- Konstantinos (8/5): Great, but not good enough. - Overall feeling of luxury, rich breakfast (although a bit too Chinese oriented), good downtown location, room had a nice view (not spectacular), well equipped gym. The room had two beds, although it was three of us (and we had booked and paid for triple occupancy). When we complained, we were offered a removable bed at 30% of the price. Very disappointing. The lobby area was too small. The gym was always too busy and in that regard was too small for the number of hotel guests. Cleaning service was too persistent, they announced the day before the time they would come and they would just come. It was possible to reschedule, but why hassle the guests that way?

- Nicole (9/5): Beautiful honeymoon stay! - We stayed here for our honeymoon and had an amazing experience. They welcomed us with balloons and cakes, which was such a thoughtful and special touch. The hotel is very comfortable, modern, and beautifully designed, and the location is excellent — perfect for exploring the city. Breakfast was absolutely outstanding, truly a 10/10. Everything felt high-quality and carefully curated. The concierge service wasn’t that helpful when we asked for advice. The recommendations were to visit very touristy places without any distinctive features, the same as you could find online.

It's at Jing An district, where a lot of the major attractions and shopping malls are. The services are good as well and the space of the rooms is just fine with a big-enough bathroom. Breakfast was not good as there were not a lot of choices and even the omelettes didn't taste good. And the hair dryer was the biggest disapointment - a 5-start hotel shouldn't have such a terrible hair dryer in 2026. First, it is the type that is permanently fixed inside a drawer, which forces you to stand in a specific spot in the bathroom just to dry your hair—there is zero flexibility. Second, it requires you to constantly hold down the power button for it to keep running. Super outdated. I know this hotel is old but keep up, please.

Не понравились отношение на завтраках, как всё выглядело. Еда на подаче - «скидывалась» повторами в блюда. В а некрасиво, набросано. Не хватало мест на завтраке, люди стояли в очереди на входе - ожидая столик. Тесно, не пройти.

- Luc (7/5): Aangenaam verblijf met vriendelijk personeel en goed ontbijt. - Personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam in het Engels. Er was dichtbij een metro-station, dus locatie OK. Het ontbijt was prima en ook goed voor Westerse klanten. Er mocht iets meer brood aanwezig zijn in de vorm van baguettes en pistolees. De kabel van de fohn in de badkamer is gemaakt voor zeer kleine mensen. Ik moest mij gehurkt fohnen. Ook te weinig stopcontacten en USB aansluitingen aan beide kanten van het bed. Goede verlichting om te lezen in bed was ook niet OK.

- Street (9/5): Ottimo soggiorno con vista su una parte di skyline - La struttura è molto moderna, dotata di molti comfort, come la piscina interna ed esterna, la jacuzzi, la sauna etc. Le colazioni sono il punto forte, gli addobbi fatti per Natale stra carini. Il letto molto comodo, bel bagno forse un po datato Era un po lontano dal centro e la temperatura dell’acqua della piscina gelida per essere pieno inverno (29 gradi)

- Samantha (9/5): - Everything!!! It’s skittle dated design wise, and not Toto toilet, but the room is spacious, we maintained and that bed is heavily! Love the spa area too, I just wish it was easier to access (you need to sing in and get a key), and open linger hours.
- Diana (8/5): - excellent location, helpful and friendly staff such as Helen (Assistant Manager) the rooms are extremely outdated -- this is my only complaint about the hotel.

- Stewart (8/5): The food and overall efficiency/professionalism of the staff was excellent - The breakfast buffet had a great range of food choices available. The room was clean and well apportioned. The staff were attentive to our needs and were very professional. We were disappointed that the swimming pool was closed during our stay and the provision at the St. Regis pool was not what we were expecting. We were slightly disappointed with the lack of Christmas food on the Christmas Day lunch buffet.

- Yi Jin (10/5): Very nice, will choose again - We used the buffet breakfast once… very good It’d be nice if the breakfast is included in the price, or a big discount with the booking. did not realize that I got charged for not having the room cleaned daily - the daily rate in my invoice reflected different rates.

- Dominga (5/5): - colazione faceva un freeddo disumano, non hanno i riscaldamenti nella hall e a novembre si gelava, lo staff stava in giro per l'hotel con il cappotto e una stufa sotto ogni postazione.
