• Abel (10/5): Precioso apartamento - El apartamento era una pasada. Unas vistas impresionantes, espacioso y muy bien equipado. Las zonas comunes, como la piscina estaban muy bien y parking para poder dejar tu vehiculo justo debajo del apartamento
• Wendy (1/5): Beautiful location but worst host in all my life - The common areas we’re gorgeous The Depa didn’t have what was advertised and not that clean Toilet seat was even missing The host was nice at first and then extremely rude after From the cards given to use elevator only one worked and no help was given We left them in the Depa and after it was cleaned and new guests inside already we were told we took them … be careful with this host thank goodness we have witnesses that we left them inside and all in order Missing things Not so clean Rude host No help

• Odalis (1/5): Wouldn't go back - Proximity to the beach When we arrived, everything was very dirty. I mentioned it and nothing was done about it. Need more maintenance and cleaning. Beds were uncomfortable, too.
• Harsharan (9/5): Please fix the issues. Overall recommended. - It was clean and perfect location. Swimming pool was nice and comfortable. No hot water in the showers. No crib for baby provided. The main door entrance lock passcode was finicky and long. One of the elevator card wasn’t working. The hot water in bathrooms/washrooms had some problem. There was no hot/warm water in showers. • Tracy (8/5): Nice place to stay if you have a car - The unit is quite big and comfortable. There are most kitchen supplies. Washer/dryer is a big bonus to have on vacation. Pool area is nice and quiet. The view of the ocean is beautiful. The water tank is very very noisy every time you turn on the water. There is only one elevator access card, so if you are travelling with more than one person you need to always go out at the same time. The location is not great. It is about 20min drive into downtown Cancun and 20-25min to the hotel zone. There is nothing walkable close by. Also, it is very close to the northern part of Cancun- which is not a safe area. It is nice to be on the beach with a nice view- if you have a car this is a great place to stay. If you want to walk to restaurants, bars, coffee- you are better off in the hotel zone.
• Yana (10/5): Recommend for staying with friends or family, especially if you like a calm atmosphere. - The apartment is in the secure area with a nice garden, pool, and entrance to the beach and sea. You can see the sunrise above the sea from the bedroom and living room that was really nice. The owner Scarlett was very welcome and ready to help.

• Agnes (9/5): We will definitely be coming back to stay here. Great value for the money and very attentive, friendly host. - Spectacular view from this property, lovely grounds, pool and beach area. Scarlet made us feel welcome. My bed was very comfortable and there is a washer and dryer in the apt. Plenty of space with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

• Tangostar (9/5): Perfect for short stay - Definitely amazing views of the sea and pool. Condo tastefully decorated, and so spacious. We have pool towels included. Easy access to buses (collective combos)that can take u to centro or hotel zone very cheaply The chairs and sofa were not very comfortable. The dining chairs has holes in the seats. No chairs or sunbeds at the rooftop so we didn't bother go upstairs. It needed something - maybe hammocks and plants and some shade) Nowhere to hang up wet clothes / towels. The pool staff kept telling my kids off for playing in the pool. Inflatables or pool balls were not allowed. Can't rhey have some fun? It's a shame as the pool is lovely.
• Kathy (9/5): I would stay again! - The proximity to the beach and ferry and downtown. Also short walk to the pool through the manicured gardens. Amazing customer service, very prompt. Security at the gate was also very helpful and kind. There was a snafu with the living room tv not working and was never resolved during our stay. But didn’t really affect our stay whatsoever.
• Michael (10/5): Awesome vacation stay. Great place and would recommend. - The Penthouse apartment had an amazing view, that was incredible, from the balcony. The pool was literally right on the beach and you had beach access and beach chairs. The ferry to Isla Mujeres was right next door. Also, there is a taco stand walking to the ferry, which is right across the street to a ox convenience store, which had wonderful tacos and at a price you can't beat anywhere. We had 15 tacos for 15.00 dollars and we kept going there for a few days. Hand made tortillas and the meat was awesome. This apartment was awesome and has a view on the roof you can't beat. Also, you have a parking spot for your rental. Clean place and you have a washer/dryer just in case you need to wash clothes. Everything you need. We cooked a few times, which was awesome having everything you need. There is also a restaurant right on the beach steps away from the pool entrance, which was very good. Awesome place and would highly recommend. Elevator was slow.
