• Jon (6/5): Enjoyed our stay but apartment needs a little TLC! - 2single beds pushed together. Small and old towels. No bathroom cleaning products. Shower still doesn’t drain and tiles and silicon mouldy and grout black. Lack comfy cushions and sofa through. Kitchen utensils and pans very limited.

The apartment is not well maintained, the same furniture, appliancies and towels as years ago and it was not properly cleaned for our arrival.
• Krystlová (9/5): Ubytováni moc hezké, skvělé umístění. Bazén studený, ale to nám nevadilo. - Místo nám vyhovovalo lokací. Vše potřebné blízko Více bych vybavila kuchyň. Kdybych jela s rodinou, nebylo by komfortní vařit, málo nádobí. A určitě bych vlila i pohodlnější sezení na terase. K dispozici jsou kovové, lehce zrezlé židle.

• James (7/5): Would stay again as the room overall was reasonable value for money and in a nice location. - Apartment is in a large complex with 3 pools. Host was helpful on arrival, checkin was not till 16:00 but they gave access at 14:00. Checkout is quite early at 10:00 with little onsite (bag storage, changing facilitys ect) if you have a late flight. Would suggest considering hiring the room for an additional day if your stay includes a later flight and your budget allows. Room has kettle toaster, coffee machine microwave and hob no oven. Does have a flat screen TV but it is not smart and has no reception, does have good wifi though so if you have a firestick or simillar use that. Apartment is generally grubby it needs a deep clean and some re-decorating especally the Bathroom which has mould around the shower tray and door. Bathroom sink was found blocked on arrival, not nice to wash hands on arrival and find mould and dirty backflowing in to sink. Host did quickly resolved issue though when reported. Onsite Pool Bar had recently closed.
• Julita (9/5): Spory apartament w świetnej lokalizacji - Świetna lokalizacja - bardzo blisko do sklepu spożywczego i kilku restauracji, a jednocześnie 15 min spacerem do ścisłego centrum, gdzie wybór sklepów i restauracji jest jeszcze większy. Do plaży też niedaleko, choć plaże miejskie to nie te, które można zobaczyć na zdjęciach z Fuerty :) Na plus aż 3 baseny na terenie ośrodka i bar. Teren na bieżąco sprzątany, ogród pielęgnowany. Jest bezpiecznie - brama na teren ośrodka jest zamykana na kod. Wokół sporo miejsc parkingowych - kilka przypisanych do Atlantic Garden, ale też mnóstwo na ulicy. Jeśli chodzi o sam apartament, który wynajmowaliśmy to był duży i świetnie wyposażony - toster, mikrofalówka, ekspres do kawy, suszarka do włosów, a nawet pralka. W apartamencie dostępna była kawa, herbata, cukier, sól i pieprz, a na powitanie czekało na nas wino. Do tego bardzo wygodne łóżka. Dodatkowy plus za spory taras. Jedyne, czego brakowało to klimatyzacja - był do dyspozycji wiatrak, ale jednak gdy przychodziło się po całym dniu temperatura wewnątrz była dość wysoka. Poza tym apartament wygląda na poddany szybkiemu liftingowi, żeby dobrze wyglądał na zdjęciach - w kuchni odchodzi farba z pomalowanych płytek, metalowe krzesła na tarasie są pordzewiałe, ale najsłabszym elementem jest łazienka. Dość mocno zużyta z przeciekającym prysznicem i z czarną pleśnią w fugach i silikonie. Dodatkowo jest tam wstawiona szafka nocna z Ikei, która nie nadaje się do tak wilgotnego pomieszczenia. Jeśli chodzi o czystość to na pierwszy rzut oka jest ok, natomiast jak się przyjrzeć to jednak jest trochę do poprawy, zwłaszcza w łazience.

• Jonathan (8/5): Clean, comfortable accommodation in a good location. - We had stayed at the complex previously so knew the location suited us and the facilities overall. The apartments are well appointed and a nice size for two travellers. Balcony is a great size and gets the sun for almost all of the day. The pools are a good size and there were always loungers available. The Campanario next door is great and one of the main reasons we chose this accommodation. Beaches are very close. An earlier check-in would have been nice but I appreciate the property has to be cleaned by somebody who no doubt has several to do on a given day. 4pm was just a bit late for our arrival but luckily the key was available from around 2:30pm so all was well. One minor point is the patio table has a loose and heavy top, which nearly caught us out when moving the table slightly. Also, rust from the table did mark my wife's clothes but such is life. A fresh coat of paint would remedy this.
• Trevor (8/5): Good value apartment in good location. - Check in went smoothly, no need to report to Atlantic Gardens reception. Key case code worked to access the apartment. Facilities on site were good. The complex and apartment were a little jaded, but still offered good value for money. The apartment offered all the basic essentials needed. Basic supply of towels so washing machine needed to be used daily. Location is a 6 minute walk to main shops, bars and restaurants. A two minute walk away was a commercial centre with a supermarket, shops bars and diners. We went there each morning for breakfast. Communications with Oeste Tere was excellent with clear instructions for check out. Room has a fan supplied which we needed at night for the compact bedroom.

• Abbie (5/5): Passable - Very central to the beach and main strip Not too busy which was nice Large pools Pools were not very clean Room was not cleaned once throughout our 2 week stay We had to send a message to request new towels and sheets and they were just left inside the door in a bag once we had to wash them ourselves otherwise.
• Steve (8/5): Was nearly perfect - The apartment was clean with good kitchen facilties, comfortable bed. The balcony seating was uncomfortable and old, and there was no umbrella.
• Marie (9/5): An enjoyable, relaxing property. - Absolutely delighted with this apartment, which had everything we required for our stay. It was extremely clean and very comfortable, with a sunny but sheltered balcony, ideal for breakfast. Location was ideal with the nearby shopping centre having a variety of cafes and a good supermarket. Approx. 10 mins to the centre with a larger selection of restaurants and bars. Also, the bus station is only about 5 minutes away, ideal for a trip to the dunes. I would highly recommend this apartment, for both location and comfort. A thoroughly enjoyable stay and hope to return.

• N.kati (9/5): Beyond expectations - Everything went smoothly right from the booking. The owner had a quick response time for any questions we had. The apartment was well equipped with everything needed: hair dryer, iron, washing machine, coffee maker. Even coffee capsules were provided and a glass of wine was greeting us. The pools are nice and clean. The location is perfect as well, close to shops, caffees and a short walk to the main street. The beautiful beach of Grandes Playas is only a 7 minutes drive. We were very satisfied with everything. We found two cockroaches but I assume it is rather a local problem than that of the apartment that was otherwise nice and clean.

• Bridhge (8/5): Very good - A clean bright very well equipped apartment. Near everything. A 24 hour reception and the grounds and pool were well maintained. It's right next door to the Campanario shopping center which is very handy. A few more rubbish bags would have been useful. There was only two left for two weeks. I had to buy more. A more comfortable lounge chair or sunbed for the terrace would have been nice too.

• Jill (10/5): Perfect Six Night Haven away from home! - Fantastic location. Only 2 minute walk to shopping centre and HiperDino supermarket. Large swimming pools. Great little onsite bar. About 10 minute walk to centre. Quiet enough though for a decent sleep. Would definitely return in the future. My only issue was it was very hot at night. Ceiling fan in living area and floor fan in the bedroom was an added bonus. But think air con would be fantastic!
