Als ik dan toch iets moet noemen, dan was het dat de deken in de kamer van het bed voor ons erg warm was. Maar goed dat kan je makkelijk tackelen, wij sliepen er 1 nacht.

- Johannes (10/5): Hotel mit Charme, Familien geeignet - Hallo zusammen, Die Lage ist einfach wunderschön, direkt am Meer, und auch das Wetter spielt perfekt mit. Strand und Garten mehr geht nicht, wunderschön Was das Hotel besonders macht: Obwohl es ein Four Seasons ist und erst kürzlich eröffnet wurde, merkt man sofort, dass es sich um ein renoviertes, älteres Gebäude handelt. Genau das verleiht dem Ganzen aber unglaublich viel Charme. Es wirkt nicht wie ein typischer, komplett neuer Luxusbau, sondern eher entspannt, authentisch und sehr stilvoll. Alles fühlt sich ruhig, angenehm und einfach rund an – ein Ort, an dem man sofort abschalten kann. Das Hotel ist definitiv familiengeeignet und die Menschen vor Ort sind unglaublich liebenswert, herzlich und bemüht. Genau das macht den Aufenthalt auch besonders angenehm. Besonders wollen wir Francesco danke, der jeden Tag unsere Kinder mit milchshakes versorgt hat. Insgesamt war es ein wirklich großartiger Urlaub – Zum einen sind die Zimmer, bedingt durch die ältere Bausubstanz, nicht besonders groß. Das ist grundsätzlich nachvollziehbar, nimmt dem Ganzen aber etwas von dem Luxusgefühl, das man in dieser Preisklasse erwartet. Das Hotel ist definitiv familiengeeignet und die Menschen vor Ort sind unglaublich liebenswert, herzlich und bemüht. Genau das macht den Aufenthalt auch besonders angenehm. Gleichzeitig merkt man aber, dass es sich um ein noch nicht vollständig eingespieltes Team handelt. Für die absolute Spitzenklasse fehlt es hier und da noch an Erfahrung, Routine und einem konsequenten Blick für Details. Ein Beispiel: Ein umgefallenes Glas wurde erst nach rund 15 Minuten vollständig beseitigt – inklusive Scherben im Poolbereich. In einem Haus dieser Kategorie sollte so etwas deutlich schneller und souveräner gelöst werden. Auch im Service insgesamt zeigt sich noch Entwicklungspotenzial – vermutlich, weil viel neues Personal im Einsatz ist. Hier würden klarere Abläufe und mehr Erfahrung im Team helfen. Beim Frühstück gibt es ebenfalls Luft nach oben. Die Auswahl ist gut, aber nicht immer konstant – dass einzelne Produkte wie Joghurt fehlen, sollte in dieser Kategorie nicht passieren. Auch das Essen insgesamt ist ordentlich, aber noch nicht auf dem durchgängig hohen Niveau, das man erwarten würde. Im Vergleich zu Häusern wie den Aman Hotels, die für kompromisslose Qualität und Perfektion im Detail stehen, fällt das Niveau aktuell noch etwas ab. Genau in dieser Liga sollte das Hotel aber langfristig spielen. Am Ende ist das natürlich „Meckern auf hohem Niveau“, aber es zeigt, dass hier noch deutlich Potenzial vorhanden. Wir kommen wieder und sagen danke.

My only critique is I would suggest either a ceiling or portable fan for the balcony as it was very warm in the evening when we wanted to sit out.

- Ksenia (10/5): Great stay, we loved it - Rooms, facilities, SPA is excellent, park and promenade, open air cinema was very nice, access to the sea/beach. Two swimming pools, one is adult-only. It is overall spacious, relaxed, nice atmosphere. In-room facilities and amenities are excellent. Great view. Nice terrace. Just very minor things, which definitely do not bring the overall grade down. Housekeeping staff may need some training and pay more attention to the detail. We got no slippers to the room upon arrival, had to ask for this. We were served very nice welcome snacks and champaign to the room (which is great), but evening housekeeping failed to remove the leftovers and dirty dishes from the room (we were not in the room then) when doing the night service. Next day housekeeping did not replenish shower caps and paper tissue. Restaurants are nice, but if you stay longer, may be need to explore something outside the hotel. If you drive in and is not an experienced driver on Mallorca, better go day-time, as there is a winding part of the road. Some people chosen to play with kids in the SPA pool which is probably not the most suitable area for this.

The breakfast was excellent with great choice when the weather was suited to the outdoor terrace being in use . Staff very well trained and very friendly. When we were restricted to the indoor area for Dining , breakfast specifically , it was claustrophobic , noisy and not suited to the number of guests. Not a pleasant experience. We wanted to see the island and if you take a hire car to this hotel there is a charge of 50 Euros per night, to us this seemed excessive . If you have a ground floor room you can find yourselves next to rooms with families, which can be noisy .

The fitness room is well equipped and with a nice garden-view - not below the ground as so many others There is no space on the beach reserved for hotel guests. Was lovely experience. - Lovely stay - rooms are very beautiful and comfortable and the staff went above and beyond - it was our anniversary and we were delivered desert after each meal and even left one in our bedroom before bed - beautiful touches. Its a brand new hotel - so there were a few teething issues, but nothing bad to report- I'm sure in the coming months once the staff are familiar with the hotel and the resort is finished it will be a very well oiled machine. Some minor issues which is expected for a new hotel - but considering its four seasons I did expect more - being unable to order alcoholic beverages at the adult pool doesn't make much sense to me, some light background music at the restaurant for dinner would be nice, the atmosphere can seem very stiff and quiet and for such a beautiful location, makes it hard to enjoy when the environment feels stale.
