• Elena Tachescu (10/5): - The apartment was clean and spacious and in an excellent location, just 8 min walk to the nearest beach. Lots of restaurants and shops around, but still very quiet. The host was very nice and messaged to make sure everything was alright. The only thing that was slightly annoying was that we couldn't get in the building's private car park, because it is closed with a gate and the remote control wasn't working. There was parking on the street but would have been nice to be able to actually park in the car park. We did message the host about it but they said they don't have the newer remote control for the gate.
• Vivien (3/5): Ha garantált lehúzást akarsz - Az egyetlen előnye a szallasnak az elhelyezkedese hiszen közel van a mindenhez bár maga az utcája nem kimondottan barátságos A személyzet nem túl együttműködő, nehézkes velük a kommunikáció. A deposit nagyon elrejtve van csak a foglalásban, amit utána szeretettel fizettetnek meg indokolatlanul. Még úgyis hogy 2 hete elhagytuk a szállást meg terhelgettnek a megadott kártyára olyan dolgokért 30-40€ összegeket amik indokolatlanok hiszen mi nem úgy hagytuk ott a szállást ahogy ők állítják, de kérésre sem küldenek bizonyítékot az okozott kárról. Pl a törölközőt nem érdemes használni mert utána kifizetetik veled mondván hogy elszíneződött attól hogy beletörölted a kezed mindezt potya 40€ért. Mindemellett megemiltenem azt is hogy kb 2 óraba tellett mire sikerült magadniuk a szállás címet és még igyis várnunk kellett mert nem sikerült időre kitakaritaniuk. 3 főre foglaltunk a francia ágy olyan kegyetlen módon nyikorgott már akkor is ha egy picit megmozdultál, a "kanapé ágy " pedig olyan szinten ki volt már feküdve hogy az összes rugót és lécet érezni lehetett. A harmadik adag ágyneműt konkrétan egy nagy kukaszsakban hagyták a szoba közepén..... Házi rendben szerepel hogy a kukát mindennap le kell vinni igaz hogy a kukazssákot egyet nem adnak pluszban vegyünk mi magunknak elven. Az ajtó alatt több centis rés tehát mindent lehet hallani ami a folyosón történik, aludni nem lehet. Tehát összességében voltam mar ennél rosszabb apartmanban, de mégis ez volt a legrosszabb élményem eddig ténylegesen a személyzet nem törödömsége és ezek a indokolatlan költségek. Többet biztos nem megyek ide vissza!!!!!!!!!!!!!
• Daividas (4/5): Labai nepatiko. - Nuotraukose atrodo gražūs apartamentai, bet realybėje toli gražu. Smarvė pelėsio eina iš vonios į apartamentus. TV netransliuoja televizijos. Internetas tragiškai lėtas ir trūkčioja. Kreipėmės kad sutvarkytų, deja visą savaitę niekas nesutvarkė. Balkonas pilnas dulkių. Vaizdas per balkoną tragiškas. Rašo kad yra virtuvėlė, bet nei virtuvinių rankšluosčių, nei pašluosčių nebuvo.
• Genoveva Agneza Clusca (9/5): Bun, dar mai poate fi imbunatatit - Locația este excelentă, la doar 3 minute de Biserica Sfântul Lazăr și Piața Agora, aproape de numeroase restaurante, magazine de suveniruri și la aproximativ 8–10 minute de mers pe jos de plaja Finikoudes. Apartamentul este situat la etajul 2, într-un bloc frumos și relativ nou, cu parcare disponibilă la parter, iar existența liftului este un mare plus, mai ales pentru bagaje. Apartamentul a fost curat și bine echipat, bucătăria având suficiente vase de gătit, pahare, tacâmuri și tigăi pentru 2–3 persoane. Un plus important este faptul că problema perdelelor menționată în alte recenzii a fost rezolvată — acum există jaluzele care reduc eficient lumina de dimineață. De asemenea, sunt disponibile două adaptoare pentru priză, iar mașina de spălat este un mare avantaj pentru șederi mai lungi. Per total, locația și dotările de bază sunt foarte bune, dar există câteva detalii care pot fi îmbunătățite pentru un confort sporit. Canapeaua nu este potrivită pentru dormit, fiind foarte inconfortabilă. Am fost 2 adulți și un copil de 4 ani, iar lenjeria suplimentară pentru a treia persoană era incompletă (lipsea fața de pernă), iar perna oferită era foarte incomodă, prea tare și voluminoasă. Deși am fost 3 persoane, am primit doar 2 seturi de prosoape. Pentru un sejur de 7 zile, ar fi fost foarte util un aspirator — se adună destul de mult praf și scame, greu de curățat doar cu mătura. Baia nu are aerisire, iar din cauza umidității apare igrasia; sub chiuvetă se simțea miros de mucegai. În plus, este aproape imposibil să faci duș fără să uzi toată baia — cabina de duș nu este bine izolată și apa se scurge în exterior, iar drenajul nu face față, astfel că trebuie adunată apa ulterior cu mopul sau alte improvizații. Curentul electric din apartament funcționează printr-o cartelă, care nu poate fi detașată de cheia de la apartament. În consecință, nu poți folosi mașina de spălat sau alte aparate electrice când nu ești la locație, ceea ce este un inconvenient semnificativ. În bucătărie ar fi fost util să existe măcar strictul necesar (sare, zahăr, cafea, ulei), deoarece în afară de ustensile nu era nimic disponibil. De asemenea, pentru 7 zile, cele 2 suluri de hârtie igienică și 2 saci de menaj au fost insuficiente.

• Glen (8/5): Good apartment on the edge of the beach area - Has most things required for a short stay. Well situated but not central to the beach. Hire car parking. Clean and tidy. No change of sheets, towels, cleaning mean I wouldn't stay more than 1 week. Extra charges for all these. Toilet blocks a bit, hot water needs boosting. Support services are well available but it's "oh yeah, that's extra charge" - in mid winter when there's in sufficient bedding that's a hassle but maybe in warmer times if you don't need clean sheets then it's good.

• lucian Berusca (10/5): - Curățenie impecabilă. Zina este foarte liniștită, iar dotările au fost mai mult decât suficiente. Vom mai reveni. Lipsa geam la baie, dar nu a fost o foarte mare problemă.
• cylentcypher (8/5): - Alles gut, tolle Lage, gute Ausstattung. In mehreren Nächten Lärm von Gästen in anderen Appartements im Haus, teilweise bis 2 Uhr nachts. Keine Ahnung, was sich manche Leute denken, wenn sie im Urlaub sind - zuhause würde man sich ja auch nicht so benehmen.
• Cylentcypher (10/5): Exceptional - Perfectly located in walking distance to Finikoudes beach, to the church as well as to many restaurants. Washing machine and kitchen is a big plus. Thin walls in the building are the only drawback - neighbors were very loud, sometimes until 3 in the night. This happened every stay (in December as well as in March). I really wish that people would be more aware of the walls being thin and others wanting to sleep at night.
• Cylentcypher (8/5): Perfectly located - Perfectly located apartment, 2 minutes walk away from the beautiful, famous Lazarus church. In the vicinity you have a lot of good restaurants, and the beach is also only a few minutes walk. The apartment is well equipped, including a washing machine.
• Natalia (9/5): Superb - Building is new, apartments are very clean, nicely furnished. Very close to the bus stop to the airport, 3 min away from the bakery, cafes, restaurants, very close to the beach as well. There was no problem with warm water. Good wifi. Calm neighbourhood. I would definitely choose this place again. The only thing is that there is a limit on the electricity on the whole island apparently, so if you are not in your room, nothing will be connected to the electricity. So you can't leave for example washing machine working or your phone to charge. I think the fridge is working all the time.

• Evie (2/5): Person that owns this place never slept in it once! - Very good location, with parking, instagrammable, brand new! - bed was torture - plain and simple - curtains - they look lovely on instagram, but they are see through. On a east-facing flat thats a major problem! - asked for second set of keys (arrived after 5 days and 30 euros charge) - walls are rather on the thin side (jolly check-ins at 03:00 am - you will know) - everytime someone showers you needed to mop the bathroom (twice) - that instagramable walk-in shower you saw in picture is extremely impractical unless it has an actual shower curtain / someone fixes the shower head - toilet exhaust fan isnt working (i know its turning but it aint pulling any air out) - Smart TV wasnt connected (cheap chinese) - we connected via our own cable - we has to choose of using microwave or kettle until we found, bought and brought our own extension - small fridge in a studio seems ok (does create a bit of noise - but doable). Keeping your ice cream in there for 5 days and then having it - you are asking for trouble! ( ask me how i know toilet fan isnt working) - main and only entrance of building - the handle is broken, door is always left open or opened by key (broken key accident waiting to happen)
• Salim (5/5): Could be better - The Location is great. The bed mattress was very poor and painful like you were sleeping in a hole !!! The curtains are too transparent, and the day light strikes the room from 0530 am !? It was a bad experience. And disappointing.
