• Merle (2/5): Leider VIEL zu überteuert für das was geboten wurde - Das Bad war ganz ok Es war wirklich sehr dreckig, zentimeterdicker Staub auf den Fußleisten und in den Ecken Wollmäuse, von der Decke im Schlafzimmer hingen richtig dicke Spinnenweben runter, siehe Foto

• Frau (3/5): Sehr nette Vermieterin - aber keine Unterkunft für Familien mit Kindern - Die Vermieterin und ihr Sohn waren sehr Freundlich und haben mir eine kostenfreie Stornierung zugestanden. Die Wohnung roch sehr unangenehm, eventuell von dem vorherigen Mieter. Dieser Mieter ist versehentlich mit dem Schlüssel weggefahren, sodass wir erst die Vermieterin nochmal anrufen mussten. Diese kam dann nach 20 Minuten und entschuldigte sich vielmals, als wir in die Wohnung kamen, sagte sie uns, das sie leider noch putzen müsse.... Ich gehe stark davon aus, das es normalerweise reibungsloser läuft, (ich kann nur von meinen Erfahrungen berichten) aber für uns war es einfach in dem moment nichts, da wir mit Kindern dort übernachten wollten und aus diesem Grund stornieren wollten - was dann zum Glück, wahrscheinlich weil soviel schief lief bei uns und wir mit Kind da standen - kostenfrei möglich war.

• Mor (2/5): - Severe Warning – This Place Is Absolutely Uninhabitable I strongly advise future guests to avoid this property. This was by far the worst accommodation experience I have ever had. 1. Freezing cold apartment with a non-functioning heating system. Despite multiple attempts, the heating never worked, leaving the place unbearably cold. 2. The apartment was filthy upon arrival — truly unhygienic. Even after a cleaner was sent, the place remained extremely dirty, with dust, stains, and neglected surfaces everywhere. 3. The entire apartment was sprayed with an excessive amount of chemicals. We could not breathe for nearly 24 hours. The smell was toxic and overwhelming — absolutely unacceptable. 4. Presence of insects. Despite the extreme spraying, bugs were still found inside the apartment. 5. Broken and poorly maintained facilities: Broken cabinet Broken toilet seat Faulty shower faucet No proper insulation — you can hear every sound from the neighboring apartment No internet, despite being advertised 6. Bad smell in the entrance area of the building. 7. Completely unsuitable location: The apartment is in a remote area, far from any train or bus station, and is located above a car dealership, which adds constant noise and an unpleasant atmosphere. This place is not suitable for travelers, not suitable for families, and frankly not suitable for living. The entire experience was disappointing, uncomfortable, and far below even the most basic standards. • elrayes (1/5): bad choice - the location is acceptable, the communication for the key was good NO working TV , NO WIFI available, Shower was Broken
• inge (1/5): Blijf daar weg!!!! - Letterlijk niks!!!! We zijn besodemieterd! Geld betaald en bij aankomst was er niemand, geen sleutel en geen antwoord op telefoon!!! De buurt is echt heel naar, een echte achterwijk, een flat vol met allerlei arbeiders.
