- Caroline (10/5): - The property is gorgeous. I loved walking around and checking out all of the different plants and birds. The restaurant was delicious and it was a perfect location for Tayrona. The pool was refreshing as well. But what really made the experience superior was the staff. They were so kind and helpful and even used a blow dryer to dry my phone after I got it went. Next level service. I wish I could have stayed longer.

De geredde vogels, pauwen,… die op het domein rondlopen, het eten (!), de locatie op 5min wandelen van uitgang van Tayrona park Sommige plaatsen zoals de recreatieruimte bij het zwembad en de biljarttafel hebben een renovatie nodig.

- Deborah (10/5): Beautiful gardens, gorgeous bedrooms and delicious meals - After completing the challenging Lost City hike, it was a relief to arrive at this Sanctuary. The gardens are large and beautiful, the swimming pool is inviting and our room was delightful and quiet. The open air restaurant looks out over the beautiful gardens and the food is delicious. The service is excellent. Rescue birds are in the garden and there are many humming birds around the feeders
- Zarate (10/5): - El sitio estuvo espectacular, desde la limpieza de la habitación hasta el cuidado tanto de la fauna como de la flora, el personal fue super amable en todo momento. Sumo muchos puntos el hecho de tener una cafetera en la habitación y la necesita, superaron nuestras expectativas en todo momento. Lo único que diría es que en los servicios que ofrecen puede existir ambigüedad, dice tener "servicios streaming" pero no te dan cuentas qué usar, si no, que el TV tiene esas opciones para que hagas uso de ello de forma personal, pero ningun problema mayor. Definitivamente el sitio perfecto si quieren ir a descansar, un lugar super estratégico y seguro, además, la comida exquisita y vale lo que cuesta. Volvería y volveré sin dudarlo

- Inès (10/5): Meilleur hôtel de Colombie !! Foncez ++ - TOUT ! Je n'ai absolument rien à redire à cet hôtel, c'était le meilleur de tout mon séjour en Colombie. Il est situé à 5 minutes à pied de l'entrée de Calabazo, le personnel est très gentil, il est possible de garder nos sacs pendant le séjour à Tayrona (on a même pu prendre une douche en revenant), les oiseaux donnent beaucoup de charme à ce lieu et on y mange très bien. Rien, tout était parfait

You sleep in a facility surrounded by nature and wake up to watch aras, peacocks and humming birds close-by. We even spotted a tortoise and a group of turkeys passing us. The food was surprisingly good, given the periphere location. Nice staff and the pool and pool table invite to relax while watching birds Not much there to like. It was probably the best stay we ever had. The staff in the restaurant could be a bit more attentive and it would be beneficial if they spoke at least rudimental English for non-speaking customers.

En general, todo el lugar se presta para una estancia relajante con naturaleza alrededor. Hay guacamayas, colibríes y gallinas libres. El baño podría mejorar. También estaría bien dar botellas de agua de cortesía para la llegada.
- Castilla Castilla (10/5): Se pasa delicioso y se descansa. - Habitaciones cómodas, se respeta la hora del silencio y el espacio de los huéspedes. El lugar brinda el desayuno y cuenta con restaurante. Consideramos que para los huéspedes deberían manejar una carta diferente a la del público, debido a que uno consume el resto de las comidas en el lugar y sale un poco más costoso.

- Michelle (10/5): Fantastisch! - Alles! Wat een fantastisch verblijf, je komt er helemaal tot rust en er lopen/vliegen allemaal dieren om je heen. Ook is het maar 8 minuten lopen naar de ingang van het park toe. Daarnaast is het eten in het restaurant echt geweldig! Echt wat je ook maar besteld is super lekker en je krijgt ook echt ruime porties. Het personeel is ook super vriendelijk en behulpzaam met alles! Wij zouden hier het liefst nog langer zijn gebleven en zouden ook zeker terugkomen!! X

- Behrend (6/5): Komische Flecken in einem charmanten Zimmer - Eigentlich ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit Charme in einem tollen Hotel. Wir waren aber auch in anderen Zimmern, die wesentlich besser waren. Die Mitarbeiter*innen und das Restaurant sind toll. Man kann eine ziemlich entspannte Wanderung 2.5 Stunden durch den Tayrona Park von dort zu Fuß erreichen und sich die erste Strecke für ca 30k Pesos auf dem Motorrad mitnehmen lassen. In diesem Zimmer gab es vor allem im Bad, aber auch im Zimmer mysteriöse Flecken, die für uns nach Schimmel ausgesehen haben. Wenn es Schimmel war, wäre ein Aufenthalt für Menschen mit Atemproblemen auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen. Auch wenn es kein Schimmel war, sieht es leider sehr ekelhaft aus und trübte für uns das Urlaubsfeeling. Wie gesagt, in anderen Zimmern dieses Hotels war das aber nicht so.

El bus pasa justo por delante lo cual es perfecto para moverte de una forma barata. Puedes ver colibrís, guacamayo y otros animales mientras desayunas. El lugar tiene mucho potencial. La comida es buena y está rica. Las camas son muy cómodas Necesita una actualización urgente, las paredes de las habitaciones no se pintan desde hace años, los muebles y las instalaciones son antiguas. La zona de la piscina necesita mantenimiento al igual que la zona social que al ser de madera se estropea con los años. Hubo varios días que no había agua caliente. Con una actualización el lugar sería ideal

Restaurant was ook erg lekker, zowel voor ontbijt als diner (wel prijzig). We vonden het een van de fijnste accommodaties van onze reis, vooral om even op te laden. Het ligt afgelegen. In het dorp is verder niks te doen. Een van de ingangen van Tayrona zit op loopafstand, maar let op dat het niet de hoofdingang is.

- Darrell (10/5): Excellent service, food and room! - The grounds and facilities are gorgeous and well maintained, beautiful flowers, plants, trees, all kinds of birds, fish, monkeys and peacocks roaming around it’s amazing.The buildings and rooms are beautiful. We arrived late and they were waiting for us and even kept the kitchen open and allowed us to order dinner after normal hours. We are very appreciative and since we live nearby plan to visit often.

C’était la première fois que ça m’arrivait avec Booking. Il s’est par la suite excusé mais c’était très irrespectueux.

- felix (3/5): Could be so much better - The staff in the restaurant are wonderful. Location is really good, very near the Calabazo entrance to Tayrona. The plant nursery they have is beautiful and worth a walk around. The place is so dirty. The room was so musty and there were several large patches of mould on the walls. Our coffee machine was so filthy we had to get the staff to come and clean it before it could be used. The grounds themselves are covered with litter which is such a shame, as the plants and trees are very beautiful. The worst thing is the captive parrots they have. Firstly, the miserable Blue & Yellow Macaw they have on display at the restaurant. One of the most trafficked animals in the world and this place shows its willingness to participate in that. I'm sure they'll claim it's been rescued, but there is no information to support this or to educate guests. They have other parrots as well, which every day we saw one of the staff tease the dogs with, holding it close to their faces until the parrots flapped and screeched. For a place based in the middle of a national park, this is surprising and really disappointing.
- Leila (7/5): - Das Essen ist sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch die Atmosphäre mit dem Garten ist sehr schön. Der Papagei im Garten hatte gestutzte Flügel und konnte daher nicht fliegen. Der sitzt dort den ganzen Tag auf seinem „Baum“ und kann nichts machen. Das hat die ganze Atmosphäre für uns sehr gekippt, sowas ist nicht zeitgemäss. Der Tayrona Nationalpark war leider geschlossen, was wir aber erst erfahren haben, als wir dort beim Eingang waren. Unserer Meinung nach hätte diese Information durch das Personal gegeben werden müssen, da vermutlich die meisten Gäste für den Nationalpark anreisen.

- Maureen (9/5): Un bel hôtel, bien situé pour démarrer ou finir sa journée après le parc Tayrona - Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour être proches de l'entrée du parc et nous ne l'avons pas regretté. L'hôtel est très beau, le restaurant propose une belle variété de plats. Un endroit idéal pour pouvoir démarrer sa journée tôt dans le parc Tayrona ou même passer la nuit en sortant du parc (l'hôtel possède une belle piscine, que nous n'avons pas testée). Possibilité de laisser son gros sac à l'hôtel pendant la visite du parc, mais aussi de faire une lessive (service payant). Je recommande ! -

En cuanto la alimentación, nos fue muy bien, exceptuando que no tiene un menú de cena, de resto todo rico. Que no había nevera en la habitación y la oferta de comida fue limitada para las cenas.

- Eszter (9/5): - The location is great—very close to the park entrance. Although it’s by the main road, the rooms are set further inside the property, so noise isn’t an issue. There are lots of animals around the property—parrots, peacocks, hummingbirds, and even monkeys—so keep your balcony doors closed if you don’t want surprise visitors 🙂 They also stored our luggage for free while we stayed in the park, which was really convenient. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to use the balcony since the peacocks made it their camp and pooped all over it.

The mold on the walls was clearly painted over instead of removed. I asked for another room. The hotel refused. The staff told me I could accept a 50 percent refund or pay the full price without getting a room. This is unacceptable. Booking.com has refunded only 20 percent so far. I later saw many similar reviews on Google. This seems to be a known issue. This was the worst hotel experience I have had in 15 years of traveling. I do not recommend this place

El balcóncito de la habitación es muy lindo para descansar a la llegada de un paseo. El restaurante prepara cosas deliciosas y el desayuno tiene buenas porciones. La iluminación de la habitación puede mejorar.

You can enjoy a morning watching all the hummingbirds come to the feeders in the dining area, and the property has peacocks, quail, and a macaw on the property. Sort of resort vibes given that there's not much more to do around, but the facilities are wonderful. Breakfast is solid and normal. Spa was fine. They did not have most of the vegetarian food that was on their menu (no beans, yuca, lentils, etc).

- Stella (9/5): En medio de la naturaleza y cerca de todo - El hotel está rodeado de naturaleza frondosa lo cual lo hace muy agradable y fresco. Además tiene animales de granja como patos, gallinas y pavos reales que caminan en libertad. Es muy silencioso y tranquilo. La ubicación es excepcional, cerca a muchos sitios turísticos de la zona como Tayrona, Mendihuaca, Guachaca, Quebrada Valencia, etc. El personal es muy amistoso y dispuesto a servir. Nuestra habitación fue excelente, muy cómoda y con una terraza privada que disfrutamos en familia todos los días. El restaurante merece una reseña aparte por su carta variada, platos preparados con ingredientes frescos y con excelente sazón. La recepción no me gustó, tuvimos que ir al restaurante a registrarnos en la caja y no fue una experiencia cómoda ni privada, además que no es claro cuando uno ingresa al hotel que el registro se hace allí. A mejorar: la limpieza de las habitaciones, si bien por encima parecía estar limpio cuando nos entregaron la habitación, encontramos que los ventiladores, los cajones y debajo de los tapetes había mucho polvo, se veía que hace mucho no los limpiaban. Le dijimos a la administradora y mandó a limpiar pero aún siguieron los cajones y tapetes sucios. Creo que deben supervisar más el aseo.
