JOIVY wants you to have a fantastic stay, and we encourage you to see this property as a home away from home. There are, however, a few points we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:

The condominium (central) heating will work on a schedule, as imposed by Italian law, and heating cannot be adjusted. The schedule will operate as follows: 6 AM to 9 AM, 12 PM to 2 PM, and 8 PM to 11 PM.
The highest temperature allowed by Italian law for the residential sector is 19 degrees Celsius for all thermostats, both central and autonomous heating.
Please do not use more than one appliance at once. Otherwise, you may experience power outages. If this happens, guests will need to reset the fuze box. Please do not use more than one appliance at once.

- Mamela (1/5): TRAURIG was hier um viel Geld inseriert wird!!! - Nichts. Die Wohnung war DRECKIG und MASSIV SCHIMMELIG. Es waren Säcke von Müll auf der Terrasse, die dort wochenlang gammelten. Der Geruch war fürchterlich! Wir konnten nicht draußen sitzen!! Die Klimaanlagen waren versifft und stanken ebenso, daher auch hier keine Benützung. Ich habe mich an JOIVY gewendet, Sie wollten eine Mail mit Fotos, das habe ich alles gemacht und an JOIVY/BOOKING versendet, was wohl keinen interessiert. Joivy meint, das sind lokale Kollegen, die nun am Zug sind. Nun mehr als ein Monat ist vergangen und es meldet sich immer noch keiner. Ich möchte die 611 € nicht bezahlen und verlange mein Geld zurück!!!!!!! Zudem lade ich gerade die Fotos hoch, hoffentlich bucht keiner diese Wohnung mehr und Booking nimmt das aus dem Programm. Info an Booking direkt: Auch euer Kundenservice wird immer schlechter und schlechter.
- Alexander (4/5): ok for a couple, not more - well located, impressive terrace, good wifi, equipped kitchen there was a music concert in front of the appartement all week without noticing in advance! this is a 1 bedroom appartement, not more! no personal welcoming on site extra bed was only for 1 person seat bed was below comfort standards poor showers in bathrooms

- Prim (9/5): Truly a great experience! - This place is ideal for families - 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (small bedroom a bit small but comfy) This place offering all necessary amenities included cleaning kit. The location is great, opposite the park, nearby tram and bus stops made getting around so easy. We love a large terrace and park views. -
- Tomas (6/5): Ok - Good location, but the second "bedroom" is not a proper room, but just a built-in cupboard with a smaller dubbel bed (not big enough for two adults). AC didn't work well. Big terrace! Second "bedroom". AC didn't work.

- Miguel (5/5): Dirty apartment and good location in Milán - The location of the property is really good. Tram line 3 an 15 to center of Milán just a couple of minutes. The size of the apartment is good. Cleanliness is very important specially travelling with your family. Cleanliness in this property is really really really poor.
- Natali (10/5): The apartment is so vintage, l love the aesthetic and the art is so amazing. I really like it. 👌🏼 - We liked the netflix, the terrace and vibe of the apartment. In one room we couldn’t pull down the net. And we could use more dishwasher detergent.

- Filip (9/5): Superb - Spacious, clean, beautiful terrace. The staff from Altido(the company managing the flat) was extremely unhelpful, arrived a bit early and they didn't want to open so I could leave my luggage, apart from that everything was great
