- monika (3/5): - wir hatten Stromausfall, wir haben alle Telefonnummern angerufen, die wir finden konnten. keiner konnte uns helfen, dass war ca. um 6 pm. wir sind dann um 8.30pm ins Bett gegangen, weil mit Kindern kann man nicht weggehen am Abend und ohne Licht heimkommen. am nächsten tag sahen wir, dass wir eine Nachricht um 8.50 pm erhalten haben, aber wie gesagt, da haben wir schon geschlafen. und ich habe ca. 1 vollen Tag mit umziehen und anrufen verbracht. und nicht eine Entschuldigung.

منذ لحظة الوصول، كان تعامل المستضيف (عراقي الجنسية) سيئًا جدًا، حيث أظهر عنصرية واضحة تجاه المسلمين السنة، وتلفّظ علينا بألفاظ غير محترمة وغير لائقة
أسلوبه في التعامل لا يمتّ إلى المهنية ولا إلى الأخلاق بصلة، مما جعل الإقامة تجربة مزعجة ومليئة بالتوتر.
من ناحية النظافة، فالوضع سيئ للغاية — الغرف متسخة، رائحة كريهة في الممرات، والمفارش والمناشف لم تُغيّر إطلاقًا رغم الطلب المتكرر.
كما أن المصعد كان معطلاً طوال فترة الإقامة ولم يتم إصلاحه أو حتى تقديم اعتذار أو بديل، مما سبب معاناة كبيرة للعائلات وكبار السن.
ولم تتوقف المشاكل عند هذا الحد، فقد انقطعت الكهرباء لأكثر من 10 ساعات خلال الإقامة، ولم يكن هناك أي تجاوب أو محاولة لحل المشكلة من قِبل المستضيف، مما زاد الوضع سوءًا وأكد غياب أبسط معايير الخدمة والاحترام.
خدمة العملاء ضعيفة جدًا، لا رد على الاتصالات ولا أي اهتمام براحة النزلاء.
وبصراحة، من له دين أو خلق سني أو إسلامي يحرم عليه السكن هنا لما يوجد من سوء تعامل وقلة احترام للدين وللنزلاء.
المكان لا يستحق أي تقييم إيجابي، ولا يعكس قيم الضيافة بأي شكل من الأشكال، وأتمنى من إدارة بوكنج وقوقل ماب مراجعة هذا العقار بشكل عاجل.
- Cristina Ghiurluc (9/5): - Apartment is in a very nice neighborhood Paddington. Apartment is big with 2 rooms, open kitchen and 1 bathroom. Apartment us very nice design, on the last floor of the bulding. You have to bring your own adaptor, they are not providing. Owner told us they are not a hotel in order to provide adaptor. Elevator is broking all the time and if you have to go by foot, the other floors look pretty disaster.

- sameer abdulla (10/5): - Very welcoming hosts are very helpful with fast action when needed. The flat is brand new, fully equipped, and the rooftop sitting area in top of the building accessible from the flat is anice place for breakfast.
The one thing that annoyed us is the lift going of service afew times which is the responsibility of the building owners, I understand that they are going to do major repair for it.

- Mathuria (1/5): Bad - There is nothing to like about the property. The building is old with an elevator that does not work. We were there for 5 days with my parents who re above 70 and child who is 4 years old and it was horrible for us to take stairs for 6 floors each time.
The property manager was not available to help, he didn’t even help in taking the luggage up or down.

What made it worse actually the responsible said it a glich from booking and said it was my mistake too. Very bad experience.

- Amelia (10/5): Great location and comfortable stay - We had a fantastic stay in this clean, spacious, and modern 6th-floor apartment. The bedrooms were spacious with plenty of storage space. The kitchen, dining, and living area featured also had a large double sofa bed, perfect for extra guests. The apartment had personal touches throughout that made our stay even more enjoyable. All the bedding and towels were provided, and the bathroom was roomy with ample storage, a big bathtub, and a rainfall shower head.
The air-conditioning was a real lifesaver, with separate controls in each room to keep us comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent, with clear and easy instructions for accessing the property.
The location off Edgeware Road was perfect—close to Paddington Station, yet surprisingly quiet on the 6th floor despite the bustling area below. It’s a great spot for families, with a nearby underground station for easy travel around London and plenty of eateries and supermarkets close by.

The apartment itself is seriously spacious and stylish. Loved the open-plan layout and the modern furnishings. It’s got that perfect blend of luxury without being overly posh. The kitchen is well-equipped if you fancy whipping up a meal, and the living area is great for kicking back after a day out.
Location-wise, it’s spot on. You’re right by Marble Arch, so you’ve got plenty of shops, restaurants, and transport links on your doorstep. The host were super friendly and made check-in a breeze. Overall, if you’re after a swanky spot with killer views and a prime location, this place is definitely worth considering. Will be coming back for sure!

It was beautifully decorated and all the furniture just complemented each other making the whole place aesthetically pleasing and comfortable to stay in. The location was convenient being near shops, cafes and places to dine so it was an adventure. The view of the city from the living room to the kitchen was lovely especially at night. The kitchen is elegantly designed and was fully equipped with essential amenities. Overall, we had an excellent stay and very thankful to the host, who have been nothing by accommodating and very professional. Excellent service!

- Lisa (6/5): Unfortunately I found this apartment to be very expensive for the lack of sleep we got whilst staying there. - Although the property was in a good location for our needs -Edgware road is incredibly noisy. I felt like I was living in a grand theft auto game. Sirens day and night, loud motor bikes& cars, people demonstrating etc etc. It was not relaxing at all.
The flat I stayed in - flat 74 had two bedrooms that had a single and double bed in each room plus a chair. Too much furniture. The room with the tv - you couldn’t close the door to the passage because the bed was in the way.
The second bedroom with the shower room attached - you could close the door but wouldn’t want to because there was a terrible sewer smell coming from the shower/ toilet.
The kitchen / lounge area was nice but again it had too much furniture- there was a full sized dining table against the wall with big chairs . I caught my toes several times whilst navigating around the room. The roof terrace would have been nice if the weather was good . However they have screwed the chairs and the table into the floor so you cannot move them. We had quite a few items missing from the kitchen so couldn’t do much cooking . We did get most of the items in the end but never any scissors. This property could be really good if they could install double / triple glazed windows to cut the noise. If they could make black out blinds instead of Venetian blinds that do nothing to filter the light. The lift was also constantly filthy .

- Bob (5/5): This is a very bad experience, make us feel we are wasting money - Location is good, but we don't like anything else, it is not worth for the money at all. 1. The self-checking-in process is complicated, we are very struggling, hard to enter and find the key and even want to cancel this booking because of not being able to get the key. The host said we should call them, but I don't have their mobile number. Finally, he called us via WhatsApp, and explained to us how to manage to get the key and open the door. We spent 1 hours to get into the room!!!!!
2. The main toilet floor is not clean, some dusty. Also there even have spider net on the window.
3. The apartment doesn't provide Shampoo, given this level of price, it is not reasonable.
4. We stayed there for 4 nights, the lift broken during our stay for two days, need to climb to 6th floor by stairs.
5. The room is facing the main road, it is very noisy.
6. The curtains do not block out light, in the light it is very bright!!!!! This make us hard to sleep.
7. The whole building - 5th floor is under construction, some working noisy.
Overall, this is a very bad experience, make us feel we are wasting money and we should spend on hotel instead of here.

The roof terrace is a great outdoor space. The open plan living area worked well. The kitchen wasn’t well enough kitted out. We had to buy glasses! There were only 6 tumblers in the property, even though the capacity is 10 people. No wine or beer bottle opener. No info on working the heating/aircon. Only space and chairs at the dining table for 6, not 10. The coffee machine is terrible.

I would so recommend and 100% stay here again. the kids didn’t want to leave 😁 the only thing is the noise from the outside at night. but that isn’t the owner of the property’s fault it’s just a busy location
