• Jarosław (10/5): Dobry hotel w przystępnej cenie - Hotel w spokojnej okolicy, w bliskiej odległości od stacji kolejowej - spacerkiem maksymalnie 10 min. Dość daleko od centrum, blisko do lotniska i świetnie skomunikowane z miastem. Na krótki pobyt w Barcelonie idealny dla par. Pokój czysty,, codziennie sprzątany i wymieniane ręczniki. Łóżko duże i wygodne. Łazienka przestronna z dużym prysznicem. Śniadania dobre, urozmaicone. Spędziliśmy w hotelu 3 noce ze śniadaniami. Przy tak krótkim pobycie nie dostrzegłem żadnych niedogodności.

• Yuwen (5/5): - Lit confortable Le service de nettoyage a tenté de rentrer dans notre chambre 2 fois. La 1ere fois quand on était en train de dormir, on s’est fait réveiller par le bruit de la porte. La dame est ensuite revenue une 2e fois malgré la plainte à la réception avant notre Check out.

• Ccm70 (4/5): Décevant pour un 4 étoiles - Franchement très déçu par cet hôtel. Il y a encore quelque temps, cet établissement méritait probablement ses 4 étoiles, mais aujourd’hui ce n’est clairement plus le cas. Dès l’arrivée, la porte d’entrée principale est cassée depuis un moment visiblement, il n’y a même pas de cendrier devant l’entrée, résultat : des mégots partout au sol, ce qui donne immédiatement une impression de laisser-aller et de manque d’entretien. Les chambres restent propres, la literie est confortable et le petit déjeuner est correct, mais beaucoup de petits détails ont disparu. Avant, il y avait les petits kits de bienvenue (brosse à dents, amenities, etc.), aujourd’hui il n’y a plus rien. Même constat côté restaurant : carte devenue très limitée, beaucoup moins de choix qu’avant. Le plus problématique reste la climatisation. Impossible d’avoir une chambre correctement climatisée, avec toujours la même réponse : “la climatisation est en maintenance”. Honnêtement, dans un hôtel 4 étoiles, ce n’est pas acceptable. Qu’il s’agisse d’un problème technique ou d’économies d’énergie, un établissement de ce standing doit assurer un minimum de confort, surtout à cette période. Résultat : obligé d’ouvrir les fenêtres toute la nuit avec le bruit constant de la voie rapide juste en face, les moustiques, etc. Très désagréable. C’est dommage car l’hôtel a du potentiel, mais il a clairement perdu en standard et en qualité de service. Aujourd’hui, pour moi, cet établissement ne mérite plus ses 4 étoiles et je ne le recommande pas.

• Denys (3/5): Un desastre no vuelvo - Las instalaciones guapas. El personal es un desastre desde la recepción. Me han cobrado dos veces la estancia, tanto el efectivo como de la tarjeta(menos mal que suelo revisar todo) El desayuno pagábamos aparte el personal te trae la cuenta y le da pereza a recogerla, tienes que ir a la barra y esperar cuando les da la gana te dan el cambio. No vuelvo

• Michael (6/5): A lot of food and shopping options were available within walking distance. - Close to the BCN airport. You can see the control towers and airplanes from the hotel. No shuttle bus service is provided to the airport. However there is a city bus about 15 minutes away (by walking).

• Jovana-Radmila (6/5): - Bathroom is great! There was a confusion with concierge as they couldn't allocate my payment, regardless of myself showing them confirmation of the booking. While taxi was waiting for me, receptionist tried to get the payment again from me and when I said no, only then he called, I wiill assume supervisor. For the other guy to confirm that is paid took couple of minutes, overall approx 10 min. This part definitley needs improvement.

On a vraiment eu l’impression de s’être fait arnaquer. L’accueil était médiocre, pas du tout à la hauteur de ce qu’on attendait. En plus, la personne présente le 1er mai, qui parlait français avec des clients français, était vraiment irrespectueuse. Aucun professionnalisme, ton désagréable… ça met très mal à l’aise. Honnêtement, difficile de dire ce qu’on a aimé dans ces conditions. Je n’ai pas apprécié l’accueil, qui était vraiment médiocre et peu professionnel. On a eu le sentiment d’être mal considérés, presque comme si on dérangeait. La personne présente le 1er mai, pourtant en train de parler français avec des clients français, s’est montrée irrespectueuse et désagréable dans sa manière de répondre. Le ton employé et le manque de politesse ont rendu l’expérience très négative. Honnêtement, ça donne surtout l’impression d’un service négligé et peu sérieux.
