• Jean Paul (8/5): - C'est proche du château Saint ange et à 10mn à pieds du Vatican. C'est grand C'est propre C'est calme Nous sommes arrivés à 22h le soir. La procédure d'ouverture automatique de la porte de l'immeuble n'a pas fonctionné. C'est quelqu'un qui sortait de l'immeuble à ce moment là qui ́nous a permis d'entrer Je n'ai pas eu le temps d'envoyer un mail à l'assistance. Il serait préférable de communiquer un numéro de téléphone à contacter dans ces cas là.

• Noelia (10/5): - Me gustó la ubicación y la amplitud del apartamento sobre todo la habitación principal y el baño que son muy espaciosos Las instalaciones necesitan una mejora en cuanto a desperfectos sobre todo en algunos muebles, enchufes de luz y accesorios en el baño y una buena mano de pintura.Las ventanas también necesitan una revisión ya que no cierran bien.

• Magdalena (6/5): - Yes, it was easy but we need to pay extra for arriving aprox. 21:20 Contact with a person. After leaving the apartment and leaving the keys where we were instructed, I received a message asking where the keys were. We were on our way back from Rome at the time, and it was stressful. It was difficult to respond to the message because I received an automatic reply. The cleaning person should have easily found the keys after our departure. The apartment is large and beautiful, with character, but the price for cleaning is inadequate.
• Ellison (10/5): - Very spacious and clean. Air con was a bit weak 😅 but they were fans in the apartment which were great.
• Martin (8/5): Very good - We arrived very late, 1.30am!! Still met with the guy who stayed in contact via WhatsApp all the while. Excellent service and very much appreciated 👍 The electric sockets were unusual and didn't take standard euro plugs...not a big deal but a bit awkward

• Clive (6/5): Pleasant - Property was clean and spacious. Close to Vatican and Rome centre - 15 min walk. Secure as it is behind locked off road entrance. Windows don't close properly (previous ratings show that this has been a problem for awhile) and therefore street noise is continuous through the night. The shower drain needs fixing - this backups very quickly - within moments of water running. It also means that you can't have a shower beyond a couple of minutes. Bit disappointed that the hosts couldn't help us book a taxi for return journey to airport. Our phones wouldn't work in Rome for voice calls so we requested assistance.

• Paul (8/5): Great apartment in a great location - Great location equidistant between the Vatican and the Spanish steps in an area that felt very safe and near to restaurants and supermarkets The dishwasher was broken, the plugs didn't fit our adaptors,

• Rachel (8/5): Excellent location and gorgeous apartment. Spotless. - Excellent location, so clean and interesting decor. The staff were friendly and efficient. The shutters didn’t open to let in light do we had to keep the lights on. There was a loose plug in the bedroom and some switches didn’t work in the kitchen. The kwcrruca might need looking at.
• Svetoslav.242 (8/5): Very good - It is a large apartment with very good location. A lot of restaurants around but still a quiet neighborhood. Very easy to reach the center on foot. We had an issue with the hot water (boiler malfunctioning) that took quite some time to fix, but it was resolved.
• Raymond (4/5): Sleepless nights worrying about what could go wrong next. - Location was superb. Large spacious apartment and powerfull shower. Possibly unreported pre-existing maintenance issues plus one major electrical problem that could have caused a fire. In trying to report the Electrical issue we encountered numerous pushbacks from both the property representative and booking.com staff, only after approx 3 hours of no power, no heating, no internet and some lighting were we finally able to get someone from booking.com (Singapore call centre!!!) who, after we explained the problem, suggested we e-mail the fault and that it could take up to 48hours for a response. We insisted that this was an emergency and eventually action was taken that resulted in an electrician being sent to appraise and hopefully fix the problem - which was burnt out wires in the fuse board. We have rented properties abroad for over 20 years and this was the first time anything major had occurred, the feeling of helplessness was overwhelming , this was 23rd December 2023 and one of the options initially offered by booking.com was attempting to book something else!!! and get a full refund for the unused nights. If asked i will supply a list of defects but we are holidaymakers and not property inspectors .
• Rebecca (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent size apartment for a family and perfect location. Several supermarkets close by and plenty of places to eat if you don't want to cook.

• Jessica (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was spacious and well set out, with lots of helpful things you might need. It was easy to find and handily located near a supermarket, metro stop and two restaurants. There was a surprising amount of storage in the apartment and we had no problems during our stay. The plugs were very stiff and a normal EU plug wouldn't go in, but there were a few adaptors provided so it was all fine. We also couldn't find any washing up liquid, but there was a dishwasher with dishwasher tablets, but felt a little wasteful for two bowls after breakfast.
• Javid (10/5): Exceptional - This was the most beautiful apartment I've ever lived in with the carefully thought-out interior design, absolutely recommended. Wi-Fi coverage is not everywhere. When the washing machine is in use, the AC must be switched off, otherwise the circuit breakers shut down the electricity.
• Annika (8/5): Nice big apartment very well located and very clean. I recommend it. - Very good location, close to the Vatican and the historical center of the city. The decoration in the small bedroom is very old style.
