Endroit très calme donnant sur une cour.
. Escalier un peu difficile.

- Olaf (8/5): - De (geluids)isolatie is zwak. Het is niet zo geschikt voor lichte slapers.

- John (1/5): don't bother unless u like 17th century - nothing run down old dirty with much renovations required ,toilet seat broken and no attempt to fix it, poor lighting only lamps available and when tried to get in contact with someone there was no response .
blocked drains very hard to have shower as the base fills and overflows , stairs old steep and dangerous , windows wouldn't close allowing mosquitoes at night basically one step above homeless don't bother don't waste your money
- DARRENRAJ (3/5): Location good , house condition is very old school and feels like a haunted house at times - The location was nice as well as for the price of the stay . It was bad shape very old furniture and the washing machine had water in it still and wasn’t clean. The bed stand in the master room was broken make it soo uncomfortable to sleep. But as far from all you are paying for the price you get so you understand what I mean .
- Poonam (9/5): - Location
- Ayman (8/5): Very good -
- Sabrina (5/5): Good location. You get what you pay for. - Very good proximity to the train station and piazza Santa Maria Novella. Good value. Hosts allowed us an early check in. When we arrived the toilet seat was broken and it was impossible to adjust the height of the shower. The space was adequate for a family of four, but was definitely inferior to the other paces we stayed in Italy. Can definitely use a face lift and beds could be much more comfortable.
- Tina (7/5): It was a fantastic location, comfy beds, it would have been so much better if a few basic provisions had been provided - Location, good value, two rooms and bathrooms, good Wi-Fi, comfy beds. Very good communication with the host who was very helpful on WhatsApp prior to arrival No instructions on how to open and shut the front door. Poor lighting. Thin small towels, no bathmat to put on bathroom floors. It would have been so improved with a few basics provided such as a bottle of water, a few tea bags, washing up liquid, kitchen j cloth, tea cloth, kitchen roll,
- Jane (8/5): Would book there again - handy for railway and in very easy walking distance of centre of city. - Everything we needed in the apartment. Close to the railway station. Instant hot water for shower. Best sleep I had for months on comfy mattress (did not aggrevate my trapped nerve). Easy to book through booking.com and to pay room tax also. Good communication from host. Toilet cistern did not 'shut off' fully so was permanently dribbling water into the en-suite toilet (I was concerned about water wastage).
- Tom (9/5): Superb - Close to the centre and train station
- Rosemary (8/5): Very good -
- Sunleah (5/5): Poor condition, good location, and lots of mosquitoes - The staff is friendly - helped us carry the suitcases because there is no lift and the stairs are steep and we have knees problems. The location is good, as it is close to the train station and the duomo. The apartment is very humid and mosquito-infested. All the closet doors are close to run-down state. The mattresses were covered with a thin cover and you can feel the fabric of the mattresses. There was only one suspicious looking quilt and upon request, another blanket was sent to us. Both the quilt and blanket were not clean and the covers do not fit. We had to use the quilt cover and the blanket/quilt at night, very uncomfortable indeed. 300 euro per night is clearly over-charged. We also had to pay tourists tax at 5.5 euro per person. This info was not listed when we booked the apartment and we were only informed upon checking in
- Anthony (8/5): A nice-sized apartment really close to the best Florence has to offer. - The location is really close to the train station and a short walk to all the main sights. We had the whole apartment to ourselves, and it is a really great space to spend a few days in. A nice small balcony. Check in was really easy and the host was very helpful and friendly! The apartment is a bit dated but it is great value for money. Would definitely stay here again.
- Martin (9/5): Superb - Very good location, everything what we needed was on site. Thanks to the team - great hospitality and suuuuuper friendliness!
- Kieran (8/5): Very good - The location was excellent and the property was very Italian. Checking was made easier by hosts. The sofa bed needs a new mattress. Not usable as a bed.
- Cláudia (7/5): Good for a short stay, owner very helpful and attentive - Easy check-in, great location, close to the station and the city center, yet in a quiet area. It was good to see some green from the windows. Very old furniture pieces that are interesting and beautiful. The owner is very friendly, helpful, and quick to answer. The apartment is old and thats okay, the price reflects this. However, it needs some quick and easy fixes: securing the bedroom door handle, the handle on the side cabinet in the living room, raising the refrigerator so the door can be opened easily, new towels. A microwave would also greatly facilitate longer stays.
- Frédéric (10/5): It was really nice. - Wonderful appart.
Great guest, very smiling and polite.
- Eva (4/5): Uncomfortable - Good location, near train station Felt very dirty, mosquitos squished on walls, beds very uncomfortable and just one fan provided to do two bed rooms
- Otari (4/5): Disappointing -
- Esteban (9/5): Great place to stay to enjoy Florence. - Was big and comfortable, very close to a bus tops that took you directly to the Duomo, and only a couple blocks away from the train station. It was a very steep narrow staircase to the third floor.
- Reyes (2/5): Very poor - Place is old. Bathrooms too small and tight Bathrooms, equipments, furniture too old
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional -
- Margaret (4/5): Disappointing - We didn’t end up staying, the stairs were too hard to navigate as we are both over 60 with 2 large suitcases and 2 small suitcases, didn’t realise there was no lift until arrival. Didn’t look as good as the photos
- Mccollough (8/5): Very good -
- Dalibor (8/5): Very good -
- Rajin (9/5): Very good - Automation Mosquito in the room
- António (8/5): Discover Florence - The location of the apartment is superb, very central, five minutes or less from the train station and the city centre. The apartment is ideal for four people, has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchenette and a living room with a dining table and two sofas, it has internet. It has a retro/vintage decor. The host (Nicolò) is exceptional, very helpful and friendly. The apartment needs some maintenance works, mainly aesthetic. The access stairs are inclined, difficult to access for those with mobility problems (it was not our case).
- Frederic (4/5): with a little remodeling this place could be great - Great Location, walking distance from the center, restaurants and several parking garage. I'm pretty sure the electricity isn't up to standards, having electric plug next to a water source isn't what I call safe.
The antique lamps need to be rewired because cables from the 1950s isn't safe either. The shower handle isn't holding on the bar and the paint is cracking up, and my personal favorite, you need to turn on the lights to have the refrigerator working.
- Lidagrossman (10/5): Wonderful property tastefully decorated with unique antique furniture. Comfy beds and great host. -
- Lai (5/5): Passable -
- Carthagem (10/5): Easy, old-world, charming - Host left water and wine for our arrival
