• Lucrezia (7/5): Good - Location was good, and easily accessible. It was well equipped. The building is a bit older than portrayed and not as well kept.
• Joanna (4/5): Disappointing - Location seemed to be quite safe and quiet. It was not very clean, very used kitchen utensils, cups, plates. Coffee maker not in use.. Bedding not very fresh and I was bitten by some insects. Not sure what was it, but had marks on my legs each night. Bathroom not very clean, lots of black marks around window and shower area.

• Krzysztof (9/5): Very good stay in Milan - The apartment was ok! The bed and sofa were ready and waiting for us. Everything was prepared and present on site: towels, bed linen, soap&shampoo, kitchen utensils! Fully provided, that was great! Location is very good. A supermarket is 200m from the apartment, a bus stop is directly in front of the building. The tram is 300m away. Very convinient. It takes 20-30 minutes to get to the centre. Several pizzerias in the neighbourhood (I recommend La Sirenetta;-) ). Interesting thing - the building door and the apartment door you open with an app, so every time you need an internet connection (for non-EU may be worth mentioning). The one only thing to upgrade would be to provide a bit more comfortable sofa. Apart from that everything was great!

• Anna (6/5): We expected a better place (in winter time it's too dark and doom) - Some pros of the apartment: 1) The wardrobe was big, with mirrors and hangers, which is good. 2) The bathroom was good enough except for a small dushe cabin. 3) Spacious bedroom and the living room with a kitchen. 4) The kitchen was well equipped: stove, microwave, toaster. 5) There is a tram lane close to the apartment (but to get to the center you need around 30 mins). 6) Contactless check-in. There is a programmed locker. Well, I can't say that we enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was quite unpleasant and uncomfortable. Here are the reasons: 1) Lack of artificial lights. It's too dark without light bulbs that were partly absent, especially on rainy days (in autumn and winter time lots of them). 2) Bath towels were very dirty (implied a bad impression). 3) There was no towel for the kitchen (it was a constant problem how to wipe out the hands). 4) The furniture is worn out. A refreshment is necessary (we expected better equipment for that price). 5) I didn't quite get how the heating system works, probably a warm floor or just some water pipes that heat the floor randomly in different places. But sometimes it was cold and uncomfortable. 6) The windows were shut down with some "curtains" which don't let the sun lights go through. And some of them it was next to impossible to pull off. 7) I would like to have a duvet cover that you can put a blanket in.
