wood Green, or all the way down to central London. The stations are also walkable, if you have the time. Really spacious flat, with a washing machine, which is great for longer stays. Quiet neighbourhood, but a number of great cafes and restaurants and other shops just down the road. Host was very quick and easy to communicate with, sent me a WhatsApp message with instructions and a video for entry. Check in and out were very smooth. It can be a bit of a trek to central London, especially on the buses when we were there, because there were roadworks near Alexandra Palace station. The bathroom is a bit small, typical for London. My partner is 6'2", and quite broadly built, not much room for manouever for him in the shower.
- Cheryl (6/5): Pleasant -
- Johann (8/5): Comfortable, well-equipped place for a business trip - I stayed at this apartment for five nights attending a conference in London. The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood and fairly accessible by public transport. It is perfect for a longer stay since it has a washing machine. Checking in is super simple and efficient and contact with the host was good. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom was very functional. In general the whole building was very quiet despite all the other inhabitants. Fantastic place! For my purpose the place was a little far away (but that was my choice/mistake). The apartment is in a house where there are multiple other places with permanent people staying there - just something I was not aware of and not a significant downside. The garbage arrangements are unclear and during my stay there was a lot of garbage on the sidewalk that spilled out - really not nice returning to your home having to step over rubbish - maybe an isolated incident but unpleasant nonetheless.
- Colin (5/5): Wouldn't stay here again. - The room itself was nice and provided everything you need. The bathroom was awful. Small, cramped, smelly, old. The location was a long way out of London and not very close to the nearest tube station. Up hill a lot of the way, too which is difficult if carrying luggage and the weather is not good.
The bed was very hard and uncomfortable.
- Davenport (10/5): Easy to book and use in a quiet, convenient location. - Fantastic location. Easy to book and use in a quiet, convenient location - Thankyou!

- Devon (5/5): Passable - The apartment was clean. The photos didn’t match the apartment, it kind of felt like a hospital room, the bed was rock hard.
- Joel (7/5): Good -
- Alan (9/5): Ideal North London flat for solo or couples - Great location near Alexandra Palace Station which has regular trains onto Kings Cross and Moorgate
Clean and tidy, comfortable bed and very spacious
- Fatih (7/5): Except bathroom (which is the main problem), the rest was very good. - Very quiet area. Very clean flat. The kitchen is very useful. The whole bathroom
Hot water system was really bad and the water pressure was really low. The sink was useless. No window.
- Eric (7/5): Good - Relatively good location and the price is fine. There's no free parking, it's off street and it's located in a controlled zone from Mon to Fri, 12 to 2pm.
There's off street parking a couple blocks away though so if you don't mind leaving your car in the streets, then it's fine.
Shower has no pressure, actually the water in the bathroom has no pressure.
- Joshua (10/5): This place has everything you need on holiday , I have no regret staying here and will always be back again. The street - Wow, eveything about this property is great, you feel like you are staying in presidential suit. Nothing to complain about please.
- Diana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Pezhvok (10/5): Exceptional -
- Eakins (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sophie (10/5): great value, comfortable and homely! - bed was really comfy, apartment was lovely. good little place for a gig at ally pally. we couldn’t get in straight away as didn’t realise we need a star and hash in the code. bit after that all good.
