• L. Pronk (10/5): Top verblijf in Venetië - Top locatie op Giudecca, prachtig mooi uitzicht, halte van Hilton voor de deur, op loopafstand allerlei restaurantjes en supermarkt. San Marco is kwartiertje varen. Appartementen zijn ruim en erg comfortabel. Er is niets negatiefs te melden
• Akkilic (10/5): Güzeldi. - Ev çok güzel ve konforlu idi. Evin bir adada olduğu bilgisi hiç bir yerde yok. Ev tarihi Venedik’te değil bir adada oraya tekne ile gidiyorsun tek gidiş 10 avro yani konaklamaya gün başına 10 avro eklemeniz gerekiyor. Bu durumu son anda öğrenmek beni kaygılandırdı ama buna rağmen güzeldi.

• PeterEgon (8/5): Schöner Blick auf Venedig - Super Blick auf Venedig (direkt aus dem Schlafzimmer mit Sonnenaufgang über der Stadt). Es gab viel Platz, mit Wohnbereich, Küche und Schlafbereuch. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr gut, man ist schnell am Bootsanleger. Die Dusche ist nicht im neusten Zustand. Der Wasserkocher und die Kaffeemaschine könnten mal entkalkt werden. Der Bootsverkehr in der Lagune ist laut, mit geschlossenem Fenster geht es aber.

From tips on navigating the city and using public transport, to the best dining spots, every suggestion was spot-on. • William (10/5): A Quick 3 Stops on Water Bus from crowded Venice to beautiful, peaceful, Giudecca. Stay here and stay often! - We rented three separate apartments for our group of 7. Each apartment was well furnished , air conditioning worked well, excellent hot water, and very comfortable beds. There was also plenty of sitting area where we all hung out after a long day of exploring Venice and the surrounding areas. The apartment building itself is beautiful, nice brick facade on outside overlooking the water. (Each apartment had a water view, one had two different views.). The inside of apartment building was constructed with exposed beams and a large open courtyard that extended to top floor. Beautiful. The elevator worked well as a means to bring up luggage but we walked the easy 3 and 4 flights each time.I would highly recommend this rental and would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Venice. We didnt get to stay longer.

No response from host re luggage storage. Property wasn’t that clean - found someone else’s earring! Cleaner burst through the front door at 10:15am on check out day which we were advised was 11am

On the day I checked in there was a transportation strike which affected the waterbuses. It was much more complicated to get to the apartment but my host helped me through it. • Hey (8/5): A rememberable stay in Venice with awesome view - The location was beautiful and very sweet because you could see the Venice from high ground and in the same time you could relax just watching the vaporettos coming back and forth with the extreme noise of the center. I didn't like the fact that you need to take the trash out while checking out but I can live with that

• Monika (10/5): Exceptional - A fantastic, spacious, quiet, clean apartment with a panoramic view of the Giudecca canal, well furnished and equipped, bright, with a beautiful wooden floor. A successful combination of modernity and traditional Venetian style. Very conveniently located, Giudecca allows you both to enjoy the atmosphere of holidays in Venice and relax from the crowds of tourists in the centre. The views from the windows can be admired endlessly; it was great to drink coffee in the morning and sip wine in the evening watching the sailing boats and the lights of Dorsoduro. And both from the living room and from the bedroom, an unforgettable experience. The apartment is located in a post-industrial building of an old mill in a well-restored complex with exciting architecture. Directly in front of the building is the Alilaguna stop; the vaporetto stops are in 5 (Sacca Fissola) or 10 minutes walk (Giudecca Palanca), from where you can get the Tronchetto car park, Piazzale Roma, Dorsoduro or San Marco in 5-10 minutes, and Lido in 20 minutes. There are plenty of bars and restaurants with local food in the area, a bakery, supermarkets, and shops with fresh fish, fruit and vegetables, all at affordable prices compared to the centre of Venice. The apartment has a small but well-equipped kitchenette, not for extensive cooking, but perfect for preparing breakfast or a light lunch - it is sufficient - after all, we are not going to Venice to cook. The living+dinning room is spacious, with very comfortable sofa and armchairs. The bedroom is also large, atmospheric with retro furniture, very comfortable, wide bed, and safe. Well-functioning wi-fi and air conditioning. The bathroom is well-maintained, clean and spacious. Good contact with the host and convenient self-checkout. It is hard to indicate any weakness in the apartment. I might only suggest changing the coffee maker for capsules into a classic one for beans or ground coffee and adding a second armchair to the living room. The late check-in is also more expensive than in other Venetian locations (we did not use that option, but it may be a disadvantage for others).

• Yulia (7/5): Great view, big flat, no place to leave luggage after check out, extra payment for evening arrival - Great view from windows to see water landscape and boats of Venice, very big clean apartment, all necessary things available ( including microwave, iron, air conditioning, aid against mosquitoes, comfortable beds, good wi-fi connection). Nice safe quite location outside too many tourists. Not noisy at all. Good welcome and assistance from Michele, who was always available to help via whats app Need to pay extra money 40 euro for arrival around 8 pm. After check out there is absolutely no place ( although apartment is very big and even have storage room) to leave luggage at no cost. Advice was provided to go to Piazalle Roma and use paid storage to cost you around 30-40 euro, depending of quantity of luggage

• Ann (7/5): Good and not so good - Views were fabulous from windows but nowhere to be able to sit and see them only from standing. Pleasant building and surrounding areas. Not many essentials in kitchen.Would have been nice to have a teatowel to wipe up with, some milk at least to make a drink on arrival and some bottled water. The link on the info sent to make contact about any questions/issues by email didn't work only social media routes available which I don't use. Some written information about the local area/vaporetta times/shop locations for food/places to eat would be a huge help. Apartment cold some evenings and the people above were very noisy, poor soundproofing. .

Michelle was brilliant- very helpful and always at the end of the phone if needed. The only drawback was the bed mattress was very hard- that is the only reason a 9/10 and not a 10/10.
