Jia Seow (9/5): Clean, great value, amazing staff, a bit far from city center - The staff are extremely helpful and understanding; they helped me move rooms and book taxis when my apps weren't working. The rooms are clean and come with bottled water, tea, convenient charging outlets, mirrors with great lighting, and are some of the most spacious I've ever stayed in. The doors closed very loudly and I could hear the doors of the rooms next to mine close which woke me up. There is not much space between the door and the sink, so I had to take off my shoes before going into the room in order to keep the floor around the sink clean. The hotel is a bit far away from the main city center area of Shanghai, and it took around an hour to get to the Bund area via subway.
