• Tousif (10/5): The time we reach the guy was there waiting for us and since beginning till end we really enjoyed. The other guy was the - Apartment was very neat and tidy and exactly looks like same as pictures shown, we really enjoyed staying there. I think everything was perfect 👌

• Suliman (1/5): I don't advise to stay in this apartment - nothing to like. The property is horrible. Don't believe the pictures and photos of the property. The whole apartment is very bad. No lights, the rooms are very bad.
• Sarju (4/5): A million dollar ageing apartment - Centrally located, Nice unobstructed views ,huge balcony.New appliances fridge,washing machine,Gas stove.Had Iron ,Ironing board and cloths dryers stand .Heating worked. A million dollar apartment that needs at least 10000 dollars worth of refurbishment. Very old ageing apartment, Original name is Badamil on maps,appears to have been taken over by some one ,and converted a 1 bed room to 2 bed room by dividing the bed room and shoddy installation of heating system .Some old furniture is kept along with 8 seat dining table in a 2 Bed room apartment. The wardrobe is only in one bedroom as it was partioned. The second bed room is a sofa bed .toilet is tiny and separate from the bathroom .The bathroom exhaust fan did not work. There are heating pipes laid over the apartment. The lift is tiny,scary, and claustrophobic. There are so many discarded materials left behind, like gift boxes ,unused battery, and even old unsed pressure pumps .,kids pram .There is no place to keep the soap in the shower. it is difficult to carry luggage up over the steps .Water pressure is also low . WiFi and heating worked .The ratings would have improved significantly if the discarded items were removed from the apartment 🙄. All thought low-cost apartments there is a lot that can be done to improve easily.
• Ferid (10/5): Exceptional - Nice Apartmant with new/modern design and all very clean . Great location! They offer airport transfer (practical when your flight arrives/departures in unusual times) and also organize tours at reasonable prices. Overall very friendly and considerate staff
• Cengiz (10/5): Exceptional - It is a very nice and comfortable apartment, located almost in the center of the city, with a beautiful view from the balcony
• Leo (10/5): comfortable - very comfortable and beautiful place, it is 10 minutes by car to Nizami Kuce, it is a very nice apartment to relax
