• Concepcion (3/5): - El ascensor no funcionaba desde el día 21 y no nos avisaron , padezco del corazón y no puedo subir escaleras, he tenido que subir andando a un tercer piso los cuatro días, cuando llegamos y lo vimos se lo dijimos a la persona de referencia y nos dijo que iba a buscarnos algo y ni siquiera nos llamó para decirnos nada durante los cuatro días.
• Linda (8/5): Great location. - Great location. Spacious apartment. Comfy beds. Good showers. The street below was noisy so bring earplugs. The paintwork on the doors and door frames badly needed painting. Response to messages was a little slow.
• Ana (4/5): - La ubicación. Tuvimos que esperar para que nos activaran el código de la puerta tras 3 mensajes y 4 llamadas perdidas en un día de lluvia habiendo avisado que llegábamos a las 20:00h. El acceso al cajetín de la llave no es accesible ni está señalizado. El ascensor no funcionaba, es un tercero (y no avisaron). El acceso no es cómodo. Se oyen todos los ruidos de la calle y de los vecinos. No está insonorizado.

• Nestoriano (9/5): Excelente ubicación y variedad de menaje de cocina/sábanas - Me gustó mucho que está realmente céntrico. Muy limpio, ordenado, con utensilios en la cocina, sábanas y mantas de sobra, etc. La verdad que pocas cosas no nos gustaron. Por ponerle una pega, en algunas ocasiones se escuchaba la gente de fuera, pero nada mejor que unos tapones para los oídos para solucionarlo!
• liher (8/5): Genial, pero ruidoso - La ubicación y que tuviera 2 baños. No me gustó el aislamiento de las ventanas, que la calle es muy ruidosa, y el personal no nos facilitó el acceso, ni la info era buena.

• Maribel (8/5): Buen apartamento para viajar con amigos - El apartamento es grande, luminoso y está bien ubicado. Tiene dos baños completos y una cocina bastante grande con todo lo necesario. La calle es muy ruidosa y las ventanas no aislaban bien. La limpieza era un poco justa. Aunque llamamos y vinieron a solucionarlo rápidamente.

L’emplacement est idéal : en plein centre-ville, tout se fait à pied, que ce soit pour visiter les monuments, faire quelques courses ou profiter des restaurants et cafés aux alentours. There is a lot of companies reselling them at much higher cost.Apartment is clean. Street very noisy including in the moddle of the night. Street camaras restrict access to Granvia de Colon, but parking in nearby San Agustin market offer deals using an app called Telpark. It can be accessed via back streets without being fined.avoiding via de Colon st.

• Nichola (8/5): Great location, perfect apartment and a super base for a city break - The apartment was perfectly located and was no more than 5 mins walk to most central sights. There were plenty of bars and restaurants plus supermarkets within no more than 2 mins walk. A great location to use as a base. The apartment was really clean, very functional and had everything we needed for a short stay. Some wine glasses would have made it even better! The arrival instructions were not as clear as they could have been when you're arriving in a new city where you know nowhere! The instructions for the lockbox were incorrect so this made it tricky, however once located, all was fine.
