• CoraDP (10/5): Excellent location and great value for money - We absolutely loved our stay at Aspasios. The apartment is located right next to Arc de Triomf, with everything you need within walking distance: groceries, pharmacies, restaurants (we especially loved Honest Greens which is 2 min away), and many lovely cafes and brunch places. The start of Parc de la Ciutadella is right there and you can walk through it towards the beach. The apartment is beautiful, spacious and very clean, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. There was a small misunderstanding at the beginning when we requested a baby cot and it wasn't there when we arrived, I called the host and they quickly provided one, even though it was already late at night. Great customer service and a wonderful experience overall, for a very fair price. -

The apartment was well-equipped with excellent amenities, including a dishwasher, washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and oven. The location is also ideal—right next to the train station and within walking distance of most major city attractions. The beds could be more comfortable.

Taxi rank and train station was close and the restaurant downstairs was convenient . I can’t fault the property but it would have been nice to have a spare blanket but not a catastrophic issue

Удобно е за посещение на ключови забележителности на пешеходно разстояние. Макар че и градският транспорт е изключително удобен, ние предпочитахме да се разхождаме и да се любуваме на красивата архитектура на сградите. Апартаментът е много чист, комфортен, има всичко необходимо за удобен престой. Двете бани са голямо предимство за четиричленно семейство с големи деца. Заведенията в съседство на кооперацията предлагат вкусна храна и любезно обслужване.

• Irene (8/5): Soggiorno piacevole in ottima zona, ma con qualche limite - Posizione ottima, in una strada molto servita: nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano bus e metro, farmacia, poliambulatorio, supermercati e diversi ottimi ristoranti. L’appartamento è ben attrezzato: presenti lavatrice e lavastoviglie con relativi detersivi, stendibiancheria, utensili da cucina e macchina del caffè con cialde di benvenuto. Molto apprezzate anche le numerose grucce nell’armadio. Letti e cuscini comodi. Host estremamente disponibile e rapido nelle risposte. La pulizia potrebbe essere più accurata. La zona cucina/soggiorno è priva di tende oscuranti, tapparelle o persiane: chi dorme sul divano letto si sveglia inevitabilmente alle prime luci dell’alba, e questo è un dettaglio che andrebbe specificato nell’annuncio. Anche in camera da letto le tende risultano poco oscuranti.

• Jacqueline (10/5): Great apartment! - We had two stays at this property. The first stay was a two bedroom apartment as there were 4 of us. We then moved to a 1 bedroom apartment when it was just 2 of us. We loved the apartments. They were modern, clean and comfortable. The kitchen had extras like coffee capsules, tea, sugar, salt & pepper and oil. Details like this make a big difference. The location was great, we could walk most anywhere and the one time we needed to take the bus it was a 2 minute walk to the bus stop. There were lockers in the lobby that fit suitcases if you arrive before check in. They even supply the tokens required to access the key for the lockers. We also liked the keyless entry system. Not having to worry about carrying keys or cards was great. The staff were awesome. Very helpful and always answered our questions right away. On the day that we were moving apartments, they allowed us to access the apartment early as it was empty. This was really appreciated. Highly recommended this property. Nothing that we didn’t like.

• Anna (10/5): - Miałem przyjemność zatrzymać się w tym mieszkaniu i zdecydowanie mogę je polecić. Lokal jest bardzo dobrze wyposażony – znajdziemy tu wszystko, co potrzebne zarówno na krótki, jak i dłuższy pobyt. Wnętrze jest czyste, zadbane i urządzone w funkcjonalny sposób, co sprawia, że można poczuć się jak w domu. Ogromnym atutem jest lokalizacja. Mieszkanie znajduje się w samym centrum, dzięki czemu wszędzie można dotrzeć spacerem. Dodatkowo bardzo blisko jest metro, co znacznie ułatwia poruszanie się po mieście i szybki dojazd do innych dzielnic. To idealne miejsce dla osób, które cenią sobie wygodę, dobrą komunikację i bliskość najważniejszych atrakcji. Zdecydowanie wrócę tu przy kolejnej okazji.

• Vivien (10/5): - Nagyon tágas, felszerelt és tiszta apartmant kaptunk. Minden egyértelmű volt az átvétellel kapcsolatban. Nem kellett kauciót letenni. Voltak zárható szekrények a lépcsőházban, ez nagyon hasznos volt ki és becsekkoláskor. Nagyon jó helyen volt, 1 perc sétára volt a metró. Talán a franciaágy egy picit kicsi volt

Minden található a közelben, játszótér, bolt, metróállomás, éttermek. Külön kérésre kaptunk etetőszéket is. Az ajtót kissé nehéz volt kinyitni, mintha szorult volna, de ez elenyésző probléma volt.

• Anna (10/5): Idealny apartament w świetnej lokalizacji dla rodzin lub dwóch par - Apartament był bardzo ładny, duży, przestronny, wysprzątany i czysciutki. Kuchnia była bardzo dobrze wyposażona, w łazienkach (bo sa az 2) był żel pod prysznic i szampon oraz mydło do rąk. Była także suszarka do włosów co jest dla mnie zawsze bardzo istotne. Bardzo duży plus za szafki na walizki, w ktorych mozna zostawic bagaz przed i po. Akurat jak my przyjechalismy wszystkie byly zajęte, mielismy pecha bo chcielismy skorzystac ale pozniej widzielismy ze byly wolne więc jest to bardzo fajne udogodnienie jak akurat trafi sie na wolną o danej godzinie. Lokalizacja jest super do zwiedzania, blisko autobus, mozna dojechac i do Sagrady i do Prak Güell. Na lotnisko jechalismy uberem, koszt ok 30 eur.

• Lilyana (9/5): Overall, despite this minor inconvenience, we would definitely recommend this place for its comfort - We had a great stay. The apartment was very clean, modern, and comfortable, and it was fully equipped with everything we needed. The check-in process was smooth and easy, with clear instructions provided in advance, which made our arrival stress-free. The location is fantastic—literally right in front of the Arc de Triomf, with plenty of great restaurants nearby and an excellent brunch spot just next door. The only downside is that the walls are quite thin, so noise travels easily between apartments. This could be an issue if you’re a light sleeper, like we are. One evening we were just having a normal conversation and received a noise complaint, and the next night and morning we could clearly hear a baby in the neighboring apartment.

Apartment is larger than most The apartments at the lower floors can be quite noisy due to foot traffic and restaurants downstairs. Smokers on the streets make it hard to open windows for fresh air if you are on lower floors. I stayed on the 1st floor.

Het appartement was erg schoon, heel ruim en de keuken was voorzien van alle belangrijke apparatuur. Het was erg goed geïsoleerd, want wij hoorden geen geluiden van de drukke straat.

• Oksana (10/5): Perfect stay! - This was without exaggeration one of the most comfortable apartments in Barcelona we have stayed in. It is very clean and spacious, with high quality equipment and furniture, comfortable bed and nice kitchen. The water boiler was powerful enough, as we did not experience any hot water shortages like in some other apartments in Spain. The location is very convenient for reaching El Born, Barrio Gothic, Placa Catalunya and Design Museum. Also Sagrada Famiglia was easily reachable by foot, but we did not visit it this time. Special mention belongs to the personnel - we have not happened to meet any of the staff members, but they were reachable at any time and on any issue, and were always helpful. Our apartment had a balcony overlooking the large courtyard, not the best view, but a good trade-off in terms of the noise. As the street outside is quite busy, we can imagine that the street facing apartments can be noisy. Our apartment was very quiet.

The kitchen is large and equipped with everything you need. Everything is very clean, the beds are comfortable and our stay was fantastic. No tuve ningun problema con la apertura de las puertas que son con codigo. El apartamento muy acogedor con todos los servicios y menaje en muy buen estado. Muy limpio y ademas se puede dormir sin ruidos. La verdad que volveré. No puedo valorar al anfitrion ya que todo mi contacto y la informacion fue por whatsapp y correo electronico. No obstante en la casa y en su web te explican todo con mucho detalle, y no hay problemas. Seguro que volvere Pues la verdad que no tuve ningun problema, me sentí como en casa.

• Laura (7/5): Good enough - The property is located right at the arc de triomf. Me and my boyfriend loved the location last year and decided to come back with friends. Really close to the metro line L1 and various buses. It has a kitchen fully equipped in case of a night stay dinner The property needs a little maintances. We had clogged sink in one bathroom, and a problem with the pipe in the other. In the en-suite the door handle was broken and every time you pulled it was coming in your hand. The rooms were reallly small.

W kamienicy znajdują się szafki w których można pozostawić bagaże jeżeli przyjedziemy wcyesniej niż godzina zameldowania. Zabrakło informacji, że apartament jest wcześniej gotowy do zamieszkania, ale w niczym to nie przeszkadzało gdyż pozostawiliśmy bagaże i mogliśmy swobodnie zorganizować sobie czas.

• Alina (10/5): Beautiful apartment in a great location - Spacious and beautiful apartment, well equipped kitchen, iron & ironing board, hair dryer etc. available. Elevator and bag storage were very convenient.
• Betheney (9/5): - The host was excellent and they provided all the necessary details in a user-friendly format. The location of the apartment is also great, being centrally located near numerous shops and the metro. Some of the kitchen appliances did not function properly or were missing pieces such as the kettle and dishwasher.

• Hawa (7/5): The location was the best. The family enjoyed the shops,etc. - Definitely the location. The check in time was not convenient for me after the early cruise arrival. I had to get another hotel for the first night and stay at the apartment for one night. I lost money on the apartment arrangement.

• Mykyta (10/5): Wonderful stay in Barcelona - Everything was wonderful- the location, the facilities (kitchen stuff, washing machine, etc), the staff communication. Located 10 minutes walk from the heart of Barcelona downtown. The apartment itself is clean and quiet, it was pleasant to sleep and stay there. Elevator had an issue with coming to the ground floor.
