• Szimonetta (7/5): Elfogadható - Jó lokáció, egy nagy apartmanban az egész család (8 fő) elfértünk! A tisztaság hagy némi kivetnivalót maga után. A házban lépcső-lépcső hátán van, így idősebbeknek nem túl jó. A szoba és fürdő ajtók úgy szorulnak, ha becsukja az ember akkor lábbal kell kirúgni szó szerint, hogy kitudj szabadulni. Az ágyak matracai olyan puhák, hogy reggelre sírva kelsz fel.

• Roberta (6/5): Centrale, spazioso, ben fornito ma pulizia inesistente - Appartamento in zona centrale, silenziosa e a 15 minuti a piedi dal mare. Spazioso, fornito di tutto l’occorrente necessario sia in cucina sia in lavanderia. Letti comodi e bella terrazza all’ultimo piano. Perfetto per tre coppie, amici o tre nuclei genitore/bambino Pulizia inesistente! Appena arrivati abbiamo dovuto spazzare e lavare pavimenti, scale e mobili per presenza di polvere e sporco in quantità elevati! La prima notte smuovendo il pulviscolo alcuni di noi hanno avuto tosse allergica, con dei bambini non è stato per nulla carino. Vista la carenza di pulizia metterei a disposizione un aspirapolvere. Fatto presente a fine vacanza al padrone, ha detto che avrebbe riferito alla signora della pulizie
• Erika Mária (7/5): Die paar Sachen ausbessern und dann ist es sehr fein und zentral nur ohne Ausblick. - Die Lage war sehr gut, die Küche war groß und gut ausgestattet. Das wäre toll gewesen, wenn pro Person mind. 1 Kaffeekapsel/Tag in der Unterkunft gewesen wäre. (Kleinste Packung ist im Geschäft mit 16 Kapseln gewesen, was zu groß ist für 7 Nächte.) Mind Salz, Zucker und vielleicht Öl bzw. 1-2 Waschmaschienen Kapseln oder ein wenig Waschpulver in der Wohnung wäre super gewesen, da man sie nur in zu große Packung kaufen kann. Seife/flüßige Seife im Badezimmer um Hände zu waschen. Die Klimaanlage hat Tage lang keine Heizfunktion gehabt, bis ich darauf gekommen bin, dass es mit dem schwachen Batterien zu tun hat. (Es war ziemlich kalt in der Wohnung, was im Sommer sicherlich ein Vorteil ist.) Leider in der Wohnung im ersten Stock wurden Möbeln bewegt und oft sehr laut gesprochen zwischen 23:00 Uhr und 1:30 Uhr in der Früh bzw. dann um 7:00 Uhr in der Früh das gleiche Theater mit den Möbeln. Wenn man früh ins Bett gehen möchte, weil der ganzen Tag unterwegs war und auch früh aufstehen möchte, weil einiges unternehmen möchte, dann stört es sehr, weil man sich nicht erholen kann. Der Poster im Bett waren nicht fürs schlafen geeignet, aber der Armlehne vom Sofa war super bequem. (Ich habe mir helfen lassen.) Die Bettdecke war super fein und groß.

• Karolina (9/5): - All was good. I would add some toiletries, there was only a shower gel, but no soap. Would be also nice to have at least 2 or 3 coffee pods as a starter. I actually left some for next tourists. Apart from that very nice place, great location and good contact with the person who was looking after the apartment. I would add some toiletries and coffee pods.

• Katia111 (10/5): Mieszkanko na szybkie zwiedzanie miasta. - Apartament z wygodnym łóżkiem. Drugiego w salonie nie sprawdzaliśmy. Miał wszystko co trzeba. Suszarkę do włosów, żelazko. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona. Przydałaby by się troszkę soli, jakieś dwie saszetki herbaty na początek i dwie kapsułki kawy do ekspresu, by wiedzieć jakie kupić w sklepie. Apartament ogólnie ciemnawy mimo dwóch okien. W Hiszpanii to normalne,gdyż mieszkania są chronione przed letnim słońcem. Balkonik to wewnętrzne patio. Mały apartament jest położony na parterze przy ulicy, ale ulica spokojna, cicha .Ogrzewanie to klimatyzacja, więc nie wiem czy zimą wystarczy. Za rogiem kawiarnia, za drugim rogiem sklep z owocami i warzywami. Obok mercadona, blisko do autobusów.

• Edyta Stawiarska (10/5): - Obiekt położony w spokojnej dzielnicy, zejście pieszo do centrum miasta około 15 minut. Wszystkie atrakcje turystyczne w pobliżu. Obiekt bardzo czysty, zadbany, na wyposażeniu wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy: chemia, kosmetyki, przybory kuchenne. Duży przestronny taras oraz indywidualna łazienka dla każdego pokoju. Znakomity kontakt z gospodarzem. Gorąco polecam ten obiekt.

• Zuzana (1/5): - jediné, čo je dobré na tomto ubytovaní, je poloha Po príchode na ubytovanie sme boli nemilo prekvapení, byt nebol dostatočne uprataný, prach bol kade-tade na nábytku, na podlahe boli zaschnuté kvapance, na umývadle a gauči vlasy po niekom inom, pri varnej dosky ešte zvyšky z pečiva po predchádzajúcich ubytovaných, kôš špinavý... po otvorení dverí do kúpeľne nás hneď ovalil zápach z odtoku, ktorý ubytovateľ "vyriešil" osviežovačom vzduchu. Po otvorení vetračky na okne v kúpeľni bol tento zápach už aj na terase, kde bolo okno orientované. Kontaktovali sme ubytovateľa, ale ten tvrdil, že byt je riadne uprataný, všetko je s ním v poriadku a ja klamem. Nakoniec sme si ešte všimli v sprche, že je v okrajoch pleseň, ktorá bola pravdepodobne aj na strope nad sprchovým kútom, nakoľko sa tam nachádzal fľak. Z tohto ubytovania sme okamžite odišli a našli si nové ubytovanie.

• Guest (9/5): - Blizina centru grada, lako ulaženje u smeštaj pomoću instrukcija, lep, velik apartman pogodan za grupe. Dodala bih par kuhinjskih pomagala, toster, žicu za mućenje jaja npr. Takođe, pritisak vode u kupatilima je ponekad slab.

• Farhan (9/5): - Es war eine Selbstverpflegung gewesen und es gab drum herum einige Frühstückslokale. Die Wohnung war super zentral und sehr schön. Vor allem die Lage war perfekt und man war unweit vom Hauptgeschehen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber ,verlief auch super. Die zu späte Checkin Zeit. 12 Uhr wäre ideal gewesen. Aber sonst war alles super.

• Małgorzata (7/5): Fajne miejsce na kilkudniowy pobyt - Super lokalizacja - wszędzie blisko, kawiarnia pod domem, cicha okolica, lokalnie, parter - łatwe wniesienie bagażu, duża przestrzeń, dostęp do wyposażonej kuchni, klimatyzacja. Było trochę brudno - lampki przy łóżku, podłoga, stolik i krzesła na patio wymagały umycia, brzydki zapach z rur maskowano odświeżaczem powietrza, zimno, ciemno - brak światła słonecznego.

• Magdalena (9/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, taras na dachu , apartament dwupoziomowy, każdy pokoj z łazienką. Siedzac do nocy na tarasie nikomu nie przeszkadzał hałas. Okna są zaklejone ozdobną folią,ale to zapewne przed słońcem. Widok z okna na kamienice naprzeciwko.

• Elisa (10/5): Vacanza di gruppo - Appartamento disposto su più piani, dotato di tutto. Ogni camera ha un bagno privato e in cima sul tetto un grande poggiolo. È situato in zona ottima per muoversi a piedi in centro o con i bus. Poco distante ci sono anche dei bar carini per la colazione. Prezzo giusto e proprietario cortese. Consiglio vivamente

• Marcin (1/5): Straszny pobyt - lokalizacja Już pierwszej nocy jedna z osób śpiących w salonie zobaczyła przelatujące stworzenie - duże, bardzo szybkie, uciekające przed światłem. Po chwili zobaczyliśmy je ponownie wszyscy. Podejrzewamy, że był to szczur lub mysz. Zmuszeni byliśmy uciec z salonu i spać we trójkę na jednym łóżku w dusznym pokoju bez klimatyzacji ( w całym apartamencie jest duszno i gorąco) W nocy słyszeliśmy, jak zwierzę buszuje w kuchni i próbowało dostać się do jedzenia. Nie mogliśmy spać ze strachu. Apartament był przy tym w fatalnym stanie – brudne ściany, używana pościel, taras można nazwać graciarnią, a nie miejscem do odpoczynku. Meble tam były poplamione. Krzesła i kanapa w salonie były poplamione i obrzydliwe. Niestety tu możemy dodać tylko 4 zdjęcia, ale do obiektu wysłaliśmy 18 zdjęć pokazujących fatalny stan apartamentu. Co prawda na pierwszy rzut oka nie było brudno, ale gdy się przyjrzeliśmy zobaczyliśmy obrzydliwe zaniedbania. Może i przeżylibyśmy tę niedogodności, i zostali w apartamencie, natomiast po pojawieniu się gryzonia nie chcieliśmy zostać tam ani chwili dłużej. Właściciel był nie miły, na nasze skargi zareagował mówiąc “jeżeli oczekiwaliście luksusu to trzeba było zarezerwować 5 gwiazdkowy hotel”, dodatkowo stwierdził że “apartament jest w idealnym stanie”. Zgłosiliśmy sprawę do właściciela i do Bookingu, ale przez to, że właściciel nie chciał się zgodzić, booking nie mógł nic zrobić. Zmuszeni byliśmy opuścić apartament po 1 dobie pobytu i wynająć inny nocleg na własny koszt.

• Anouk (7/5): Prima voor met z’n tweeën, mooie ligging en eigenaar is erg behulpzaam - De ligging, dat het schoon was, goede communicatie met de eigenaar De slaapbank moeten ze echt vervangen. Als je er met gezin in wil dan is het niet te doen om iemand erop te laten slapen. Dus tip aan de eigenaar: vervang de slaapbank voor een nieuwe. Het servies: er zitten geen kommen voor bijvoorbeeld yoghurt. Geen wijnglazen en geen kurkentrekker. Niet echt gelijk een minpunt maar een tip om deze erbij te halen voor in het appartement. Het uitlek kastje voor het servies.. deze hangt daar totaal niet praktisch. Deze zou ik of weghalen of ergens anders plaatsen en dan gewoon een wasrekje neerzetten voor de vaat. Het geluid van het bovenste appartement. Zodra zij gaan schuiven met stoelen dan schrik je ervan. Misschien viltjes onder de poten van het appartement boven.

• Marie grace (10/5): Worth the prize and definitely recommended to a friends. - It’s very convenient specially the location, 15 mins to the beachfront and tourist spots, near supermarkets and restaurants or even cafe. Near Alicante market which is famously known. Perfect for family or friends. Staff were very friendly and considerate because we arrived early than the check in time and he let us in earlier than expected. The place is clean and tidy. Definitely what to stay again for the next visit in Alicante. I hope they will improve to put AC in second floor which where in the 2 bedroom area. It would be nicer☺️ because it’s to hot at night. 🥵 but over all it’s a nice place to stay.

• Yadylein (4/5): No hemos podido descansar NADA EN NUESTRAS VACACIONES - Desde el miércoles 6 de agosto de 2024 hasta el domingo 10, en el piso de arriba (del mismo propietario) había 6 o más chicas haciendo ruido sin parar desde las 23:00 hasta las 6:45: gritos, música alta, tacones, arrastre constante de muebles y hombres entrando y saliendo. No hay ningún aislamiento acústico en este apartamento; se escucha todo como si estuvieran dentro del mismo. Lo peor: tiraban con violencia la puerta de hierro de la calle, situada justo al lado de nuestro apartamento. El estruendo era tan brutal que resonaba como explosiones dentro. El ruido de las sillas y muebles en el piso superior retumbaba con una potencia nunca vista en ningún alojamiento,

• Samuel (3/5): Very noisy, unclear what you are booking from the photos, but a helpful host - Location was good, close to cafes, bars and other amenities and about a 15 minute walk to the sea. The apartment was not as advertised. This was a studio, which is not clear in the photos. We could hear everything from the apartment above - people talking, preparing food, moving chairs, using the toilet, water running. We could also hear cars and people passing from outside the front of the property as it is an open studio. We had 2 sleepless nights and then decided to look for another place to stay for the rest of our holiday. The host was very understanding and refunded us for the 5 days we cut short. I am grateful for their help, but the apartment was completely unsuitable for a relaxing holiday.

• Gaston (8/5): I would definitely rent again, but apartment needs a little attention. - Location is good , not too far from beach and centre, albeit a decent walk. Apartment is spacious despite all the stairs. travelled with a big family and found the apartment ideally suited for a large group. It is walking distance to the centre and the area it is in is not as expensive as by the waterfront. The street is fairly quiet despite being in a fairly busy area. If you are a large group or a big family this apartment is ideal ( not disabled friendly as it has lots of stairs , otherwise is very good). Bathrooms were quite generous in size at about 4 m2 and all of them had a bidet and a large shower. Had 2 en-suite double bedrooms upstairs and another double bedroom with shared bathroom downstairs. Although I did not meet host they kept in touch to see if everything was OK. Also they allowed me to enter earlier than the official check in due to the family size for which I am very grateful ,as would have been hell to haul cases and various small kids around until check in time. I found host willing to help despite me not availing of their offer to help/attend. Small maintenance is lacking with a lot of very minor items. e.g: Taps need tightening, Doors didn't close properly ( my daughter got locked inside her room as handle loose , but could be opened from outside) . Shower enclosure about to pop out of rails, strong smell of sewage in one of the toilets, door to attic would not close and kept opening with draft, Door to flat kept jamming against raised floor, light switches and sockets not very well fixed to wall...and a lot of small etc's. Real pity about the maintenance, as it subtracts from an otherwise good apartment, and could be solved easily by a handyman in a day or two. Also no heating cooling in house except in the open plan living room / kitchen. I can see this being a problem when very hot, but it was not our case. Pity beds where normal doubles and not King size. Also the mattresses were rather mediocre , but they were not not uncomfortable as I read in other reviews. Host unfortunately had no baby equipment available ( e.g- travelling cot) despite requesting it so baby ended up sleeping with us which impacted on our sleep quality. This unavailability was a little surprising. Single glazed windows could be upgraded to double glazed to deal with noise at street side (front facade).
