Guest Reviews
- Alison (7/5): Ok - Location Aircon didn’t work in bedroom
- sandra (6/5): -
- Haralambos (8/5): OK for overnight stay. - Great location if you like walks along the beach. Easy access to unit. Clean. Difficult car park for large cars - very narrow. Mattress was too low to floor for us older folk. Bath towels were just wrong - we went out and bought our own towels after trying to contact staff. (No response). A neighbour would smoke out the front of the unit and smoke would waft into the apartment if the window was open. The apartment served its purpose.

- LisaAu (9/5): Getaway - Front decking was a great size. Ensuite bedroom was really nice and new.
Having radiant heaters was nice touch for the bedrooms as we were there in the colder months. Only negative was trying to get in the property when we arrived. The front gate wouldn't open with the code we received. After a five hour drive, this was the last thing we needed. Finally got it sorted after about half an hour. Bringing your own linen was a little annoying, but otherwise, everything else was great.
- Judy (7/5): Pleasant short stay - A pleasant stay nice facilities for a short stay. Unfortunately, the BED was uncomfortable 😕. Linen was so worn and lumpy pillows.
It would be a good investment to have a higher, comfortable mattress with nice fresh linen, a warmer comforter, and comfy pillows.
On arrival, we had 2 codes for the key access.
- Layni (5/5): Comfy and cute little apartment but could've been cleaner - Bed and couch were super comfy good wifi good tv easy to access cosy little apartment Could have been cleaner shower could use some bleach and under the cabinets hadn't been cleaned there were piles of wet toilet paper needs new shower head and water keep going cold
- Mandy (8/5): Good comfortable stay - The layout of the unit, everything we needed was there, Full kitchen. NIce cold air conditioner in the main rooms the unit next door, had their air conditioning on all night this was both bedrooms were back-to-back the noise was very loud.
- Jane (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jane (10/5): Exceptional - It feels like home away from home I
- Rhonda (6/5): Pleasant -
- Jane (10/5): As always I leave Cosy feeling I have had a relaxing holiday - It’s cute as its name suggests. Homely and private
- Kristy (3/5): Not worth the money. - Location. Kitchen facilities were great. The bed!!! Sagging mattress Worst I’ve ever experienced. Left with very sore back. Reported it and didn’t get a satisfactory response. Water pressure in shower was terrible glass doors on all 3 sliding doors couldn’t lock On main road didn’t feel safe alternative
- John (3/5): Not the best experience; certainly not the :'cute and cosy' cottage" advertised! - Proximity to Moreton Bay. Narrow parking space; outdoor general space poorly maintained; inadequate rear yard for small dog; keys difficult to manage in locks; non-functioning PowerPoints and lights; dodgy tap in shower and hot water ran out; fridge not clean and there was a rotting chicken in the microwave.
- Barry (8/5): needs attention to small repairs - carport parking difficult room only for small vehicles
- Christopher (3/5): Very overpriced at $225 per night. Never again there. - Nothing stood out. Traffic noise was low. The clothes line outside was OK. The towels provided, though worn, were a good size. The TV was good.. Tea,coffee and sugar supplies were ok. Gaining entry was a trial for which we sought help from a neighbour - the screen door lock was very worn and stubborn. The shower water flow was impossible to balance. The 3 days we were there were windy and the WHOLE TIME a loose sheet of metal (in the neighbouring Unit ?) banged day and night. The car port was hardly adequate for a sedan vehicle. Reversing out of the carport is seriously hazardous being on a corner. The garden area is derelict. The air-con in the bedroom is antiquated and inadequate. Bed base and bedside tables were inferior.
- Kenneth (5/5): Vastly overpriced, poor value for money - Close to beach and local amenities Light bulb not working in lounge, very noisy air conditioner in bedroom, small shower, noisy vibration through wall of bedroom, outside surrounds not attractive
- Jane (10/5): Exceptional -
- Louise (10/5): I'll be back. Thanks 🌞 - I very much enjoyed my stay. The bed was very comfortable which is a big bonus for me. It had everything i needed for a short stay. Great position and very quite. Great walking distance to other little suburbs.
- Jane (10/5): Exceptional -
- Damien (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jane (10/5): Exceptional -
- Robin (9/5): Great just no personal contact whatever - Great just no contact whatever with anyone just seemed wierd ?? As above.
- Robert (8/5): Wood stay again if mattress replaced. - The location was great. Easy walk to Redcliffe. Flat was just right for a holiday. The mattress needs replacing as there are two deep grooves where countless people have been sleeping making sleep uncomfortable.
- Raphael (9/5): Superb - Everything... Thé floor and kitchen equipment and cutlery were untidy.
- Karen (9/5): Superb - Everything was on hand - right down to cooking oils & spices. Bed super comfy and so close to beach & shops. Driveway is located right on the cnr & a bit risky pulling in & out. Carport is very narrow - only cms to spare on passenger side so can only exit vehicle on driver side.
- Charles (10/5): Enjoyed staying wishing it was longer stay - Location was great. Easy access to key. Easy booking. Will definately look at staying there again
- Anna (8/5): Recommend for short stay and two adults. - Space is good size and liked washing facilities in unit and private clothesline. Bed was a bit lumpy and too soft..but room good size for two adults.
