• Simone (9/5): - La posizione nel cuore di Triana, ma comoda a piedi per il centro. La pulizia e i servizi. L assenza di rumori. L unica cosa è non aver potuto lasciare i bagagli in appartamento per qualche ora in più dopo il check out

• manuadri (9/5): - Cama y sofá cama, cómodo. No ruidos. Bien situado. Supermercados, zona de estauración muy cerca. Muy bien. Como pasa en ciudades es difícil encontrar aparcamiento coche en la calle
• Carmen (8/5): - La distribución de los muebles, para mí muy importante la separación de la zona de la cama con el resto, con ese simple mueble, hace que sea perfecto, no tienes la sensación de que está todo "junto", da sensación de más confort. Un 10 para l@s "diseñador@s". Otra cosa muy importante, es el silencio!!!! Ideal a la hora de descansar o simplemente estar allí pero sin ruidos. Sin ninguna duda, lo recomiendo

• Antonio (7/5): Good location - It’s location. Ground floor windows opened to patio. Property managers only communicated via wassap and kept asking me to record and send videos rather to attend to the issues I had highlighted. The key that they had shown in their video on how to access the property did not work. Luckily, they had indicated that the property could also be accessed from the Main Street. We managed to find the entrance after trying different doors. No parking, we were overall lucky with finding street parking. Public parkings not close enough considering it was raining most of the time.
• Mike (9/5): Monkeys apartment review - Bed was very comfortable. Lots of storage space and the room was spacious. The apartment location was close to all the amenities. Slight.problem with the fridge freezer which was irritating. Had a tendency to click loudly early morning as though it was ice making. which disturbed our sleep.
• Marina (9/5): Enjoyed - Location, clean, comfortable We didn’t get the video with detailed instructions about apartment location and were not able to find it. It was possible to find the building and the key box but not the apartment. Luckily we found the lock matching key pretty fast.
• Matti (3/5): It was alright, we wouldn´t come again. - The city center is easily reached for via a quick stroll. The nearby part of town has its own life and is nice to spend the evening. A small supermarket is nearby. The keys are stored in a lockbox. There is extremely limited public parking around, and nowhere any suitable temporary parking spot. So you have to drive for a while to find some spot where you don´t risk getting towed immediately. Then, access to the appartment was rapid but the key to the underground parking was not to be found and the manager not to be reached. Why the parking key was double hidden (in a drawer underneath towels) I don´t know. Arriving in your private car is a challenge and they make no effort to make it easier. The owner keeps pestering me for payment - weeks after having departed and weeks after having paid. They have some chaos going on. Sometimes I am asked to pay for parking again, sometimes I am asked to pay rent again. The place is on groundfloor with all windows being frosted glass. With Aircon on you are just in a bubble, disconnected from the town (no view, own climate). Oh and the refridgerator makes loud bang-sounds every now and then, that can impact sleep quality.
• Ashwin (6/5): Just about ok but for that money, I would expect a bit more. - The property was fairly big considering the location and had most facilities. The response time for any questions was too long. They kept only 2 duvets for 3 guests, so my son improvised with 3 large towels. I didn’t check with them as it was already late when we checked in and our DIY duvet solved the issue. The room never becomes fully dark as the corridor lights brighten up through the windows. Bright side of it, we got up early for the next day’s trip. The property needs some deep cleaning as there appears to be some mold in one corner. Nothing to complain about the property but the triana area in general is really a hard one for parking. The first day we found street parking after 20 minutes but we could not find any on the second day even after half an hour, so we parked in a parking garage for 30 Euros.

• Laurentiu (10/5): A very good choice to stay in Seville - A very clean and quiet studio, not far from the historic center. Seville Cathedral can be reached on foot in approximately 15-20 minutes. The studio is equipped with absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay (electric stove, oven, microwave oven, washing machine, refrigerator, coffee machine and others). Absolutely everything, from furniture to household appliances, is of the best quality. Nearby (5 minutes walking distance) there are many bars and restaurants The host was extremely kind, he gave us many suggestions about the city, transport, where we can eat and so on.

• Przemek.spl (9/5): Spacious room close to city center - Room was quite spacious, there were two large smart TVs, bathroom was also big, in the kitchen we could have used coffee, bottled water and some sweets that were left for us, also contact with the staff was great, location is perfect as it is close to both city center and Plaza de Armas bus station We only had a small problem with the kitchen, it was not easy too cook there as salt and pepper was missing, also we could not find any sharp knife, but kitchen as a whole is not bad for cooking
