• Hasani (1/5): Overall it was a bad experience and I would suggest people to keep looking for a better villa. - The view was the only good part about our stay. For starters, we were welcomed very poorly. the windows were confusing to open and the second we tried to open them the owner came yelling at our kids. The villa was dirty (as-well as the pool) even though we had paid an extra 200€ for cleaning so we had to waste and tire ourselves the whole afternoon cleaning every room. The living room had sand everywhere, the dishes were not done and we had to clean the by hand as well as the fact that the beds were not double beds but rather queen sized which were not practical as we were 6 people meaning that 2 had to sleep on the sofa which resulted in them waking up with awful back pain the upcoming mornings. The pool infrastructure was awful as right next to the pool there was a big hole surrounding it that you could easily fall into if not paying attention. The main reason we had booked this villa was for the kids to enjoy the pool but then after we arrived we were told to not jump in the pool as they had just reconstructed it and that it would break it. We paid for all people and were not given enough cards for us to roam around the residence. We paid for 6, got one and was told that this one would work for all of us which indeed was a lie. There was barely any privacy as the entire garden was shared with our neighbours which were in-fact the owners and criticised our every move. We were supposed to have a beach card meaning that we didn’t have to pay for the sun-beds at the beach but that was a lie as-well. The owner parked on our villa because they didn’t have space and complained about water from the pool spilling on top of his car. Keep in mind we paid almost 3000€ for a two night stay and were disappointed from how dirty the house was, how un orchestrated the owners were and how we did not have as a pleasant stay as we had intended.
