• Lisa (9/5): Wunderschönes Apartment - - so geschmackvoll eingerichtet - alles sehr sauber und gemütlich - ein paar haltbare Lebensmittel standen uns zur Verfügung - super Verkehrsanbindung - Abends kann es vom Innenhof recht laut werden durch z.B. spielende Kinder, Hunde Gebell usw. ( hat uns aber nicht gestört und wenn man die Fenster schließt hört man es nicht so) - kleiner enger Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage, man kann aber auch wunderbar außerhalb parken :) -

• Anna (9/5): Come sentirsi a casa - È la seconda volta che io e la mia famiglia alloggiamo in questo appartamento e anche questa volta, come la precedente, ci siamo sentiti come a casa! Appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort, accogliente, pulito e silenzioso. Le foto presenti nell'annuncio rappresentano fedelmente l'appartamento. La zona di Sevilla Est a noi piace molto perchè è tranquilla, ci sono tutti i negozi di cui si puó aver bisogno e il centro è facilmente raggiungibile in pochi minuti di auto. Sicuramente torneremo! :)

• Özkan (9/5): - Güzel bir bölgede, site içerisinde rahat bir daire. Büyüklük 4 kişilik bir aile için yeterli. Daire genel olarak temiz ve düzenliydi. Sadece yemek masasının üzerinde kırıntılar vardı, muhtemelen gözden kaçmış. Kapalı otoparkı güzel, temiz fakat biraz dar. Bizim kiralık aracımız Ford Focus SW du ve çok zor sığdı. Daha büyük bir araç ile gelirseniz sığmaz. Genel olarak memnun kaldık ve öneririz.

• Gilles (9/5): - Très bel appartement, très spacieux (100 M2, deux salles de bains) situé dans une résidence flambant neuve avec piscine, à 15 minutes en voiture du centre historique de Séville. Le niveau d'équipement et de confort est excellent, comme le rapport qualité prix. Petite place de parking en sous-sol, mais gratuite.

• Jeffery (9/5): Mooi en ruim appartement - Netjes, modern, nieuw en ruim. Gehorig, elke ochtend wakker door bovenburen. Jammer dat ondanks de heerlijke temperatuur het zwembad na september niet meer open is. Parkeerplaats is heel erg smal.
• Urvoy (10/5): Séjour Superbe! - L'appartement est spacieux, propre, moderne, situé dans une résidence neuve avec piscine. La literie est parfaite. On trouve l'essentiel pour cuisiner et prendre ses petits déjeuners. L'hôte est sympathique et accueillante. Une place de parking dans le garage en sous sol vous permet de ne plus toucher la voiture et de tout faire en bus dont l'arrêt est devant la résidence. Je recommande vivement!

Very comfortable with your allocated underground parking spot too. Ms. Irina was very helpful and prompt in replying to any requests and assistance too. Highly recommended and value for money too. The parking slot was a bit too tight to get out of car but free parking is available outdoors nearby as alternative option

• Kirill (9/5): Superb - Great Apartment with All Amenities & Convenient Location We had a wonderful stay in this excellent two-bedroom apartment in a new building. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, making it feel like a home away from home. The location is fantastic, with a grocery store, bakeries, cafes, and a pizzeria just a few steps away. Getting to Seville city center is very convenient, as there is a direct bus from a nearby stop. We rented a car, and while the parking space is available, it is quite tight for a larger vehicle. It requires careful maneuvering, especially if other cars are parked nearby. Our host, Irina, was very communicative and helpful. She stayed in touch before our arrival, provided all necessary details, and even met us around 9 PM to show us the parking and apartment. Overall, we are very happy with our experience and would definitely recommend this place to others!

• Vincent (10/5): Great stay in a very modern apartment. - Nice decoration, great beds, all very new and everything functioning. Very calm, great heating. Nice and easy arrival and welcome by Irina. It could benefit from sone additionsl details to increase the comfort such as small bins in the bathrooms or a kitchen towel and a a pair of scissors.
