• Rhys (10/5): Beautiful Townhouse in the Centre of Canberra - This is a perfect accommodation for a stay in Canberra. The townhouse is gorgeous; the rooms, facilities, bathrooms and kitchen are all far above our expectations. Our only regret is that we hadn't stayed longer!

The kitchen requires a deep clean, I did my best upon arrival myself as it didnt seem very hygenic to use it as it was. Greasy handprints and marks everywhere on the walls, dirty rugs in the bedroom, the sofa bed was quite uncomfortable.
• Sybil (9/5): Fabulous. Great base for a trip to canberra! - The only issue was the heating. We couldn’t work out how to get the heating working in the living room. I’m sure it’s possible but the high-tech touchscreen interface was beyond us! Otherwise 5 stars the whole way!

• Prahlad (10/5): A clean, modern, and comfortable townhouse in a perfect location—highly recommended for a relaxing stay in Canberra. - We really enjoyed the modern design and clean, spacious layout of the townhouse. The living area was bright and comfortable, and the furnishings were stylish and well-maintained. The location in Braddon was perfect—close to cafes, shops and everything we needed. Check-in was smooth, and the property felt very welcoming and homely. There wasn’t anything major to dislike. The only small thing is that a couple of extra essentials, like more toiletries or kitchen basics, would have made the stay even more convenient. But overall, everything was great

Stairs so many Stairs! these apartments are designed for young fit people that can have no problems bounding up 4 flights to get to the toilet.

The main bed was terrible, although the kids beds on the lower level were good. Not all amenities in working order. Spaced out over four floors with lots of stairs.

It is difficult to control the heating in this apartment; as hot air rises, the top floor bedroom was really hot, while it was still quite remarkable downstairs in the living space.

Heating was great, bathrooms fabulous. Privacy being on different floors from the kids Not much! Maybe the 7 leaves of stairs are a for some but also they were great for our legs and keeping moving
• M (6/5): Pleasant - Location and secure parking Thr apartment is spread over 4 floors which is very annoying Ground floor -internal garage and laundry 1st floor kitchen and dining 2nd floor single beds room 3rd floor main bedroom and ensuite The heat control send allheat uo the stairs to main bedroom which got far too hot and the kitchen was very cold. Minimal kitchen items such as 3 plastic plates only and 2 tea bags only.

• Lily (8/5): It was an enjoyable 3 night stay and would definitely stay there again. - The property itself was very clean, within walking distance to the shopping centre, cafes, restaurants, bars & public transport. The only downside to the property itself is, it needs to have proper window coverings (blockout curtains) in the living room when a sofa bed is an option for sleeping & for general privacy from neighbours. The shower in the main bedroom is very noisy and has very low water pressure as was the water pressure in other bathroom. The aircon does not work in the living room when it’s on whilst upstairs it gets extremely warm.
• Xiaolan (9/5): Superb - Brilliant The only small thing is the air con is weak in living room and the kitchen. But the good one is they provided a heater which helps for the room temperature.

Instructions for getting access to the keys and garbage room location could have been a little clearer. In property description, might be good to include that the property is over 4 levels in case someone has problems with stairs.

• Roslyn (7/5): We had a magical stay in Canberra, and the apartment was a fantastic base for all of our plans. - We loved the location and the complex was easy to see from a distance. It was also a secure and newish appartment, with good quality finishes. The apartment is spread out over 4 floors or 8 flights of stairs. This was a bit of a surprise, but we honestly didn't mind. If mobility is a challenge for future guests, just know that there are a lot of stairs in this apartment.

Also the townhouse itself is very clean and including all facilities. The stove is not working very well, at least not easy to use. Also it will take a little bit time to find the rubbish room

• Lee (7/5): A great location for a weekend in Canberra with great restaurants and stores within walking distance - Amazing location and very clean property. The lock up garage with direct access to the townhouse was fantastic. The kitchen and living areas are well equipped and great for an extended stay. The property is a short walk from Lonsdale Street which has tons of restaurants and great shops. Unfortunately the shower pressure is terrible and would not be suitable for an extended stay - this is something that really should be addressed and sorted as it really impacted our stay. A caution to anyone with mobility issues, this property has lots of stairs with 2 flights to get from the garage to the living area, another 2 flights to get to the first bedroom and another two flights to get to the master bedroom on the top floor.

The cleanliness was outstanding, with a fresh and modern feel throughout. Additionally, the location was perfect, just a short walk from restaurants and shops. We truly enjoyed our stay!
