• varghese (1/5): Very bad experience. You should ask the customers in advance to take photos of the rooms to upload - The apartment is spacious for a couple. However, it's an office of an architect. The front room is his office and then his apartment. Entrance is thru his office. Kitchen and bedroom was good There was no proper communication from the owner. No wifi connection all three days.In the advt mentioned free WiFi. When I asked him, he said use the password on the back side of the router. But he didn't give his username. I used my data only when it's emergency. No toilet rolls in the toilet. Washbasin tap water was running slowly and annoying, with no proper drainage for the washbasin. There was no hot water for bathing. I tiled water and mixed with tap water for bathing. No room boy or a caretaker in the premises to contact in person. Cabinet in the bedroom was dumbed with owners clothes. Very bad experience. This kind of cheaters shouldn't be promoted via booking.com. I regret to book this place via booking.com. My suggestion is you should only promote hotels and hostels. No private appartments. Unfortunately, I didn't take any photo of this apartment to upload. I am from Abudhabi went to Munich for leisure trip. I am now in IBIS hotel in Koblenz which is also booked via booking.com. Here it is excellent. There free WiFi, room service , hot water, neat and clean.
