- Leslie (5/5): Ok apart from the key - We did not know the breakfast was included we paid separately When we arrived we did exactly everything that was in the instructions about picking the key up only to find the key was missing from the box and as it was late at night and dark so we went to reception luckily my friend was there to help with the language as security did not speak English so eventually we got the key as they had forgotten to put it in the box this is not good when you have traveled a long way and tired
