• Airins Stared (6/5): Non ci ritornerei - L'appartamento è luminoso e ben organizzato. Manca un po' di manutenzione. Comode le due stanze La posizione, la piazza sotto casa è residenza abituale di barboni e spacciatori, tutte le sere dalle 7.30 ci sono incursioni più o meno agitate della polizia. Nessuno è molesto e non ci hanno infastidito, ma cmq non è stato piacevole. L'appartamento necessita di un po' di manutenzione (tapparelle elettriche che non funzionano bene, un copridivano lavabile, e qualche ritocco tra doccia e imbiancatura)
• Pieter (9/5): Top verblijf met gezin gehad! - Locatie in de volkswijk Vallecas. Dichtbij de metro. Fijne en gezellige inrichting. Keuken inrichting was wel karig. Geen waterkoker of wijnglas.

• Natascha (9/5): This place is a perfect gem in a beautiful city - The place is fantastic. Big spacious, newly renovated. Lovely balcony. Easy walk to the train station. The location felt a bit like ghetto. Homeless people everywhere but that's not the places fault. The only issue I had is i had to ask for the heating to be on, and he would come back with its 20 degrees. It most certainly didnt feel 20. I think the thermostat was closer to the ceiling and heat rises so thats the only answer I can come up with.
• Vladimir (7/5): - Das Personal war sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist in Ordnung nach zu U-Bahn. Das Zentrum ist in 20 min. mit der U-Bahn leicht zu erreichen. Es ist aber nicht wirklich im schönsten Teil Madrid.
• AGRO (9/5): PERFECTA :) - La cercanía , está el metro en la calle de atrás y queda cerca de todo , para hacer turismo es super cómodo Le faltó un poquito de limpieza .

• Gaëlle (7/5): Très bon emplacement - L'emplacement était parfait, très proche du métro et sur la ligne directe qui mène au centre ville. L'appartement est très spacieux. Adrian a fait le nécessaire pour nous attendre jusqu'à 21h30 alors que l'entrée était jusqu'à 21h. C'était très gentil de sa part. Nous avons eu un problème de chaudière, réglé assez rapidement mais qui s'est reproduit plusieurs pendant le séjour. Avec des températures très froides ce n'était pas agréable. L'appartement était assez bruyant à cause des voisins (des fêtes, un chien, des travaux). Les ustensiles de cuisine n'étaient pas très pratiques (il manquait des poignées au casseroles).
• dancona (3/5): PESSIMA ESPERIENZA CON L’HOST - Appartamento grande con buone potenzialità Nonostante i nostri frequenti viaggi, questa è stata senza dubbio la peggiore esperienza mai avuta con un host. Subito dopo aver prenotato un appartamento con due camere a Madrid, con pagamento anticipato, ci siamo accorti che l’orario di check-in era limitato tra le 18:00 e le 21:00, mentre il nostro volo atterrava alle 01:05 di notte. Abbiamo immediatamente contattato l’host più volte, anche tramite i solleciti di Booking, nel tentativo di trovare una soluzione per un check-in tardivo oppure, qualora non fosse stato possibile, di ottenere almeno l’annullamento del pagamento della prima notte, visto che saremmo stati costretti a prenotare un’altra sistemazione. L’host ha risposto con estrema lentezza e senza alcuna disponibilità, confermando l’impossibilità di modificare la prenotazione. Successivamente ha proposto una soluzione del tutto inaccettabile, richiedendo per il ceck in tardivo un supplemento prima di 100€, ma poi ridotto a 60 € per ogni ora di ritardo dopo le 21:00. Questo avrebbe comportato per noi un costo aggiuntivo di 300 € solo per poter effettuare il check-in tardivo. Non potendo accettare condizioni così sproporzionate, siamo stati costretti a prenotare due camere d’hotel per la prima notte, sostenendo un ulteriore disagio e una spesa non prevista. Il giorno seguente anche l’accesso all’appartamento è stato gestito in modo estremamente confuso. Ci aspettavamo la presenza di un addetto, ma ci siamo ritrovati davanti a un portone chiuso, con l’host che forniva risposte poco chiare, parlando di chiavi “sul tavolo”, mentre noi eravamo ancora bloccati alla porta della strada senza sapere come entrare, solo dopo diversi minuti di attesa e numerosi messaggi, le porte si sono aperte a distanza. All’interno, l’appartamento si presentava molto carino con una zona giorno ampia, ma trascurato e non particolarmente pulito; Abbiamo notato subito delle lenzuola arrotolate sotto uno dei letti e vetri e tapparelle sporche, materassi e cuscini molto scomodi.
• Bayona (7/5): - Ubicación, la esperada. Desayunamos por nuestra cuenta en el apartamento. La calefacción estaba controlada en remoto y hubiéramos necesitado un poco más calor, en esas fechas hizo frio en Madrid. La comunicación con el anfitrión solo era posible por WhatsApp.

The owner of the house is not serious and not polite, and when he wanted us to enter the house he was responding to every message but when we told him about the things that we need he didn't even looked at the messages , the house is really dirty and unequipments because we were 5 and they are only 4 beds and we paid for the extra one also another important point is that the location is really awful and annoying because of the homelesses and drugdealers .
• Wojciech (9/5): Super miejsce z potencjałem - Bardzo spokojny i cichy apartament, sporo miejsca do wypoczynku w salonie, duże i wygodne łóżka w sypialni. Bardzo dobry kontakt z opiekunem miejsca Jako drobne sugestie: przydałby się serwis sanitarny w łazience (przyciski wc) i kuchni (wylewka). Zabrakło czajnika żeby ugotować wodę na herbatę ( ale były garnki 😃), więcej kubków...

• Teri (8/5): It was great, I would come back! - The property was very spacious and clean with a lot of facilities to use. Many shops, supermarkets, small bars around and close to transport. Friendly and helpful host :) The area was a bit active at night but I didn’t feel unsafe and you couldn’t hear the noise in the apartment with the windows closed
• Daniel (9/5): Great flat - Amazing place, really beautiful and it offers great value for money. It has two rooms, a great kitchen, bathroom and big table where we could easily remote work (as the wifi was very good too). The place is really big and is really close to the metro station. Although I still think the place is great, it would be wrong to not mention that it is in a very poor part of Madrid. I didn't know before going there and although of course nothing bad happened to us, it doesn't look like the safest part of town, nor the nicest.
• Sofia (10/5): City center - El lugar es muy bonito y comodo hemos estado a gusto .
• Sonia (8/5): - El apartamento es muy amplio y literalmente tenía absolutamente de todo para disfrutar de él durante la estancia. Las camas eran muy cómodas y los ventiladores de techo hacían que el dormir con tanto calor fuese mejor. Los supermercados quedan a menos de 5 minutos andando y Adrián el anfitrión super atento en todo momento tanto para entrar al apartamento como para la salida. El barrio no transmite ninguna confianza por la noche pero de día no está nada mal y para poder aparcar en los alrededores es horrible.

• Jose Roberto (10/5): Great week and the apartment made it much better, having a nice place to come back really let’s you enjoy your stay long - Great facilities, big and wide living room. All the equipment looked in great and new conditions! Definitely recommend the place, location near station with various convenience stores nearby.
• paolo (4/5): Moved out on the 2nd day of stay, out of 4 days of booking. - The location is close to a metro and shops. Spacious and Modern. 1 aircon in the whole property which is in the living room only. Check in is at 6pm so we asked for an early check in which was granted. Went inside the property on a hot day and the property was very hot inside. Took ages to sort the aircondition which was activated remotely with a link after asking how to turn on the aircon. This could have been turned on before we arrived or on arrival. Washed towels hanging on the rack drying. Soon as I sat on the dark colored sofa, I started scratching. Covered it with a blanket I found in the cupboard. Fridge is not very clean. Dust in some areas including the fan in the ceiling. Bedsheets were very wrinkled. On the 2nd night of the stay, woken up early morning ITCHING IN BED. Took pictures of some very tiny spots found on the sheets with my fon and zoomed it in. One of them has legs that looks like a bug/insect, not moving. Had few bite marks and skin rashes. Frightened and traumatised of going back in that bed. Complained but no assistance/solution with the problem. You can only send a message to the owner/property manager and WON'T ACCEPT CALLS. Didn't finish the stay. Stayed 2 out of 4 nights only. Traumatised and moved to another property in our own cost. Loads of homeless/drunk/high in substance hanging around the area, day and night.

• Inesa (10/5): Exceptional - Modern, spacy apartment is located close to the metro and bus stations. You can find bars, shops arround. Outside it was a concert but due good windows isolation it not disturbed us at all. Owner is very helpful and flexible with check in time. We cound appartment clean, there were no any issues.

We loved the balcony and the natural big plants! Nice “terrazas” in the same street to have some drinks in the trees shadows. Very recommended!

• Mohammad (5/5): 2 sleepless nights 😤 - Modern apartment The location of the apartment is far. Also the area is very dangerous there fighting and people doing lots of drugs. Felt a bit unsafe. First morning around 9am as we were sleeping someone kept ringing the door bell. Woke us up. Second morning the host text messages me at 8am morning to ask when I would leave again waking me up from my sleep. So two sleepless mornings 😤. Also before I got to the apartment I asked if it was possible to check in before 6pm, around 3-4pm. At first the host said yes but would us Extra €40??? Then finally they decided not to charge us. It’s a bit strange that a check in is 6pm and that if someone came 1-2hr early you want to charge €40??? Best communication from host I think 🤔
