You will be inviting trouble by booking rooms there. Avoid. Property in bad shape; no breakfast; no room service; lift not working. Bad stay
- Aneesh (1/5): Worst. Pathetic and please don't stay there - Nothing we didn't stay there. They provided only 1 room. That too in pathetic condition at 3rd floor room number 315. We decided to checkout then receptionist omveer and supervisor bablu misbehaved. They didn't changed room neither refunded. We booked another property in mmt. Not at all recommended. And not safe to stay with family as they are illiterate and Ill mannered. Booking.com should ban such hotels and should not list such. I have raised a consumer complaint in court for refund

- Syed (1/5): Shitty arrangement and mindless staff.Unhygenic. - Filthy Dirty and chaotic .No water supply to washroom and oy staff at dingy reception was asking to adjust if you can for while of family trip….worst nightmare .Have to leave in disarray and embarassed.

- Mohan (1/5): You may be greeted by street dog on reception and on floors. - Street dog was a available on second floor near our room and barking whole night. I am sharing the pic which I took outside the hotel room. No AC working, no hot water, no room service. Most pathetic ever seen. As mentioned above. Once upon a time it was a good property. Now please please don't think to enter in it.

The staff was extremely polite and accommodating, always ensuring we had everything we needed. The location was also very convenient, close to major attractions and restaurants

They'll make you walk to the reception for everything. The room key was not working. We left our room in the morning and requested the staff to lock the room. We came back at night only to find that our room was open all day. There were other inconveniences too.
