Guest Reviews
- Julia Carolina (8/5): - Suuuuuper well located and super comfortable!! The only thing that was left to desire, was that we got there suuuuuper late (and I had mentioned) and it was birthday, and there wasn’t even a single water bottle…
But other than that everything else was perfect!!

- Edlira (10/5): Ottimo location, appartamento utilissimo. -
- Elina (5/5): Overall the apartment is clean, cute and the location is out of competition. However, if you have any difficulties with - The apartment is all about the location. I wasn’t expecting anything fancy and I chose the apartment because it had an AC, washer and was located within minutes from everything I wanted to see. The master bedroom didn’t have a door, so my husband and I had no privacy. But the most gruesome thing was that they didn’t properly maintain the AC and as a result 2 days out of 4 was ruining due to the lack of AC. We planned to sleep all afternoons and we couldn’t even sleep at nights… They only issued a small amount in refund for half of my ruined vacation…
- María Dolores (8/5): Viaje a Roma. - Ubicación perfecta para desplazarte andando . La entrada del edificio muy vieja y mal cuidada.
- Daria (4/5): unfriendly staff who not even try to help - location (in the city) - staff is NOT friendly . They were not able to provide a blanket cover for one of the blankets;
- no tea/coffee/salt
- no elevator ( 2nd (from ground) floor with high selling)
- just 1 roll of toilet paper for 5 nights for group of 3
- mattress is used up
- no warm water when you come! (you have to turn the heating, and wait few hours)
- loud street and windows have bad isolation
- broken bidet
- water in the shower has almost no pressure and the shower head itself was broken
- Garry (1/5): We had nothing but troubles with keys to the building and apartment the entire four days. It was the most frustrating an -
- Vincenzo (10/5): Exceptional - A wonderful location, just a few steps from Piazza dí Spagna.s A very charming home as our expectations in the centre of Rome. The kitchen is well equipped and everything is comfortable.
Following the instructions , check-in is easy.
We had a lovely stay.
- Ieva (7/5): Good - Perfect location, two separate bedrooms, sofa and a TV.
Nice view. The main door is VERY hard to open, the internet key does not work every time. Sheets are like lasagna - just stacked on top of other. The apartment in december is a bit cold - windows are leaking air and LOTS OF NOISES FROM STREET - it's busy street with lots of car noises all night long. Toilet was left with just two rolls of weak paper for almost a week of booking.
N.b.: No AC. No lift.
- Ayşe (8/5): Very good - The location and the apartment’s amenities were excellent. The bed was old. Became concave so hard for two person to sleep
- Rupal (8/5): Very good - It was clean, in a good location it was well furnished. Easy to access as long as you have viewed the instructions. It worked well for our family extended weekend break. There are 2 flights of stairs, with a toddler that's not easy. The sofa could be more comfortable as could the main bed mattress and the main bedroom could do with a door.
- Pavel (4/5): Disappointing - Location is ok, close to everything but very loud street and very bad windows No lift, with suitcases very hard. Toilet didn’t flash, shower door hits shower head and shelf.
- Joanna (9/5): Ogólnie pobyt był super - the stay was pleasant. great location! close to restaurants and the Spanish Steps the only thing we didn't like was too high pillows, not enough toilet paper and a lot of noise from the street despite closed windows
- Ahmed (9/5): Superb -
- Christianm (8/5): Nice stay for 4 days in Rome - The location is wonderful, just a a few minutes from the Spanish Steps and around the corner is Metro station Barberini. The appartment is very nice and the beds are comfortable and big enough for a short stay. One must know (as others have already stated) that the street can be noisy, espacially on weekends, when nightowls retourn from the pubs and bars towards Roma Termini. So if you like it quiet you should reconsider.
- Ho (8/5): Very good -
