The condominium (central) heating will work on a schedule, as imposed by Italian law, and heating cannot be adjusted. The highest temperature allowed by Italian law for the residential sector is 19 degrees Celsius for all thermostats, both central and autonomous heating. Please do not use more than one appliance at once. Otherwise, you may experience power outages. If this happens, guests will need to reset the fuse box. Romano (6/5): The customer service was great. They have been really helpful with delivering an iron. - The proximity to the Metro The room wasn't ready as needed. Once arrived I found a sofa and table in the middle of the room with no bed. I had to move the furniture to make space for the bed, which was a bit unpleasant since it was late night. The toilet had a really bad smell of sewer and the water in the shower didn't flush away, it stayed in the shower.
Vadim (8/5): Very good - location/ lots of useful things in the apartment though I, be booked the apartment using booking they didn’t allow me to enter the apartment before I fulfil additional (they sent ) registration form and pay city tax! I have to phone them asking to let me get inside, I was with luggage, after a long journey! there is no sign of the apartment, no one meets you and help! so if have no cellphone , no internet, you have no way to enter this apartment! too complicated system and not friendly at all

I was alone but would be fine for two as well(couple might be) 3. location- 5min. walking distance to Lotto station. road condition fine to carry luggages. steak, chicken, burgerking available near.(tasted all great) nothing
