Iqbal (1/5): I want my refund back - None I have yet to receive my refund for a booking I made on February 15th, for which I paid RM190. Although Booking.com confirmed my accommodation, I was later informed by the property that no rooms were available. They assured me that the refund had been issued to Booking.com, but to date, I have not received it. On February 23rd, I contacted Booking.com customer service and lodged a report since I received no response from the property. Kiel from Booking.com support has been extremely helpful—he managed to cancel the booking and assured me that I would receive my refund, which I truly appreciate. However, I am very disappointed with the property owner’s lack of communication and accountability. Despite multiple attempts to reach out via WhatsApp and the app, I have received no response. This level of service is unacceptable.

Suraksha (10/5): Exceptional Hospitality - I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property ! From the moment I checked in until the moment I left, everything exceeded my expectations. First and foremost, the apartment itself was immaculate. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen amenities were particularly impressive - I loved being able to cook my own meals and enjoy them in the cozy dining area. The highlight of my stay was definitely the swimming pool, steam room, and gym facilities. The pool was clean and inviting, perfect for a refreshing swim after a long day of exploring. The steam room was incredibly relaxing, and the gym had all the equipment I needed for a great workout. It was such a luxury to have these amenities right on site! The best part of this property is you can have easy access to quill mall and monorail .

Nabila (6/5): I had to leave early for health issue but it was not the best option at the end - Clean, next to chowkit so it’s easy to access to market / the security of the building is helpful The communication with hosts, i find it difficult, Noise of outside can be heard even when everything s closed , echo in the unit, you can buy everything in the flat it’s like a catalogue flat , no real separation from the bedroom to the living room as there s no curtain, some odors in the bathroom. It looks luxuous maybe for one night can work but not convenient for longstay.

We did not like that there are buildings under construction right next door. Made it challenging to enjoy the pool. Additionally there was so many screaming children present. But we understand it's a Chinese holiday.

David (10/5): Had everything we needed, hope to someday stay there again! - It’s located right on top of Quill City Mall which has a grocery store, restaurants, and many shops. Also directly connected to public transit. Had a washer/dryer combo unit in condo. A/C units in living space and bedroom, both very cold. Fast wifi@100mbps and 5ms latency. TV had Apple air play. Bed was very comfortable. Had to extend my stay by a day last minute, which was quick and painless at front reception. Great communication by host.
