• Bardhok (10/5): Very enjoyable stay and would definitely visit again. - I had a wonderful 3-night stay at Eleana Apartment by the Acropolis and couldn’t be happier with my experience. The location is absolutely perfect—just a few minutes’ walk from both the Acropolis and Monastiraki, making it ideal for exploring Athens on foot. The apartment itself is lovely, very comfortable, and perfectly suited for two people. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into every detail. It was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need—from a coffee/espresso machine and a well-stocked kitchen for cooking, to laundry products and a washing machine. I was especially impressed by the small touches, like providing a new toothbrush and toothpaste for guests—such a thoughtful gesture, even though I had my own. One of my favourite features was the charming balcony, offering a beautiful view over the Athens cityscape with distant mountains. It’s the perfect spot to relax with a coffee in the morning or unwind in the evening with a cold drink. Elena was an exceptional host—friendly, responsive, and very quick to communicate. Her instructions were clear and detailed, making everything smooth and stress-free. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay, would highly recommend this apartment, and would gladly return in the future. Nothing. I did like everything about it.
• Eli (1/5): Don’t get Eleana mad, else she will cancel your booking - Unfortunately, nothing, because Eleana god mad on me for some reason and never answered to my messages on booking after I already paid and then she just canceled my booking. After I paid she sent a message of thank you for booking and all of that and suggested a private driver from the airport if I wanted. I asked her: what about the metro? No answer (for hours) Then I landed and didn’t want to deal with the metro so I wanted to just take a drive to the place. Asked her: hey, about your suggestion, can you send me the private driver you mentioned please? No answer (half an hour) Asked her: please, I am already outside the airport, would appreciate some communication. No answer. 5 minutes later: she canceled my booking. That was so insulting and frustrating because I messaged about something SHE suggested.

• Vivienne (10/5): Perfect apartment for 2 in a wonderful location. - We absolutely loved everything about Eleana’s apartment. The location was quiet but so close to the Acropolis and Plaka. Comfortable and spacious bed and an excellent shower. Effective blinds to darken the bedroom for a good night’s sleep. Loved having a balcony with a view over the lovely neighbourhood. Eleana was easy to contact and gave some great recommendations. We thoroughly recommend! Nothing

• jacqui (10/5): The perfect location. - The perfect location for being able to visit all the sites of Athens whilst also being away from the busiest places. There are lots of places to eat and drink nearby. We didn't receive the instructions for getting into the apartment until we were already flying in and my phone didn't connect to any WiFi so on arrival we didn't know how to get in. Had to find an unsecured wifi spot eventually.

Perfect size, location is 10 out of 10, close to metro Acropolis, restaurants, bars. next to Acropolis historical site and Museum of Acropolis. • Amanda (10/5): Second time staying in a great apartment - We love this apartment, and returned here after staying in 2022. It's clean, comfortable, cute and has everything we could need for a stay in Athens. It also is in a great location, easy to walk to things and get around. We ran out of coffee pods for our last day and didn't know where to find more. Not a big deal, we left and got our coffee at the ferry terminal. That's my only feedback! Stock more coffee :)

Five minutes walk to the Acropolis, the Acropolis Museum, and the fun and funky Plaka district. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe. A convenience store was located on the corner; seriously good and affordable restaurants were nearby (I highly recommend the lamb kababs at El Greco). Morning coffee on the private balcony as the street woke up was an unexpected treat. Eleana, the host was welcoming, super communicative, and helpful. This apartment is a also a great value.

• Jenny (9/5): Superb - Great location and easy for our 3 night stay. Close to the Acropolis Metro, which was one change from the airport train. Balcony was nice for breakfast before the heat set in. The bed was comfortable and also it was convenient to have the use of the washing machine. Loved all the recommendations to eat which were close by as well as a supermarket. Nothing to not like except the elevator from ground floor not working when we arrived so had to do stairs with luggage to first floor. Working by the time we left, so all good.

You’re surrounded by cafes, restaurants, short walk to the Acropolis, museum, across a grocery store, you name it, it’s around you. Our host communication was above expectations. Modern, clean, well-appointed studio apartment with lift, balcony, washing machine & lots of thoughtful touches. Very helpful owner with lots of excellent recommendations & who kindly made restaurant bookings and organised a very early morning private transfer to the airport. Had an unforgettable dinner at Point A Restaurant with spectacular rooftop view of the Acropolis at night. It is located across the road from this apartment in the Herodion Hotel - the dinner was expensive but worth it! Nothing

• James (9/5): All good, lovely responsive hostess. - Excellent location steps from Acropolis Museum. Breakfast was on my own. The bathroom sink fixture was loose and the shower fixture is also a bit snarled up and leaky, with a slow shower drain, all minor inconveniences.
• Konstantin (10/5): Cozy and clean at an amazing location. - Easy check in by collecting key at a lockbox. The place is compact and nice, just what you need for a short trip for 2 people. Location is the best as most of the interesting places are at maximum 20 minutes away. The apartment was handed over to us in a very clean condition, so big thumbs up! Great location and a nice balcony. The sun shade at the balcony woke us up one night due to the wind making it bang on the wall continously. Fixed it with some paper and karton. It was very windy outside on the days that we stayed so we were a bit unlucky. The water from the shower seemed to drain a bit slowly. Not a big deal, but not a nice feeling either.

The bed was very comfortable and the flat contained everything you would need for a short stay. For us the flat lounge was very cramped and dark. It was difficult to eat except on the terrace which was very nice.

• Rick (10/5): If you have any desire to visit Athens - you should consider Eleana and her Apartment Acropolis - The Location! The Hosts! The location - did I say that yet? Wonderful restaurants, shops and proximity to the Acropolis, if that is what you want to visit. A quiet street (once you find it) is a place to relax and enjoy. Eleana was filled with information for her personal favorite restaurants and places to visit. Thank you! I can't think of anything that could be better except that I wish we had a map in English to help with our navigating on foot.

Big bags held for us so we did not have to carry these to Meteora. Late check in on return not a problem. Instructions in English for the washing machine would have been helpful.

• John (10/5): This apartment has all one needs and more to make an unforgettable experience in Athens. - The apartment is a good size with lots of amenities like a full kitchen, washing machine and balcony with a great view. This is a great place to relax after a day of touring. It is close to the main attractions, but not right in the middle of some of the biggest crowds. The host is great at communication and offering to help make the experience personalized and the best possible. Everything was great; I would definitely stay there again.

The apartment was clean and centrally located. Eleana provided recommendations for places to eat in the area that were excellent. The shower was great - good pressure and rain shower. AC/heating unit was a little hard to figure out and the bathroom door didn’t fully open because of limited space. Needed to flip on the hot water breaker 30 minutes before shower.

The apartment is in a great part of town, walkable to everything. Clean, comfortable, safe. My only regret is that we did not have enough time to stay longer. Nothing.
• David (10/5): This day was excellent. The hosts even pick me up at the airport, and took me back to the airport at the end of my stay. - The location of the property was excellent. It’s close to shopping, historical sites, museums, restaurants, and anything else you could possibly need or want. The hosts were always available on ‎WhatsApp with suggestions on where to eat, how to locate services, and to answer any questions or concerns that I had. They usually answered any questions promptly. The property has a washing machine for clothes, as well as detergents, and other supplies you may need. entry into the property is secure and easy to negotiate. It does have an elevator, but when exiting on the third floor, the hallway is dark and difficult to negotiate, with the available light. Or utilize my cell phone to light my way that night. I finally discovered that there are buttons for the Ford you temporary light to help you negotiate the hallways. Unfortunately, they are not clearly labeled.
