Guest Reviews
- Lily (10/5): Exceptional - Awesome stay! We will definitely return and recommend it to others.
- Lucas (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was just perfect. From check-in to check-out, smooth and welcoming!
- Shabaz (1/5): An anxiety inducing experience in an unsafe property with a broken and open front door in a high crime area. - The bed was comfortable The entrance door was broken and could just be opened with a push. I felt so unsafe, I did not get one full nights rest whilst staying in this overpriced property.
The door to the room only worked 20% of the time, spent a lot of time trying to get the buttons on display.
The water pressure was atrocious, felt like I was being spat on.
The water temperature was either too hot or too cold.
It says soundproofed walls, yet when my friend was watching TV with the volume on 10 and I was walking up the stairs I could hear the TV.
There was a £25 NONREFUNDABLE deposit to be paid after confirming the booking. They hold the details for the booking hostage until you pay the hidden fees. There is an option to pay a refundable deposit, which is £250. Absurd daylight robbery.
I can continue but is there any need?
