• Robert (8/5): Small but well equiped and a magnificent location : shops, tubes and buses plentiful. - My fault : didn't read the instructions properly. The host replied very quickly and all was well The washing machine was full of water (and dirty clothes) and the wardrobe was practically unusable as it was full of sheets, etc. We could have done with a comfy chair, or two, but the location (and calm) more than made up for any discomfort.

• Olivier (10/5): Parfait à tous les points de vue - L'emplacement est ideal, proche des commerces, de la gare de St Pancras et proche du centre de Londres. L'appartement est parfait, au calme et l'hôte est super réactif en cas de question. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Nous y retournerions les yeux fermés.

• Sanja (10/5): Lovely! - Great little studio! It has everything you need for your stay. The kitchen is fully equipt, there is even an espresso machine! The bed is comfy, pillows too. There is an extra blanket if you need it, extra towels. I was fine, but the shower ceiling is lower than the rest of the bathroom, so if you're tall, it might not be for you.

A refaire sans modération dans le même appartement. - Emplacement proche des restaurants, magasins et supermarchés et bien desservi par les bus et métros. Tout est bien pensé : machines à laver le linge et à sécher, four, plaques, frigo et surtout machine à café avec des dosettes. Un appartement très agréable comme on aimerait en avoir un. Il faudrait peut-être mettre au niveau de la douche un rideau car la paroi en verre est trop petite et si on utilise le pommeau de douche en l'air on a tendance à arroser la salle de bain mais rien de bien grave. Il faudrait peut-être ajouter un porte serviettes dans la salle de bain autre part que dans la douche et mettre un porte manteaux dans l'entrée.

• ian (9/5): Excellent location. Very good unit. - Location is perfect for exploring London. The tube is very close. The unit needed a microwave as is mentioned in the description. It needs more hanging space.
• Federico Luis (5/5): Estadía en el centro de Londres - Departamento en el centro de Londres, a menos de 2 cuadras de 5 líneas del underground (2 estaciones), con lavarropas,secarropas, una cómoda mesa con 2 sillas y un baño reciclado a nuevo. El departamento en ese aspecto tiene todas las comodidades, al igual que cuenta con una gran cantidad de cubiertos y dejan aparte de café y té, aceite, sal entre otros productos., Si bien todas las camas en Reino Unido son pequeñas, este departamento tiene el espacio suficiente para una cama un poco más grande. Pero lo que realmente era muy malo es el estado de la cama. Extremadamente incómoda, con los resortes del colchón con un mal funcionamiento, lo que hizo muy difícil para nosotros conciliar el sueño en todas las noches que nos alejamos. Con una cama más grande y cómoda, sería un departamento 10 puntos. Otro aspecto es que la lluvia está a 1.85 metros. Hay que agacharse para ducharse para las personas que superan esa altura.

• brown (8/5): Almost Perfect. - Excellent location and within easy reach of where we needed to go. Easy access to apartment and host was Excellent with her responses to questions. Property was clean and was more than adequate for a short stay. My partner had some surgery at a nearby hospital and really needed ice to reduce swelling so was disappointed to see fridge had no freezer compartment to keep ice packs frozen. Property was advertised with having a microwave but didn't have one so was a bit difficult to do our preferred breakfast. Apart from that it was perfect really.

• Alessia (10/5): L' alloggio perfetto per un weekend a Londra - L' appartamento era davvero perfetto: accogliente, pulito, ordinato, spazioso, con tutti i servizi necessari (bagno moderno, cucina fornita con utensili, bollitore e macchina del caffè Nespresso). Posizione perfetta, vicino alla fermata della metro e a pochi passi da caffetterie, negozi, supermercati. Quartiere tranquillo, nonostante si trovi a poca distanza sia da King's Cross / St.Pancreas che da Covent Garden. Proprietario gentile, disponibile e preciso. Consigliato fortemente! Se disponibile, sceglieremo di nuovo questo alloggio nel nostro prossimo viaggio a Londra. Non c'è stato nulla che ci abbia lasciato delusi.

• Armstrong (5/5): Underwhelmed - Good location, close to tube station Washing left in washing machine & dryer Lack of space to put anything as cupboards were jammed packed with supplies, eg. towels, sheets, cleaning products. Curtain hooks broken, so curtain hangs down. With a little more thought, this place could be great. Maybe use storage space under bed so paying guests have room to put things.
• Isabelle (9/5): Sehr gemütliche Unterkunft in toller Lage, mit sehr freundlichen Gastgebern und allem, was man für einen schönen Städtet - Die Unterkunft ist ideal für einen kurzen Städtetrip, da man schnell und unkompliziert überall hinkommt. Die Ausstattung ist für einige Tage absolut ausreichend, und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Besonders angenehm war die freundliche und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit den Vermietern, wir haben uns rundum gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Matratze war etwas weich, und teilweise konnte man die Federn spüren. Für Personen über 1,80 m ist die Dusche nicht optimal, aber dank des zusätzlichen abnehmbaren Duschkopfes ließ sich auch das gut handhaben.

• Nadine (8/5): Great place - The location is superb. The apartment was clean and the host was very responsive. He accommodated our early arrival and allowed an earlier check in. We had to open the windows for a some air but the generator of probably the hospital behind us was a bit loud. The host can’t do anything about this, but if you’re noise sensitive like I am just bring you ear plugs with you.

• Lauren (10/5): Would highly recommend! - Really enjoyed our stay! Central location and it's super close to 2 stations. The host messaged us to let us know we could check in early because they knew we arrived early to the city, which was a great bonus. We collected the keys from a lockbox so it's an easy check in process. Super spacious and clean room. Quiet building overall. The fan in the room was a lifesaver during the heatwave. Will definitely be back! The mattress was pretty comfy overall, but it did shift a bit when sharing the bed, so light sleepers might notice it. The fixed shower head is on the lower side, which might not be great for taller people. Luckily, there's a separate handheld shower head that’s easy to move around.
• Lauren (10/5): The perfect location for a theatre stay - From booking to the actual day of arriving, the whole process has been seamless. We received all the finer booking details a good few days before travel so on arriving g there was no stress. The apartment was easy to find and was the perfect location for our overnight stay, the purpose of which was to watch a west end show, explore china town and visit outernet… all of which were in walking distance. The area felt safe and the room was spotless, we shall be sure to book again for our next theatre trip - thank you There is nothing negative to say!

• Alexia (10/5): Great stay - Great little studio apartment conveniently located near tube. The apartment was clean and modern and great instructions on how to enter the apartment were provided. It faces into a courtyard so is quiet at night. We would definitely stay here again! There was shampoo but no shower gel.

• Deighton (8/5): Great location at a good price, but one or two slight issues with the apartment. - Great location, good sized apartment with good facilities. Very helpful host. The shower drained very slowly, so kept having to shut off the water, wait for it to drain then start again. The heating was a bit unresponsive and turning up the thermostat seemed to have little effect. Good instructions for getting the keys, but should include how to enter the building as I have not seen the key fob entry like that before.

I slept great! The flat was easy to access and also felt safe. Fantastic location with shops at your doorstep and West End, etc. only a short stroll away. Great communication from the host. • D. (9/5): Superb - Locations, easy access to flat, and friendly people, There is no openers for bothle, and air-conditioning or vantulations make it sound all night, I use my ear plugs. Just need to coffee and tea facilities, only couple quid for happy customer.
• Paula (9/5): Definitely a cozy studio perfect for a short stay in London ☺️ - It is a very cozy apartment very close to the centre. Shaban has been amazing throughout our stay. He responded to every single question in no time. Very helpful. All the time trying to make a stay more comfortable and solving all problems. The apartment looked as brand new, kitchen was very complete, shower was also very nice and the decoration was also well selected. If we go back we definitely will check if this studio is available. Great location, many tube and train stations and if you are lucky and the weather is not too bad, you can take a walk to Soho, west end theatres, chinatown, Piccadilly... We're very happy we found this. Great host and great place. There was a window that wasn't quite closing and made some noise and some cold came in but luckily the curtains could stop some of it and we didn't bother about it that much.

We hardly slept and left early after the first night - Nothing The apartment/flat was in a residential block( not advertised as that) The communal areas were very dirty , smelly , didn’t feel safe. The flat smelt very strongly of bad drains and Marijuana . There was washing hanging on an airer , used tube of toothpaste in bathroom.Very cheap bedding , thin duvet and cold .
