• Svitlana (8/5): Маленька квартира максимум для 3 людей . Дуже великий завдаток який просили внести за місяць до заселення. - Тихий спокійний район ,ми 2 дівчини ходили в 1 час ночі . Багато поліції охороняє цей район . тут проживають євреї .Метро та автобуси 15 хв пішки . Квартира знаходиться в автентичному англійському 2 поверховому будинку . Вхід окремий . На 1 поверсі кухня і 1 розкладне вузьке крісло де може спати лише 1 людина . На 2 поверсі 1,5 ліжко (не широке) де можуть спати 2 людини . Крісло і ліжко мягке ,спати зручно . Постіль дуже чиста приємна . Рушники чисті . Посуд весь є . Плита ,мікрохвильова, сковорідки ,каструля,фен ,холодильник, душ. Праска .дошка для гладіння . Квартира чиста . Ми жили 8 ночей і тільки останню ніч ми побачили вночі багато мурах. Думаю їх травлять ,бо там стояв балончик з средством від комах . Завдаток 500 фунтів . Дуже великий завдаток . Після повної оплати апартаментів нам негайно прийшло смс : Нам запропонували або 35 фунтів завдатку який не повертається, або 500 фунтів які повернуться через неділю . Смс з пропозиціями оплати приходило кожен день . Зазвичай завдаток оплачується на місці під час заселення або онлайн в день заселення. Але нам смс приходило 2 неділі кожен день . Поки я не звʼязалася з власником і букінг і домовилась що ми оплатимо завдаток в день заселення. Бо все може бути . Не вилетить літак ,чи хтось захворіє і не полетить . Ми й так вже оплатили апартаменти. А з нас кожен день просили внести завдаток за ущерб житла, в яке ми навіть не заселилися . Неприємно . Завдаток повинен вноситися коли людина заселяється в апартаменти а не за місяць до цього . Ми заплатили 35 фунтів бо вже не хотіли нервувати за повернення 500 фунтів . хитренько від власника . Якби я знала що такий великий завдаток з нас будуть просити до заселення я б зняла іншу квартиру . В будинку наші апартаменти були просто відокремлені, але таке враження що стіни з бумаги . Було дуже чутно людей над нами ,чути як вони ідуть по підлозі ніби поряд з вами , чути як вони заходять в туалет і роблять свої справи . Але нас було 2 людини то нам не було страшно а навіть смішно . Бо ми питали друг друга :-це ти в 3 ночі йшла повз мене ? Нам повезло і люди які ходили над нами були спокійні . Не розмовляли . Бо ми б чули кожне слово ))

• Jasmin Elisabeth (8/5): Calm spacious living just outside central london - - sehr klare Check-in Anleitung, alles unkompliziert - ruhige, sichere Einfamilienhaus Gegend (Man muss nur wissen, dass man 15 Minuten zur Haltestelle läuft und dann nochmal eine halbe Stunde reinfährt, war okay für uns, jeder muss selbst entscheiden wo er Prioritäten setzt) - sehr nah am wunderschönen Hampstead und Kenwood House - umfangreiche Ausstattung (mehrere Töpfe, Messer, Wasserkocher, Teller, Geschirrtuch, Spülmittel, Seife etc) - viele Handtücher und Bettzeug - super WLAN - viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe - warme Wohnung - zwei Etagen und viel Platz für zwei Personen - das Wasser der Dusche hatte eine gute Temperatur Regelung und angenehmen Wasserdruck - im Bad gibt es sichtbaren Schimmel in der Ecke - das Waschbecken im Bad ist sehr klein - das Bad ist insgesamt klein und kalt, wenig Platz alles abzulegen - aber insgesamt top Preis Leistungs Verhältnis - keine gute Aussicht aus einem der Fenster

• matej (7/5): Ali sve u svemu, osjećali smo se sigurno u susjedstvu i u stanu. Bilo je udobno i toplo. Uvijek ima mjesta za napredak, - Krevet je bio jako udoban, a grijanje odlično. Stanica (bus i podzemna željeznica) udaljena je otprilike 10 minuta hoda. Kuhinja je opremljena sa svime što vam je potrebno. Potrebno je detaljnije čišćenje. Krevet i posteljina bili su čisti i uredni, kao i pod. Međutim, na plafonu ima jako puno paučine, a na radijatorima se također nakupila paučina i prašina. Wi-Fi signal u sobi bio je dosta slab, a povremeno ga uopće nije bilo. Kroz zid se čuju susjedi, što nama nije smetalo, ali je primjetno, a povremeno se osjete i mirisi kuhanja. Također, za boravak od 10 noći dobili smo svega 2–3 role toaletnog papira, što nije bilo dovoljno, posebno s obzirom na cijenu smještaja i dodatno plaćeno osiguranje od štete. Također, dosta zidova bilo je zaprljano mrljama, a primjetna su i razna oštećenja.

• Christian (1/5): Leider sehr heruntergekommene Wohnung mit gesundheitlichem Risiko. Inakzeptabel. - die Lokation war in Ordung, in einem ruhigen Vorort von London. Die Entfernung von der nächsten U-Bahn oder Bus war okay, gut zu laufen. Die Umgebung des Hauses ist eine typische Vorstadtgegend. Das Haus selbst hat einen ziemlich ungepflegten Eindruck gemacht. Die Einrichtung war einfach aber okay. Dafür dass eine Versicherungskaution in Höhe von 500 GBP abgeschlossen werden musste für eventuelle Schäden, waren jedoch erhebliche Mängle festzustellen, so war das Bett bereits kaputt, Lampen hingen aus der Fassung, die Zeizung im Bad defekt. Die Wohnung selbst war in einem maroden Zustand (Dielen gaben nach, einige Lampen und Steckdoesen gingen nicht, etc.). Dazu kam, dass die Wohnung eine Einliegerwohnung in einem Reihenhaus ist, so hatte man von den darüber lebenden Nachbarn oder Eigentümern immer etwas, bis hin zur Toilettenspülung. Das schlimmste war jedoch, dass die zentrale Küchenzeile intensiv schimmelte und der Geruch von Schimmel überall in der winzigen Wohnung vorhanden war. Nur mit permenent geöffneten Fenstern war es aushaltbar, dennoch hat es zur Reizung der Atemwege geführt. Obgleich ich das sofort reklamiert habe, wurde nichts unternommen. Der Eigentümer hat nur anonym über den Chat kommuniziert und war nicht bereit eine Entschädigung in Form eines Preisnachlasses zu gewähren. Das offenbar fehlende Interesse des Eigentümers an zufriedenen Besuchern in Verbindung mit dem Allgemeinzustand der Unterkunft ist nicht nur unprofessionell sondern bei dem verlangten Preis inakzeptabel.

The place was clean We arrived at the location and called the hosts for over 30 minutes before they answered and explained how to get in. The place is very small and not suitable for 2 people as advertised. The bed was tiny and two people could not sleep in it. The toilet and shower are downstairs while the bed is upstairs meaning you had to go down steep stairs to get to the loo in the night
