• Melanie (1/5): Great location, terrible cleanliness. - The property is in a great location and is very spacious. To start off I will say that the property is in a great location and is very spacious. I will say that it was very dusty and dirty. The rug in the bedroom was disgusting. There were dirty papers underneath the dresser, and there was a faint smell of pee around the bed in the bigger room. There were dust balls behind the nightstands, and to top it off, we were told to not use one of the bathrooms because the water was leaking to the neighbor downstairs. Safe your money.
• Dominic (7/5): Bargello A Grade Location - Convenient location on Via Ghibellina provides a helpful start point for venues. Two bedrooms of good size and storage is ample. Building itself was quiet. Within the caveat that is fair to expect some shortcomings in an original Florentine apartment , its also reasonable to expect a few improvements. Bedding is modest & pillows were "bollocks" . First bathroom lacked a proper seal at floor level & disconcertingly the internal hws had a continuous leak. Exterior shutters needed attention. Washing machines and fridge worked. For a short stay the general comfort was adequate. If the Apartment is an ongoing rental then some question marks can be raised; albeit the value offered may be the sealer. You'll need to be expect some street noise in the current endless " busy" period. N.B imposition of a local " per guest per day " is fine but not cash & no receipt .
• Emily (7/5): Spacious bedroom, centrally located, clean apartment! - It was nice to have spacious rooms to spread out. Great location, about a 10 min walk to everything and 18 min walk from train station. It is an old building but the bathrooms were updated and clean! there is nothing I didn’t like per se, as we spent a lot of time outside of the apartment exploring Florence. The kitchen and living area isn’t overly spacious but the bedrooms are great.
• Hitesh (9/5): Nice apartment, great location. - Location was fantastic. The landlord was nice and very accommodating. Nice rooms with two bathrooms. Very spacious apartment. For cooking, the kitchen counter space was very small and found it inconvenient. One could manage though..It would be also be nice to put a small coffee table in the little living room.
