- MOHAMMAD (7/5): - - Nearby Ningbo Lische airport, value for money. - Hotel staffs are very cordial although you need translator App to translate everything in Chinese language. - Aircraft sound may disrupt your good night sleep. - No money exchange facility in the hotel and no bank / money changer nearby, hence if you don't have RMB in your pockets you are in trouble indeed !! - No notable restaurant or eating facility nearby, only option is food delivery (you may need help from the lobby). - Hotel is little away from main metro area; no market nearby, shopping is difficult if you wish to do.

- scmare (4/5): für ein paar euro mehr gibt es sicher super hotels in Ningbo - der Preis, alles andere kann man vergessen. zimmer war einigermassen sauber frühstück einfach. kaffee furchtbar. das beste war der Preis. alte zimmer, alles reparatur bedürfig, ausser dem TV. aber keine englische Bedienungs anleitung vorhanden, man braucht 2 fern bedienungen damit man den TV bedienen kann. ich hatte keinen 220 volt strom im Zimmer, hab rezeption angerufen, war robot dran, hat mich nicht verstanden, hat mich dann doch weiter verbunden, die haben mich auch nicht verstanden..da kam putzfrau mit handtuch, kontne ihr mein Strom problem erklären. sie hat die sicherungen eingeschaltet, dann hatte ich Strom. die lichschalter neben dem bett haben geknistert..die werden wohl bald einen kurzschluss oder brand ver ursachen. vielelicht hat man deshalb die sicherungen ausgeschaltet. nach dem Duschen lief das wasser im WC bereich us dem Boden, keine ahnung wo das herkam. das Hotel hat irre viele zimmer. und ich verstehe überhaupt nicht, das da nichts und niemand englisch spricht, wo doch wowiegend Ausländer wegen der Flughafennähe übernachten. es gibt auch kein restaurant im Haus. angeblich werden von 21.30 bis 23.00 Uhr snacks angeboten und Suppe, für Gäste die spät ankommen. in der gegen gibt es nichts, ausser Autohäuser, und ein restaurant. am besten man macht ein freudenhaus daraus...lol...

- Laura (6/5): Não ficaria novamente - Simples, mas limpo e confortável. O café da manhã poderia ter mais opções ocidentais. Tive que desligar o ar condicionado e abrir a janela porque o quarto estava muito quente e não dava para diminuir a temperatura. MUITO perto do aeroporto com barulho de avião frequente, que nos acordava durante a noite. Além disso, não tem restaurantes perto, nem supermercados.

Everything there, perfect room, bathroom, a lot of small neccesarys(for the guests, ear plugs, tea, water, notes, napkins etc.)all clean, nice smell, wieu on the river(2 rivers), gym, perfect breakfast, nice personal, smily, polite....every hotel, which has some complains from guests, should go and learn from this Atour hotel, how it should looks like to satisfie the customers! Very good job! 0,0 complains !!! All 100% perfect !

- Kerstin (10/5): Exceptional - A decent hotel. The staff were really helpful despite the language barrier. The food, especially the free buffet in the evening was superb. Highly recommended. We left something of value, a pair of expensive headphones, behind in the room and tried, in vain, to contact them. They did not answer. That was a shame.
