- Wintre (1/5): Very disappointing - The property was not clean (ie dirty bathrooms, dirty dishes, unclean floors and walls) and had dead and live insects (travelled in March). Had to clean the property upon arrival just to make it ok to stay in. Had a hole in the ceiling in a bedroom that leaked.

- Wendy (4/5): Disappointing - Able to get in half an hour earlier than planned after contacting the owner (thankfully, as it was snowing!) Table tennis/pool table ; view over lake :warm property Not a clean property. Had to wash pots, pans, cutlery etc before use. (even the kitchen sink was dirty) Very dated fixtures & fittings need attention.

- Catherine (5/5): Passable - This was a last-minute booking, conveniently close to Golden Beach Resort, who were unable to check us in. Unfortunately, they do not provide towels. The house was okay, but could use a little updating.
- Harold (9/5): We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated knowing that our host would be acting on our suggestions. - Spaciousness, facilities, a/c, privacy, view, hot tub Nothing was a big problem for us and we had a wonderful time but.... The air conditioning was off when we arrived on a scorching hot day so were uncomfortable for a while. We didn't realize that we had to bring our own towels until we phoned the host. There weren't quite enough dishes and cutlery.
