- Friederike (1/5): Die Unterkunft in Bad Harzburg entsprach nicht den Erwartungen. - Kontakt zu Herrn Koch während des Aufenthalts war kooperativ; er zeigte Verständnis und entschuldigte sich für den Zustand der Unterkunft. Teilerstattung wurde von Herrn Koch telefonisch zugesagt, jedoch ist es dazu nicht gekommen. Die Unterkunft entsprach nicht den Erwartungen bzw. den Beschreibungen: verdreckter Fußboden, benutztes Geschirr, benutzte Handtücher und Bademantel, offene Zahnpasta, Haare im Abfluss (schwarz), Bremsspur in der Toilette, sowie Schimmel im Kühlschrank. Aufgrund der genannten Mängel haben wir nach einer Nacht abgebrochen. Nach Abreise erhielt ich Nachrichten von Frau Wiesemüller mit Unterstellung, wir hätten den Dreck verursacht; dies war nicht nachvollziehbar, da wir z.B. keine Dusche genutzt haben und die Haare in der Unterkunft nicht unseren Ursprungs entsprechen. Sie drohte uns damit, dass unsere Bewertung von booking gelöscht werden würde. Sicherheits-/Reinigungsaspekte sollten vor der Weitervermietung geprüft werden (Schlüsselbox-Code seit Jahren unverändert)
