• Alan (9/5): Handy for Ally Pally - Convenient for Ally Pally (we were there for the snooker). A very nice and well equipped bed sit. Buses stop right outside. Given that we were there just for one night, it would have been nice to have some tea bags and some instant coffee provided.
• Anna (10/5): Perfect - Location was perfect for watching snooker in Alexandra Palace (20 mins walk) Easy to find and parking was super close. Very nice area, many places to eat, we went to Miller and Carter but also just walk across the road for breakfast, lunch and evening meal. Host was amazing and helpful. Thank you, we will be visiting again 😀 All positive

• Kelly (10/5): Excellent. Will book again - A lovely wee flat. Much bigger than expected with a full kitchen and proper toilet with shower. Perfect for a couple. Flat is clean with everything needed. Bed is very comfortable. Area feels safe and is in walking distance of Alexander Palace. Street parking is fine and managed to park directly outside. Host had excellent communication. I will definitely book again when visiting London I can’t think of anything I would change.

• Campbell (10/5): 1st time.. Was excellent! - Wonderful little flat. Very well appointed, perfectly clean and tidy. Everything needed was included - from kitchen to bathroom. On 2nd floor with about 15 stairs to climb. Only about 30 minute walk to Alexandra Palace (Ally Pally) from its front door.too. there's a mini mart a couple of doors down, take away across the road and on a bus route (just outside the door other side of road) that will take you into Central London (Number 43 - London Bridge, approx an hour) Contact with Landlord - for arrival instructions, was quick, helpful and very freindly. Thankyou. To be honest the only thing that could be a "mini negative" was the noise from the road traffic at bed time - it was a little concern of ours when we turned in, however, it didn't really bother either of us in the end.

• Scarlett (10/5): Lovely little studio :) - Cute studio apartment. Exceptionally clean and convenient location for Alexandra Palace. On street parking meant we had to park a fair distance away from the property.
• Sarah (10/5): Great little apartment - Great little studio flat, comfortable bed, perfect for a night of two in London. Easy to park close by. Could have done with a coffee machine
• Tara And Cliff (9/5): Perfect spot after a gig at Alendras Palace - Check-in was easy. Free on street parking was a bonus. The room was exactly as described. Very clean and comfy. Plenty of amenities nearby.
• Clare (10/5): - Fab location, plenty of public transport links via London buses, plenty of on street parking. Studio was excellent, clean, great facilities, lovely toiletries, bath sheets smelt amazing! Check in was smooth ( do check junk/spam emails on day of arrival!). Local area has plenty to offer. We stayed 2 nights, 1 for an event at ally pally - walkable, 2nd night we went into central which was 40 mins on bus and tube. Wouldn't hesitate to return. You are on a busy main road so if a light sleeper bring earplugs, by 2nd night we didn't notice it much and slept well.

• Roxann (8/5): - Likes: Host was great to deal with and was able to accommodate an addt’l day. Great little flat with pretty much everything you needed. Clean. Well-stocked grocery store across the street as well as a few eateries (Holybella - great spot). Dislikes: Busy street w bus stop right out front (closed windows did pretty good job keeping out noise - did need to have them open to help cool unit at times, but a fan is also provided). Narrow staircase to access unit. Washer low temp setting had very hot water (clothes dried quickly on clothes hangers from closet)

• Emma (7/5): Brilliant host and apartment except needs an aircon unit as far too hot in the summer. - It would have been a ten out of ten for everything execpt (please see below) The weather was so hot that the apartment was unbearable to sleep in so we didn't get much sleep. The weather obviously isn't the fault of the host - but I would suggest investing in a wall mounted aircon unit given the UK temperatures are increasing in general. You could even then charge a bit more for the apartment with aircon and still be value for money, so there would be a return on investment. I would absolutely stay there again if that was installed and I would be happy to stay in it again without it in the cooler months. We want to return at a similar time next year for the same event we attended so fingers crossed for aircon!

• Gemma (9/5): Fab apartment - compact, spotless, good location - The apartment was spotless clean - easy check in/out and had all basic facilities needed for a short stay! It’s a little small but perfectly adequate for 2 people for a short stay

• Jennisa (7/5): Wonderful location, looks like its pics but needs a thorough deep clean - Nice furnishing despite the small space and a wonderful location. Did not feel super clean despite the furnishings. The decorative pillows and blanket smelled old, the tv didn’t work and had a dirty remote and the armchair also smelled. I’d go back if the flat got a major deep clean as the area is fab and had no issues with the overall communications.
• Robert (7/5): Good for one person or small couple - The place was easy to find, clean and comfortable, good location for Muswell Hill. Bathroom was tiny. No air conditioning- it was extremely hot in the morning and if you opened the windows it didn't make a lot of difference Floor in main area was peeling away in some areas- a bit of a trip hazard. (Not super bad though, more a maintenance issue). Washing left in washing machine
• Jessica (9/5): Hidden gem light and comfortable apartment, ideal for a solo work trip! - Beautifully furnished, great location, easy check in, and the comfiest bed I think I ever slept in. The sheets were so soft! The apartment had all the amenities like soap, cooking utensils, tea/coffee, even oil for cooking, and the location was ideal for a quick jog up to Ally Pally and dinner at the cute little cafe across the road. The only thing I needed but couldn’t find was a hairdryer?
• John (8/5): Parking issue - All fine but very disappointed to find that the 'free on site parking' was on the nearby roads as long as you can find a space. I have a large expensive car so on site parking is important to me. This should be reviewed on the offer
• Alex (10/5): Perfect, cosy and well priced! - As the name suggests, this place was super cosy! Great walking distance from Muswell Hill and Alexandra Palace The only thing that was confusing is that the advert mentions private parking, but it is street parking only that is available. Not an issue, but worth a mention if you think you are going to have an off-street parking bay.

Paid for parking about 6 minute walk away so no problems there and there is also street parking all around. Little shop next door and local amenities within walking distance. Overall probably the best little apartment I've stayed in.
