- ingrid (2/5): Disappointing! I feel cheated. - The location was good but parking impossible. Dirty. Long hairs and black pubic hair in the bathroom. Floor was dirty. Vacuum made more mess. Sugar bowl disgusting. Kettle broken. Mug with a crack. Hole in the sheets. Not enough loo paper for our stay (indicated it was provided). Most unsafe on entering in the dark, the paving stones were uneven, missing and wobbly and the light did not come on in time to light the path. Gate did not close and banged in the wind. Also other occupants turned lights on and walked up and down the passage in the night. The front view was onto bins. Coffee machine available to use but only 2 pods provided for 3 people for 21 days. A tap in the shower came off.

- Lynne (8/5): A 15 minute walk to Bondi Beach. However, a bus stop was close by which was next to a lovely cafe. - Comfortable accommodation. The layout was a bit unusual.

- Helen (10/5): Absolutely perfect - Absolutely perfect everything clean and tidy Maria a lovely host nothing is too much trouble property so clean and tidy very comfortable highly recommended can’t wait to return we will definitely be staying here again not far from bondi beach
