• Elisabeth (8/5): Fully equipped apartment in central Rovaniemi - Central Rovaniemi location with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops all reachable within 2-10 minutes walk. Fully equipped apartment with everything one would need, including washing machine and dishwasher. The balcony is a great plus. The apartment building itself is quiet. Enough space for two people for a few days stay (we were there 3 days but probably also a week would be more than doable). The procedure to get into the apartment is a bit convoluted with the final instructions arriving quite late and requiring an active internet connection when in front of the apartment door. There is a serious lack of conveniently located power outlets for charging a phone or laptop in the apartment.

• Daniela (10/5): Amazing Stay - The apartment is beautiful, just as shown in the photos. The location couldn’t be better, only a five minute walk from the center of Rovaniemi, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We loved it :)

It had everything needed for a long stay, and the location was perfect right in the city center, close to everything: the bus to Santa Claus Village, the airport, and all the main spots. The place was comfortable, the bed was great, everything was clean, and the apartment was spacious. We were two people and it was more than enough for us it can easily accommodate up to four. The check-in instructions were very easy to follow and we had no issues at all. Honestly, we didn’t even feel like leaving the apartment… we loved it so much.

• Ila9527 (10/5): Heaven - The location is perfect. The house was warm the whole time even tho it was -20 outside. The mattress (Topper) was surprisingly comfortable. Do not follow directions from maps, it will take you somewhere else. Just follow the instructions the owner gives you when you book the apartment.

Não gostei da exiguidade do quarto de dormir, pois a cama ocupa todo o espaço, obrigando o parceiro do lado de dentro a passar sobre o do outro lado, caso precise de ir ao WC, por exemplo...

Le finestre erano provviste di tende oscuranti per la notte in estate. C'erano fornelli, tostapane, bollitore, posate, bicchieri, spremiagrumi. Forniscono tutto il materiale per pulire (compresa l'aspirapolvere). Mettono a disposizione cottone fioc, dischetti per trucco, asciugacapelli capelli e diffusore. In bagno c'e un bidet, non come lo conosciamo noi italiani, ma un piccolo doccino. Tutto era funzionante e nuovo. Offrono il servizio di navetta per aeroporto perché non è raggiungibile con I mezzi pubblici. La notte faceva caldo e noi non siamo state in grado di capire come accendere l'aria condizionata.
• marion (9/5): Bon séjour - Immeuble récent et propre, 6ème étage. L'appartement est cosy ainsi que la terrasse. J'ai passé un bon séjour ds l'ensemble. Canapé confort et cuisine lumineuse. Possibilité de prendre un taxi facilement. Je recommande Chantier avec des travaux juste en face. Un immeuble énorme en construction. Du bruit le matin. Les rideaux ne sont pas assez occultant pour les nuits d'été. Il y a juste la place pour le matelas dans l'espace pour dormir ( ce n'est pas une chambre); c'est un peu étroit si vous êtes 2 personnes.

• Patricia (8/5): Not for more than two people - Location, well-equipped kitchen, cleanliness, fairly large bathroom - considering the "bedroom", late check-out (with an add. charge) The sofa bed is terrible; sleeping on planks just a few centimeters off the floor. The bed is located in a niche, no bedroom, so you can´t walk around the bed to get to the other side or get out of bed. The lift doesn´t work on the check-in day, we had to carry the suitcases from the -1 floor to the 6th floor.

It's quite small One mattress was on wooden planks on the floor in the living room/kitchen area "bedroom" area is very small They didn't have blackout curtains. No microwave.
• Ron (3/5): Clean but overlooks an active commercial construction site. - The place was clean and had an efficient use of small space. The complex puzzle of entry to the apartment was fun to solve. Nobody mentioned that the penthouse balcony overlooked an active, commercial construction site with noise of jackhammers, cranes, and air hammers all during the work day. It was quiet at night, though. Also, if you do not check out by eleven o'clock AM you will be locked out of the building. Not a horrible issue, but quite strange. Would not stay here again.

• Stiina (9/5): Calm, clean, comfortable and compact. - Very nice and clean. Brand new building. Comfortably and peacefully decorated. Lovely balcony/terrace outside for spending time and looking over the town. Close to the city centre, easy to walk to places. The grocery store is very close, as are the local shopping centres, restaurants and bars. Same for local museums (Korundi and Arktikum) and the river for a nice nature walk. Sound insulation was great, practically no sound from the somewhat busy road below, on the right side of the apartment when the balcony door is closed. The apartment has all the amenities you could need for a longer stay: lots of kitchenware, dishwasher, laundry machine etc. Tea and coffee in the cabinets, and coffee maker on the counter (which can be used to boil water as well). Roomy fridge. Plenty cabinets for hanging clothes. Bed is in a small alcove in a corner, that you can enter only from one side/doorway from the kitchen, so maybe not the easiest for someone with e.g. movement difficulties, but fine for anyone else. Communication was swift when I contacted them, and the first sign in was easy with a smart phone app. The welcome message after booking contained all the info I ended up needing. Overall very, very nice and I would definitely stay again in this location. Great value for money. Minimal improvements: a bigger, more comfortably placed TV would be nice for a longer stay, but the small one up on the wall was understandable for the size of the apartment. Nightstand had books about travel locations in other countries. Why not brochures or books about Rovaniemi?
