L'appartamento è centralissimo e puoi arrivare ovunque in 10 minuti. Purtroppo davanti all'appartamento stavano facendo dei lavori, quindi non siamo riusciti a riposare molto la mattina

Falsche Beschreibung in dem Angebot bei Booking com! Stadtblick ist ein guter „Joke“- wenn man mit Sichtschutzfolie beklebte Fenster / können auch Fenster sein, die von vornherein den Blick nach außen verwehren- als Stadtblick bezeichnet! Lage im Erdgeschoß - wenn sie das Fenster öffnen schlafen sie gefühlt an einer Autobahn ( viel Straßenlärm auch durch ständig fahrende Busse)- Haltestelle direkt vor den Appartements. Wen Beides nicht stört, der kann die gute Ausstattung und Lage genießen!

- Lauma (9/5): Perfect location, clean and modern apartment, friendly host - Apartment was very clean, spacious, modern, with big TV with Netflix and in very, very convenient location, oh and super nice host! Apartment had everything we needed. Small disadvantages: It is on a big one way street and on Friday and Saturday there were sports cars and street bikes passing buy and was very loud, woke us all up couple of times. No windows (windows covered with film to protect privacy ) or balcony, maybe in very hot weather that is a plus as it could keep the heat away, but for us it felt a bit too closed off from everything.

- Nikolic (7/5): Nice and odd - The facility is just like on the photos. It is relatively spacious, but it is a studio. The sleeping bed is separated by the veil. Everything is clean, relatively new, and has all appliances. Obviously, the bathroom door in the apartment is fixed (we saw the complaints, but it is not applicable). Everything inside the apartment is really good. The location is also good, close to Turia Park, the beach and some shopping malls. The apartment is converted from market store. There are three or four apartments in the row, and you are practically on the street with the bus stop in front. The noise is not so bad, but this is quite odd position. The doors and windows are not transparent (obviously, for the reason of not sustaining a view from the people from the street).

Gracias a Julio por su amabilidad y el interés demostrado para que disfrutáramos de la ciudad. sus recomendaciones tanto de lugares para visitar, como para comer, un acierto. Al apartamento no le falta detalle, es tal y como aparece. Seguro que volveremos.

The host was really kind and provided us with all the information and instructions we needed before and during our stay. The apartment was fantastic modern, spotless, and equipped with everything we could possibly need, all in perfect condition. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept really well. The location was also excellent, with a bus stop right in front of the building, which made it super easy to visit all the main tourist attractions using public transport. We enjoyed our stay even more because, on Sunday, the València Half Marathon passed right in front of the apartment it was such a great surprise and made the experience even more special! We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Formidable Apartments to anyone visiting València! Could be a mirror to check your full body

El alojamiento está nuevo y muy bien cuidado. Los anfitriones hacen la experiencia mucho más agradable, preocupados por todos los detalles, siempre disponibles y atentos. Inkább a tengerparthoz van közelebb, kb 15 perc séta, mint a belvároshoz. Freshly renovated and furnished, very well equipped apartment, with comfortable, quality furniture. Huge bed in the bedroom, but the sofa bed in the living room is also comfortable. It's closer to the beach, about a 15-minute walk, like to the city center. A lakás nappalijába közvetlenül az utcáról lépünk be. Rendkívül zajos, még éjszaka is. De a legrosszabb élmény az érkezés volt. A szállás adó egész nap nem küldte el a kapukódot. Este 10-kor érkeztünk meg a reptérre. Amint leszállt a repülőnk több emailt is írtam, a taxiból is. Nem reagáltak rá, sőt volt hogy az email kézbesíthetetlen volt. Bíztam benne, hogy a taxiból kiszállva azt látom, hogy ott van a szállásadó a lakásnál, de nem. Ez már éjjel 11 óra után volt. A megadott telefonszámot sem vette fel senki, ami a kapcsolat tartáshoz meg volt adva. Majd kb újabb fél óra ( ezalatt az utcán várakoztunk a csomagjainkkal) múlva whatsappon felhívott valaki és némi "jópofizás" után végre megadta a kódot. 23:40 volt. Soha nem fordult még elő ilyesmi velünk. Nem volt jó élmény - egyáltalán. We enter the living room of the apartment directly from the street. It is extremely noisy, even at night. But the worst experience was the arrival. We arrived at the airport at 10 pm. The accommodation provider did not send the gate code all day. As soon as our plane landed, I wrote several emails, including from the taxi. They did not respond to them, and in fact, one email was undeliverable. I was hoping that when I got out of the taxi, I would see that the accommodation provider was at the apartment, but no. It was after 11 pm. No one answered the phone number that was provided for contact. Then about another half hour later, (during which we waited on the street with our luggage) someone called me on WhatsApp and after some talk finally gave me the code. It was 11:40 pm. This has never happened to us before. It was not a good experience - at all.

- Lala (10/5): Estancia muy agradable y recomendada 100% - Primero quisiera destacar la amabilidad de Julio el dueño, Su trato me pareció excepcional y su carisma. Con respecto al departamento estaba impecable, la cocina nueva, el baño estupendo , pero lo que más me gusto fue su cama de un tamaño muy grande que tenía un colchón muy cómodo que lo recomiendo sin lugar a dudas. Muchas gracias por todo lo tendré en cuenta para una próxima visita a Valencia. En realidad me gustó todo lo único que eché en falta fue una ventana, esto se lo comenté a Julio y me dijo que actualmente por la normativa no les permitían en la zona. Pero eso fue un detalle sin más.

Está en una zona perfecta justo entre la playa y la ciudad de las artes y tiene de todo cerca (supermercado a 1 min, farmacia, hostelería,...). El trato fue excepcional y el apartamento muy cómodo y acogedor. Sin duda ya tenemos dónde quedarnos cuando volvamos a la ciudad, un 100 de 10.

- Alessandro (10/5): Nel cuore di Valencia. - Tutto a portata di mano! Di fronte casa c’è la fermata della Linea autobus che porta in centro e passa ogni 10 minuti! Zona molto tranquilla e sicura anche di notte, dall’altra parte della strada c’è anche una palestra in cui praticano Hirox e sport da combattimento oltre alla pesistica e crossfit. 8 minuti a piedi si arriva al centro commerciale Aqua con numerosi negozi e ristoranti, c’è anche un supermercato girando l’angolo a 2 minuti a piedi oppure il Carrefour a 6-7 minuti che è aperto h24! sulla stessa via a 5 minuti a piedi trovate anche una farmacia ed un simpatico pub che offre tapas e ottima birra.
