- Northcott (9/5): It was great, excellent location and comfortable. - The rooms were comfortable, spa a good size and the balcony was a great place to relax. Plenty of room for the family. The only little thing I could say was there was no tea towel to dry dishes, just had to use one of the bathrooms hand towels instead, excellent place overall.

Overall, we had a very good experience. Couldn't close one of the bedroom window blinds, so mornings started a bit earlier than necessary, but not really a major issue. The other bedrooms also unable to have the light shut out due to having skylights instead of windows, but again, that's a personal preference.

- Susan (8/5): Really happy with this stay. - Location is great, easy half hour walk to the CBD through lovely streets and park land. Lots of people around so felt safe walking to and from the conference centre. The lane way was muddy, but that's not the fault of the property.

Free parking and garage access, security of property. Laneway access, dark and a little tight for parking with larger car

Flat area surrounded by green space if you like to walk. - Location was great, plenty of cafes in the street plus 2 hotels if wanted to eat. Lots of room, very big apartment/house. Loved the big verandah. Melbourne St is a vibrant st on the weekends so you could have a great night in the street without having to drive or Uber anywhere. Spoke to Shaun once to see if we could get in earlier. No issue so great. Instructions with pictures are very easy to follow. Everything was good. The kitchen needs a plug for the big sink so we could wash the dishes by hand instead of using the small sink. It has a dishwasher but like to clean up as I go sometimes when there is only a few items to wash. Could also use another bigger frypan. There are no big sharp knives that I could see so a few of them would be good. Cutting tomatoes with a butter knife is not so easy. No real issues but a couple of extras that would be handy.
Would happily stay there again. we had 4 Adults but it would still be very comfortable with 6 people.

The rooms were well set up with lovely linen and soft towels and face washers. There were tea and coffee provisions and anything you would need to make a meal. There is a cute wine bar directly beneath and travel to the city was quick and easy. The huge balcony was a bonus on a balmy night and perfect for sipping on a glass of wine before heading out. The accommodation is also very private. There is skylights in bedroom so I wish I had a sleeping mask. Otherwise we couldn’t fault the accommodation.

- Ben (9/5): The home you'd love to call your own, in one of the best locations in town. Simply brilliant. - This instantly felt like a home I would love to live in - we all literally said that this was such a nice place, we wish we lived there. It has a deceptive amount of space, and a great design. All amenities you could want. The apartment felt welcoming and the host was incredibly responsive to questions via the app. We felt secure, and there was not much noise. The location is great - it's walkable into the city, but Melbourne Street itself has quite a few good quality options for eating, but without the traffic of O'Connell St. A small tip - if you just want the ease to get into the city without the hassle of the car, use the free bus service from just around the corner. We caught up with family friends, and everyone was very impressed with the space compared to what you'd find in a comparably priced hotel - and a good sign was everyone was instantly comfortable and relaxed (plenty of space for the kids AND adults). A great selection of everything you could need for a stay - you could actually do quite a bit of home cooking with everything available (if you wanted to). Wifi was great (not perfect), and the apartment was warm when we had a colder night. Having a drink out on the balcony of a warm evening was sublime. It wasn't perfect - but the complaints are small. The access alleyway is not sealed, so if it's raining, that means you're either driving/walking on a wet dirt alley. The alleyway is little cosier than I would have liked - and not lit (it's the only access into the apartment). The main entry is combined with the ground floor restaurant's backdoor - no hassle, but also not "private". We used the garage entrance (when parking). A bit of advice on the narrow entry into the garage - don't try to reverse park in; nose first is the go. Also, the spa bath is great, but be aware that you're not on the ground-floor... the plumbing seems a little complicated (and gurgles a bit after emptying). Food/general goods shopping is a bit limited on Melbourne St with only a single very expensive/poorly stocked 'mini-mart' ... at least it's an easy walk away.

A good variety of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Very tight to get into the garage as we had a large car to accommodate 6 x adults. Bedroom 3 bedside lamp was not usable due to lack of plug. Could have done with a powerpoint for lamp and charger.

Spacious & very comfortable.
The host was fantastic when flights were delayed 6 hrs on the day of departure, allowing a 5 pm check out. Outstanding. Nothing.

- Elizabeth (10/5): Great apartment for exploring Adelaide - The apartment is very spacious. Loads of room for my family of 3 adults and 2 children. It has everything you would need, is well furnished, modern and is In a superb location, within walking distance of Adelaide city centre. There are also plenty of buses if you prefer. Plenty of cafes and restaurants on the doorstep and a lovely balcony. We spent a lovely 3 weeks there . There was nothing we didn't like. Just wished we could have stayed a few months!

Nice big large apartment had everything we needed. Smelly bins outside the smell on hot days came into back bedroom and bathroom
Had issues with air conditioning however was addressed as quick as possible and part refund for inconvenience

Plenty of room for a family of 5
Access instructions were great and easy to follow Central Heating Unit was a tad loud when in the main bedroom at night. Otherwise cannot fault
