• Teerapong (5/5): Passable - Nice location...not too far from the city. Feeling itchy from the beds in every room. The sofa is ready to be broken.

• Joeann (3/5): Not what I was expecting the photos were very deceptive - The location was ok but there was no secure off street parking The building was not clean, there were cob webs in every room and dust fluff on the floors. Stairs were very dangerous and their were mice seen in the bedrooms

• Skye (7/5): Good - Good location, lots of space, well set up kitchen with large fridge, large TV, lots of daylight. Stairs are really steep, no air.con upstairs, no toilet upstairs, limited lounge seating, difficult parking in garage.

• Bruce (7/5): Good accommodation, although not recommended for seniors. - The location was good, although very hilly. However, pretty much everywhere in Hobart is hilly. There was a small supermarket nearby, which was an advantage. The 3 bedrooms were all upstairs. The bathroom was downstairs. The stairs were narrow and very steep. Definitely NOT recommended for seniors, which I am.

Host was easy to communicate with, although he sent me a text, after the tenants next door left, querying about the state of the sofa of the property next door - not the one we were staying in!!? It appears that the property has been "renovated" in the last few years, but the bathroom and overall property decor, etc is very dated. I doubt whether the stairs are to Australian Standard. Double bed was too soft. Clean tea towels and coat hangers would have been helpful.
• Cb (7/5): Good location and comfortable however let down by stairs,toilet and tv issues. - Great location, close to some excellent cafes and shops. Unit had everything you need with comfortable beds. The internal narrow and steep staircase was a concern, particularly at night visiting the one toilet downstairs. Couldn’t lock the external front door but then located the side door which was easier. TV controls were incomprehensible to us - suggest some quick reference instructions be provided.
