• Mike (6/5): Okay place, poor administration/organisation - Lovely and clean, great location I was trying to enter the property at about 3:30 as agreed however they hadn't given me the house number. I had noticed this when they sent the lockbox information early. I didn't get a response until 5:45

We didn’t get in the property until later than planned as we were told we would get the key code in time for check in at 3 but had to chase for this and for the house number. On arrival the bathroom only ran hot water so were unable to shower after a long day travelling around which wasn’t ideal, when we finally got a response on this, nothing could be done that day, although host was apologetic we were disappointed.
