• Aurélie (3/5): Je ne recommande pas ! - Uniquement l'emplacement La SDB est vétuste, la porte ne s'ouvre pas, les joints sont sales, les équipements de la cuisine sont insuffisants (1 seule fourchette), il y a des toiles de poussière dans la chambre... Et pas suffisamment de serviette de toilette, et aucun chiffon dans la cuisine.

• Noemi (5/5): Für eine Nacht okay - Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet. Toller Standort. Es war leider nicht sehr sauber. Die Töpfe und das Besteck mussten vor dem Kochen zuerst sauber gemacht werden. Der Teppich war voller Staub. Auf der Heizung waren noch fremde Socken. Eine Heizung hat nicht funktioniert.
• Nessim (5/5): - Location is centric. There were parking spots available in front of the building. The smell of the pillows, towels and duvet was badly sharp and overwhelming. I had to use perfume to cover it. The mattress and the pillows are uncomfortable

• Artemii (4/5): Great location and spacious, but communication and check-in were challenging - The apartment itself is quite good – clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything necessary for a stay. The biggest advantage is the very convenient location close to the Basel Bad BF train station, making travel easy. The negatives (areas for improvement): · Communication with the host was very inconvenient. The preferred language is German, which made communication difficult. · Very late check-in time (19:00). · The check-in process was tiring. We had trouble opening the key safe for a long time - the code initially provided was wrong. Furthermore, we had to place the city tourist tax in cash into that same safe upon arrival, which added unnecessary stress and hassle after a long journey.

• Emanuele (3/5): host incompetente, e per nulla accogliente. Dovrebbe cambiare mestiere. - rapporto qualità/prezzo decente host molto indisponente e sgarbato. Ogni piccola richiesta di informazioni ha richiesto piu di due ore di chat : prima di tutto non ti da il codice di accesso all appartamento(self checkin) fino all ultimo secondo(che stando alle condizioni non puoi effettuare prima delle 7pm) , nonostante io abbia pagato in anticipo tutto ma non hai preventivamente ottemperato ad ogni sua richiesta (come ad esempio mandargli la foto della tassa di soggiorno (4 euro circa) depositata nel box da lui richiesto) ; stesso discorso per richiedere password wifi al quale ha risposto " te l ho gia inviata nella schermata di prenotazione" stop!". riscaldamenti poco efficienti e stufa accessoria con cavo e plug incompatibili con le prese a muro sparpagliate nell appartamento. Se volete stare rilassati andate altrove.

• yves (3/5): Annonce mensongère, grosse déception. - Pas grand chose On a essayé de joindre le propriétaire du logement toute la journée de notre arrivée par téléphone, aucune réponse de sa part. Le soir enfin à 19h il nous envoie un sms pour nous demander si nous avions essayé de le contacter. Echanges laborieux par sms pour récupérer la clé dans sa boîte aux lettres. Accueil inexistant, nul. L'appartement ne correspondait pas à la description. Nous devions avoir vue sur cour, nous étions au rez de chaussée sur rue avec vue sur un entrepôt de camions qui était bruyant dès 7 heures du matin ! Les serviettes de toilettes sentaient le vieux ainsi que le linge de lit.
• Artemis (7/5): - Το κατάλυμα ήταν άνετο, ευρύχωρο και κατάλληλο για την μια διανυκτέρευση μας. Η απόσταση από το κέντρο της Βασιλείας ήταν μικρή, οπότε κινηθήκαμε με άνεση. Όταν φτάσαμε στο κατάλυμα, οι πετσέτες στο μπάνιο ήταν ακόμη νωπές. Καταλάβαμε ότι ήταν καθαρές και ότι απλώς δεν πρόλαβαν να στεγνώσουν αλλά σαν αίσθηση δεν μας άρεσε. Επίσης, το μπάνιο είχε αρκετά έντονη μυρωδιά.

• Ngoc Than (7/5): Die Wohnung ist besser für kurze Urlaub. Wir werden vielleicht wieder kommen, wenn wir nur 1-2 Tag in Basel besuchen. Fü - Wir haben einen Urlaub in Basel gemacht. Die Wohnung ist schön und wir können einfach irgendwo mit dem Tram (Messeplatz) fahren. Die Antworte haben wir bekommen, die immer schnell und nett waren. Die Wohnung ist sauber und voll möbliert. Die Wohnung liegt in EG. Mann kann nicht oft die Fenster aufmachen (wegen Privat-Gründen). Wenn mann deshalb kochen will, muss man die Fernster auf und können andere Leute rein gucken. Erste Tag hat die Heizung leider nicht funktioniert.

• Magdalene (7/5): - Die Lage ist sehr günstig. Das Appartment hatte kein separates Schlafzimmer, in der Beschreibung hatte es aber den Anschein.
• pierre (5/5): Manque de sérieux - L'appartement est top, propre et joli, bien placé et au calme La boîte à clé impersonnelle, beaucoup de problème pour communiquer par téléphone, j'ai perdu 2 heures de mon temps car ils pretendaient vouloir une Data qui en fait voulait dire passeport, et je leur avait envoyé un photo de mon passeport par mail. Donc ce n'est pas très sérieux comme organisation.

• Maria Giuditta (1/5): Very negative experience – not to be repeated - Check-in is only available from 7:00 PM, which is incredibly inconvenient if you're traveling with luggage. The apartment (it's not a real hotel) was dirty: the carpet was stained, the shower had a broken pipe leaking brown water, the bathroom curtain was dirty, the sheets and pillows smelled bad (I had to spray perfume), and the dishes were not clean. The staff brought me new clean towels only at my request the next day, but no cleaning was done or clean sheets provided. Shampoo and conditioner were missing, and there wasn't even a minimal welcome gesture (no bottled water, no chocolates). The tourist tax can only be paid in cash; no credit cards, no euros, and no bank transfers. I even had to ask for change. I also had to pay an extra CHF 35 for my dog, an amount not justified by the services offered. The key collection mechanism is complicated and doesn't work well, making check-in even more difficult. The staff is unhelpful and doesn't speak English. Overall, the experience was disappointing and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

• Lea (10/5): Coole Stadt Wohnung - Unkompliziertes Check-in Dusche hat ein paar wenige Schönheitsfehler, aber die Unterkunft würde ich wieder nehmen

The sheets were so old they had piled balls on them. Also we were not given access to the laundry so although a washing machine is listed, we could not access it.

• Dyer (6/5): Pleasant - Very difficult to check in. Finally a stranger helped us and used his phone to call someone who could not speak English. He stayed until the process was done. After 2 fustrating hours we had a key. Cute apartment but bed pillows and linen were questionable. I covered a tiny pillow with my sweater and went to bed. Shower takes a long time to get hot but was good when it did. We would never use self checkin again.

• Hinad (5/5): Passable - Location is fine First point check in time is 7pm. Which is new to me! I'm genius traveller with booking and I visited all countries in the world . This is weired. Plus I begged the owner to let me drop off my bag anywhere as I have to wait 5 hours to check in and he didn't care. I would advise booking to make sure which apartment to post as the owner just want to take his money and he doesn't care at all of the client comfort. I was lucky to find Somalian people who offered to help me till I go into the apartment. This is really very annoying. Owner just want to take his money and city tax!
• Debbie (6/5): Great accomodation check un issues spoilt the experience - It is located very close to the Basel Congress the purpose of my visit Checking in using key box was awkward as there are two boxes identical and I chose the wrong one which added considerable delay to entering the property if I had a criticism it would be not being able to check in before 1900 having arrived very early in Basel I tried without success to contact the owner to enquire the possibility of earlier occupation, difficult to be in basel with luggage in a wet day. I appreciate this was the specified timing offered but in my opinion 1900 is too late on a day of arrival for that reason aline I wont return
• Derk-jan (8/5): Very good - The location of the apartment is great. It is nicely accessible by tram, and is close to many convenient amenities. The room is clean and stylishly decorated. The windows feature iron blinds, which allow full privacy if needed. The host is friendly and helpful, eager to fulfill any request you may have. The fridge makes a buzzing noise when it's cooling something, which can be a little distracting. The temperature in the room rises quite quickly, so I had to use the airconditioning quite a bit (although it was a warm tone, and I'm quite sensitive to high temperatures)
• Christine (8/5): Very good - The location was perfect for our needs and quiet. The apartment was spacious. The late check in would suit some not others, like ourselves but would suit those checking out late. The pillows were not so comfortable but the bed was perfect.
