• David (7/5): Extremely expensive for such a worn-out apartment, but at least it was close to the center. - The apartment is close to the city center, and everything you might need is available nearby. We didn’t receive three towels even though there were three of us. Several towels were oddly stuffed into the bidet. The floor wasn’t cleaned properly – our feet got dirty from walking on it. One of the power sockets was broken, the sink didn’t work, and neither did the air conditioning or the TV.
• Marina (8/5): Very good - Cozy apartment, conveniently located. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep. It can get a little noisy from the street, and you can hear when the buses pass by, but overall it’s a very pleasant place to stay.
• Marc (9/5): Superb - Nice cultural flat in the middle of emblematic district, nice old building who describes the Vintage Roman architecture Tv sat didn t work, but wasn t relevant for one night
• Ali (4/5): Disappointing - it was without breakfast We stayed at this property and were extremely disappointed with the cleanliness. The bedroom sheets, covers, blankets, and pillow covers were dirty, which made it impossible for us to sleep well. Cleanliness is a basic expectation, and this stay fell far below acceptable standards. Would not recommend.
• Aleksandra (8/5): Very good - The apartment is very stylish and cozy, with beautiful dishes and a nice bathroom. It’s located in a villa building. We really liked the location—there are lots of parks and greenery around. It’s a quiet neighborhood, with convenient access to stops for direct buses and trolleybuses to the city center. There are plenty of great spots nearby. The host was very responsive to messages and maintained excellent communication. The tourist tax turned out to be higher than stated on the website. Instead of €6 per person per night, we paid €7. I believe this is not entirely fair. It would have been fine if the website had stated the correct amount from the beginning. We planned for one total, but on the day of departure, the host sent a message informing us that the price would be higher. We booked this apartment for three people, and it should have been equipped with three sleeping spaces. However, it turned out that the sofa in the common room was absolutely unsuitable for proper sleeping. The sofa consists of three separate pieces that need to be assembled, with a narrow mattress placed on top. As a result, it was extremely uncomfortable and offered very little space for the person sleeping there.

• Jan (8/5): Unforgettable - Very cosy, clean and neat. Martina, the owner was very kind, good to reach by whatsapp and helpful in case of questions. Moreover we really liked the style of the interior. Martina sure has taste. The neighbourhood was very nice, with cosy bars and restaurants at walking distance. A bus-stop right across the street offers excellent transport possibilities to the city centre (just half an hour to Termini). We would have preferred cooking on the normal kitchen stove, instead of the provisional electric stove (with only two heaters) which was placed on top of the normal stove. It probably had to do with fire prevention, which I can understand, but still we did not really like it. However I would absolutely recommend this accommodation to everyone!
