• Katarzyna (10/5): Definitely will return again. - Place is very clean and tidy. Comfortable beds, furnished in modern style. Actually all was better than description. Close to sea and bars-great location! Nothing at all!

Amazing location apartment was so lovely n clean had everything you could possibly need n host was so lovely. Would 1000% recommend n stay here again! Nothing at all.
• Rita (1/5): Never again! - There was nothing from this property that I like and found to be appropriate The description was terrible. No idea where the apartment was. No reception no help. No signage. Unfriendly concierge at the premises. The apartment was dirty and when we went to bathroom it was full of bugs and insects. This is not acceptable for any price. I would not recommend this property to anyone. The elevator have no instructions on where they are going and look properly maintained. Building is a residential property and not a commercial one.

• Gerard (2/5): - Location The apartment is old with bugs around the kitchen tops. The shower was terrible you couldent regulate the water boiling hot u couldent stand undenath it r u would be burned alive . The bed was really uncomfortable with little r no bed clothes.

I følge AI er ca 3% sjø når man tar bilde fra balkongen. Navnet på Booking.com og det navnet som utleier opererer med, er forskjellige. litt forvirrende, ved ankomst etc.

• Dina (9/5): Posizione top comoda a tutto - La posizione comoda, vicina alle spiagge più belle. Abbiamo sfruttato anche il campo da tennis , con 11 euro all’ora ti danno anche le racchette e le palline Secondo me, l’appartamento è perfetto per 2 persone , in 4 eravamo un po’ stretti . La piscina non è riscaldata

• Michaela (6/5): - It is an average apartment with basic equipment, reasonably clean, good internet connection. It really should not be called a luxury apartment with sea view. Sleeping room is very dark and can be loud as it faces building corridors.

• Paweł (10/5): - Apartament super,blisko najważniejszych atrakcji,sklepy,restauracje,puby,kilka minut od plaży surferów.Apartament kompaktowy i nowoczesny,gustownie urządzony i ma wszystko co potrzeba.Wygodne łóżko i ładny balkon na wieczory.Okolica cicha, blisko autobusy, lotnisko nie daleko.Mozliwosc popływania w basenie.Zarzadzajaca pani bardzo pomocna.Brak AC,ale to zgodnie z opisem.Goraco polecam. Nie mam uwag .

• Abbie (8/5): Lovely apartment, lovely people, lovely holiday - Very clean, modern, spacious, everything worked! Balcony was lovely, and beds were comfy. WiFi worked really well too! Unfortunately no AC so was a bit hot at some points.
• Borislav (10/5): Excellent apartment - My 3rd time here. Everything was good in the apartment. Have everything what you will need for your vacation ..from iron to washing machine , vacuum and coffee machine. Also had towels for the beach +those for bathroom :) Great location-10 min to the beach and 5 to the center- Excellent The building is lit bit old , but apartment was wonderful. Everything inside was new.
• Eileen (8/5): Once we got the key, our stay was hassle free. - Very nice, compact apartment with all the facilities you need for a holiday. Very clean, with extra pillows, towels etc if required. Shower is excellent. The apartment is in a good location, and although close to a busy road, we never heard any excessive noise. Main hospital, and Guarda Civil police station are very close by, so area feels nice and safe. There are lots of bars, cafes etc close by, and there are two good sized supermarkets within 3 mins walk. The main resort bars etc are just a 10min walk down the road. A coffee at ''Bar Rosys'' is a must. Standard Spanish café/bar, with low prices. (out of building, turn right, walk for less than 1 min, café on RH side) We tried to contact the host several times via the booking page to get details of how to collect key for the apartment, and they only replied after we had contacted Booking.com customer services two days before we were due to fly out. The hosts contact phone numbers for the apartment, on booking.com, do not connect/work? The reception area is manned, but they didn't know we were arriving, or who we were meant to be meeting. Only one key was given to us? Unless it is a single traveller staying, two keys would be better for a couple, in the event one person wants to stay out longer than the other. Building looks very old and dated, and would definitely benefit from work/upgrading. Next door apartment is a family's home, and the smell of cooking (curry) can be quite noticeable some days.

• Pieter (8/5): Very good - The apartment is beautiful, modern, clean. The kitchen is very well equiped (appliances, cups, plates, etc). The host is friendly and supportive. Close to the golden mile and main beaches. It is noisy. The apartment is next to a busy street with traffic from early morning to late at night. Also the noise from the adjacent and opposite apartments travels far.
• Moll (9/5): Wonderful relaxing holiday and would return at another time. - Apartment very clean and modern and had everything one required for a holiday there. Close to a large supermarket and cafe/ restaurants and within 5 mins of the beach. Having the swimming pool in the apartment block was an added bonus. No noise at night so guaranteed a good nights sleep. Owner attentive to our needs and would always reply if I contacted her. Nothing to dislike but if you were nitpicking one would say the apartment block itself was rather rundown looking on first sight but had nothing to do with the apartment itself. I noticed hallways were cleaned most days plus plants cut back and they had even started to paint it whilst we were there but thats all it required anyway.
